My stay was really nice. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any needs or concerns

The room's very nice updated and clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast that was served in the morning was very good and there were a lot of things to choose from.

The location. To get to the other direction it's a little tricky you need to make a u-turn to get on the highway to go in the opposite direction of where the hotel sits.

The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel continental many choices and everything good, coffee was fantastic ! I'd like to know the brand. Love the small bar and the fireplaces made our evening ! Room was clean comfortable to beds were great. I'm 6'3"tall and for once had room. Large shower great and even TV was good with variety. Most definitely staying there again when we return which we will be !

Didn't care for loop on highway to u turn to get to you. Tough when foggy out !

Friendly and clean

The bed was uncomfortable. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty, and the green motion light in the room blinked to bright while I tried to sleep.

Definitely a place to stay for several days while visiting the National Parks

The property was very clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and staff was on hand to replenish the items, as well as wipe done the tables.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very clean. Continental Breakfast was my only issue. The food was not good at all so we went out but to me that's not a big deal as long as the rooms were clean and nice. Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and try to stay here each time we come to Hagerstown.
