Superb

We liked the couches, the comfy and extendable bed. The double bed was really comfy and really well decorated. We also enjoyed the utensils, and the well used things, (such as a microwave, fridge.)

Excellent accommodation & excellent host!

Great little unit, clean and had all the facilities & supplies we needed. Brandon was the best host I've come across; friendly and so helpful. If we are back in Chelmsford, I'll definitely book again.

There was no air-conditioning, but there was a fan, so not really a big deal!

Smile. You are on camera!!!!

Early check in and nothing else!

The area looked very deprived and the building looked like a former council estate. I was shocked when I saw it. The neighbors looked rough as well and there is nothing within walking distance. The owner has placed a camera right by the front door to keep an eye on everything which is shocking to even be allowed. The building has CCTV so there is absolutely no need for an extra camera by the front door as well. I ran out of there and went elsewhere. 3 days after my arrival date, the owner sent me a message asking if everything was OK. Probably wondering why he had not seen me in the camera! Usually owners ask (or don’t ask at all) how everything is, shortly after one arrives and not 3 days later. Very upsetting experience and an expensive one as well because I ended up paying for another place closer to town.

Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable clean apartment, exactly as described. Quiet area yet just a 20 minute walk into the city centre. Welcome pack had all the information which was required. Our host was easily contactable if needed and made sure everything was to our satisfaction during our stay. I stayed with my 2 teenage sons and we had plenty of space. Great value for money.

Lovely weekend stay

Brandon was great to communicate with before and during our stay. He was extremely accommodating and supported our check in and check out requests. Place was tidy, nice and quiet tucked in a lovely area of the street. Thank you for a great weekend in Chelmsford!

Shower is a bit small. Works fine but could be slightly uncomfortable depending on your height and size.

A Great place to stay for business, has everything you need for a comfortable visit.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable everything you could need in a stay. Lots of little touches like toiletries in bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Would stay again.
