very comfortable with secure parking space and just a nice walk over the Medway into the heart of Rochester and the train station Easily accessible by lift with a private secure parking space under the apartments

A lovely apartment within walking distance of Rochester.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. It has off road parking and is a 10 minute walk across the bridge to Rochester high street. It is round the corner from a pop up micro pub which had a quirky pub garden.

It is very near Strood station which means there is a lot of noise from the trains arriving into the station

The apartment is absolutely stunning. Everything you need and more was there for us. The apartment is very cosy, very stylish, myself and my friend felt like celebrities staying there. Having the seats and table outside on the balcony added extra luxury for us having our breakfast out there was lovely. The apartment had 2 massive bedrooms, one with a good sized ensuite with shower. The bathroom has a big bath, we were provided with bath and shower gel. We had lovely chocolates provided by the host. Overall the apartment was very clean, very stylish, very welcoming, we had a really good nights sleep and we just wish we could have stayed on another night. Thank you for our stay

the apartment was very clean with everything you need from the sofas to the beds to the household appliances was so lovely. included gated parking. The host was also brilliant and very accommodating

Exceptional

We enjoyed our four-night stay at the apartment, which is just a 10 minute walk to Rochester high street and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, post office and other local shops. Dan is a very welcoming and attentive host answering our enquiries throughout our stay. The apartment is modern, very comfortable and clean. We'll stay again if we come back to the area. Thanks!

Perfect night's accommodation at a good price.Would highly recommend.

We were in Rochester for one night to attend a gig in town.location was perfect only a fifteen minute walk to the town centre.The apartment was immaculate with everything you would need for a night's stay laid on.The host was always on hand if needed and came across as warm and welcoming.

Great modern flat with parking Bay.

Very easy to get in. Keys in lockbox at parking bay. Property was spotless, modern and done to high standard. Excellent facilities n lift was much appreciated. Individual parking bay was fantastic. Property was much better quality than expected. Price deceptive as it was quite cheap. Netflix and extra Dusbey Tv was a bonus.

Curtains in bedroom although blackout blinds were excellent.

Perfect for what we was after!

Perfect! every detail was thought about down to having extra supplies of milk and water. Was so clean and smelt incredible as we walked in. Beds very comfy. Finishing touches of accessories such as candles and vases made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again. perfect location if visiting Digger-land with small children.

the only problem we had was the apartment was VERY hot even at the end of august, there was a fan which we was very great full for but could’ve done with another one for both bedrooms.

We, along with our friends were looking for an overnight stay somewhere not too far away from our home town and Rocheste

Ideal location to town On site parking Well equipped kitchen and living room Free WiFi A bathroom for each bedroom Good communication with the apartment owner

Apartment was very warm as one of the hottest days however a large fan was provided which helped. Only 2 bath towels provided although there was 4 of us.

Very good

Location was great for me as I had several relatives living nearby. Close to shops, cafes, supermarkets and public transport. Allocated, secure parking was also a great benefit as we had a brand new hire car to worry about. The host called us several times during our stay to make sure everything was OK.

It was exceptionally hot while we were there and there was only a fan to cool us down. This is by no means the fault of the host - he can't control the weather.

Very disappointing.

Convenient for Rochester

Carpets throughout hadn't been vacuumed for a very long time... bits and long hairs all over, noticable from the moment we entered. Two dirty dish sponges left in bottom of half sink. Stale mop in bucket. Bits and hair on bath mats in both bathrooms. Fridge not clean, bit of leaf left in salad drawer and milk door tray dirty. Accomodation for 4 yet only 3 dining chairs, one of which the back was broken. Kitchen tap very loose. TV & cooker splashback not clean & very smeared. Both chairs on balcony were broken. Very surprised this has attracted a high review score previously as appartment very grubby.

great stay. great apartment.

brilliant location. lovely flat. all the finishing touches just made it extra special. super comfy beds. honestly the best apartment i have rented so far.

my only complaint is the washing machine had been put on by the cleaners before i checked in. had been put on a long cycle and was still going so so loud 3hrs later. the kitchen and living space is open plan, so when trying to chill and watch a movie the washing machine was really annoying as couldn’t hear the tv. but i told the host about this and they apologised.

Superb

Great clean space. Nothing too much for our host even when I lost My keys. Well lit and spacious.

Didn't realise it was so close to the railway. Area not welcoming . Only 2 things missing a tin opener and bottle opener
