Amazing rental!! Beautiful location and such a cute place to stay, we even got to say hi to the chickens - 10/10 recommend. I know we’ll be coming back :)

Stayed for exactly 2 weeks. Very friendly hosts who left me to my own devices unless I asked for something, or directions. Wonderfully located a close drive from the Link Lihjt rail system, which I found convenient for getting around, especially downtown. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very well situated garage conversion, which was tastefully done. The owners keep it very clean and have some nice touches with leaving eggs in the fridge and earplugs for excess noise. However, as well as they have done with the conversion, it does not take away from the fact that the sleeping area mezzanine is very ergonomically challenging (and that is from someone who is short) and there was a pervasive smell of damp, likely due to the fact that the bed is basically a king sized sponge on the floor; perhaps even has a mold issue. Also, the sofa/bed is horribly uncomfortable, even to sit on, as are the plastic, broken dining table chairs. Plastic drinkware is understandable but just wrong. Could do with a slip mat in the shower as that's a bit dangerous.
Nice neighbourhood, though.

Laurie and Josh created the sweetest little space. It was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel for our short stay. Super clean, adorably decorated, and really comfortable. Best bonus? Fresh eggs in the fridge from their chickens! Such a nice surprise! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A very nice cozy place. I spent the time recovering from surgery so the loft was a perfect place for my sister to be able to sleep and still care for me.
The neighborhood was lovely and the chickens were a treat to be around.
Laurie was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was so nice.
Would totally come back!

Very cute property, thoughtfully appointed. Great water pressure in the shower, and delicious coffee. Probably best for a couple - it was a little cozy for a mother and son to share. It was further to drive to the things we wanted to visit in Seattle than I thought, but that's likely my fault.

What a charming place! Immaculately clean and cozy with wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend!

The fresh eggs from the chickens were a lovely treat! I would advise staying with no more than two people as the downstairs bed would offer no privacy if used. Nice to have a dedicated parking space!

We loved this little apartment. It has everything you need to be cozy and happy. Very convenient for visiting our friends and family on the north side of seattle!

We were very impressed by the comfort this suite provided, and though it is a little bit of a drive to downtown Seattle (20 minutes or so) we mostly didnt mind, especially considering getting to stay in a nice, safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at your clean, comfortable property!

This was a cute little garage under an apartment complex. The bed, pillows and shower were good. Clear and easy access to the small apartment. There was a lack of ventilation as there are no windows.

Loved our stay and it was in the perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the freeway!

We loved the chickens and this cute loft space! Very clean, and easy to commute where we wanted to sight see. The fold out couch could benefit from a mattress topper, as it was pretty uncomfortable. But the loft bed was great. Overall would stay again.

Laurie has created a cute little spot here in Shoreline! It was just enough space for my husband and I and our two young girls. The king bed in the loft is very comfortable, and it was awesome having A/C during a few warm July days. We’d stay again!

We stayed here as a small family and had a great time. Laurie and Josh were great hosts

This is a bright, airy, pleasant, private space. It has a beautiful view (leafy neighborhood, it's up on a bit of hill), nice patio and yard. Sweet, quiet neighborhood, nice for a walk - and about a 1/2 mile from Safeway and other stores and restaurants. Perfectly located - near enough to Seattle but still surburban.
I had trouble getting the heat to work - the remote was very straightforward but still it didn't come on. I could have gone next door and knocked to get assistance but I didn't want to bother the owner and the temp wasn't too bad. FYI the sleeping loft with bed has a really low ceiling, as the listing warns - I'm 5'2" and needed to crouch even at the tallest part - so a bigger person might be uncomfortable. But of course once you're laying down it doesn't matter.
Great price - cheaper than any hotel rooms nearby and so much nicer. Nice kitchenette with coffee and coffee maker. Perfect place to stay if you're in the Seattle area.
