Smelled like smoke and weed

It was a filthy motel. Super run down and folks living there full time it looked like. Did not expect this of a quality inn.

Don't stay here.

Location

Regardless of all the signs, someone had smoked in that room. The bathroom area smelled of smoke the whole time. When I left I realized that my clothes all smelled like smoke. The air conditioner was inadequate to cool the room. I would not stay there again.

The room smelled like an ashtray, and it was just horrible. Sketchy things, loud muisc beside us. No breakfast as advertised, which is one of the reasons why we picked this place. Very disappointing.

Where to start. Bad area, room downgraded because of pets, no refund on downgraded room, charged a fee of $25 per pet even when one was a certified service pet. Room smelled of stale smoke, moldy bathroom.

Never again will I stay at a “quality” inn. not any quality where there should be most, HOUSEKEEPING!!!!

location

housekeeping does not even do bare minimum cleaning. upon checking in other peoples trash was still in the room (condom wrappers). got a new room and there was a LOT of hair in the tub as well as a used leftover washcloth. at checkout another guest told me her room floor was covered in toe nail clippings so I was not the only one that had this issue. management told me I could leave but told me they wouldn’t refund me.

The rooms are old not updated, the sheets and cover has stains on them and the chairs had green marks on it!!!!! Place fit for drug people.

Place was clean but needs updating. Due to air conditioning hard time sleeping.

The air conditioner was very noisy and hardly pushed out any cold air. Place was clean but everything very out dated. Ice machine broken on our floor. Bathroom had toilet paper holder broken on floor.

bad part of town old building that reeked of cigarette smoke even though smoking isn’t allowed. everything was dated and gross. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there or parking there. breakfast was a joke an actual brown paper bag with processed garbage. 3/10 because the staff was nice.
