Nice place. We understood that a washer and dryer were there, but no! Disappointing! Drive way is extremely steep and bushes/shrubery blocked the view of street/on coming traffic. The exterior/yard was overgrown with weeds. Overall the house was comfortable.

It was nice to have so much space so my family could stay together in the same home instead of multiple hotel rooms.

We booked this place for the amount of space we needed and at first glance we were happy with it . Cons: The floors are neglected we had a toddler with us and her feet was so dirty from the floors . And don’t mention walking with socks on . The plastic shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom has mold and needs replacing immediately. The downstairs bathroom needed a good clean also . We literally went to buy a bleach cleaner to clean it so we could shower. Couch has tons of spots and could use a good steam cleaning. Cabinet over stove is missing. They keep dry goods from previous guest but don’t use . Rice n flour both had bugs because they were open . Pro: The beds were super comfortable , location was nice, plenty of towels, TVs worked, internet was good. Overall will I stay here again no . But this place has so much potential. It’s sad when owners just rent management companies and get money but don’t maintain a place .

Good for the money. Need a little dusting and sweeping to start but overall a good experience

This home was amazing and the owners were very quick to respond to any of our needs. It was Christmas Eve and there was a need outside of their control and they spent time away from their family to help ours. I appreciated their hospitality and efforts. They also refunded some of our money for the issue. We would recommend!

Our stay at this home was relatively great. My brothers and I came to visit my Dad for Thanksgiving. While the home was plenty spacious, there was barely anything in the kitchen to cook/eat with and no extra blankets in any closet. Since it was Thanksgiving, we cooked, and had to purchase a few kitchen items in order to do so. I guess a plus was the 2nd kitchen in the basement, which allowed us to prepare very efficiently. The location was peaceful and the creek going right by the property was also lovely - but also a sad missed opportunity. The home could use different improvements compared to what was done, but overal the stay was smooth and hassle free. I would stay again. Thank you 🙏

Spacious Livingroom and dining room, nice size kitchen with good appliances, perfect for our family get together. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and great location to access I5 and Seattle sightseeing.
We would stay here again.

Plenty of room for our group of 5. Very comfortable. Very few utensils, and no washer/dryer were the only unfortunates. We never saw or heard the long-term occupants downstairs. Overall, we spent less to stay here than we would have for a hotel.

Was nice, comfortable, and easy to check in and out. NO A/C or washer & dryer. But comfy place

Plans changed and they still kept the cleaning fee
Our plans had changed so we didn’t end up staying here and it was a last minute change so I understand not getting a full refund but when asked about at least a refund in the cleaning fee. They didn’t even refund that part of our costs. Disappointed!

Misleading
Very disappointed in this rental. There were a number of issues. First, two of the bedrooms are in a converted garage with very slopped floors which made our portable crib uneven. One of the bedrooms did not have an actual door knob but rather just a deadbolt that locked from the inside (not great for our toddler who was sleeping in that room). When we got there all of the windows were open and did not have screens. There were several bugs and flies as well as spiders in the house. The listing said towels provided but there was one small towel provided in each bedroom which seems like hardly enough. Additionally there was no towel bar in the bathroom. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, with three drinking glasses in total and minimal silverware. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was missing. Additionally, the only cleaning supplies provided in the kitchen were a dirty scrub brush and used sponge. I would have expected as least one unopened/unused sponge for sanitary reasons. Lastly, there are tenants in the lower half of the property, which was not disclosed. You can hear almost everything that happens downstairs (even just talking) and the tenants were up until 1-2 am every night and had a loud dog that was crying/whining in the middle of the night. Luckily we were visiting family and literally only needed a place to sleep at night. If we had actually needed to use the shower or kitchen it would have been impossible. As it stands, we spent a little time in the property as possible. Overall very disappointed and feel like the listing was very misleading and the property was incredibly overpriced.

One house was being occupied
Host of the home failed to mention that it was just one home. So while I was exploring the property, the bottom half of the home was being rented out by long term occupants and it wasn’t mentioned in the description or any email confirmations.
