A long but narrow driveway offers parking for multiple cars. Upon entry, you are greeted by a massive foyer that sits at the center of the home. The foyer leads directly to the open living, dining, and kitchen layout that is an enormous space perfect for any group. The entire area is bathed in natural light and views that are so beautiful they borderline magical. Additionally there is a large deck with seating and a fire-table for you to relax to the ocean breezes and epic views.
Almost the entire living space is on a single level. The primary bedroom is spacious and cozy. It has a king bed, additional seating, and a streaming TV for your viewing pleasure. The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom an epic dual showerhead shower. There is a walk in closet and a sliding closet in the bathroom offering plenty of space for any length of stay.
The other bedrooms are back through the foyer. It is nice as there are sliding glass doors there that allow you to open and close to section off noise and access which is a fantastic amenity for groups and families. Both bedrooms are set up in a jack and jill style where they share a full bath but have independent access through the foyer.
As an additional fun amenity for all ages is the game room. From the deck you can access this incredible space pack with seating and games. Whether it be billiards, ping pong, or foosball, there is something for everyone. Its the perfect spot to stream some music or a show on the smart TV and compete with your closest friends and family.

This was a beautiful and peaceful location to have my bachelorette. It is very spacious & perfectly accommodated 8 girls. The views are spectacular from morning to night and the deck is perfect to sit out and relax on. I loved how spacious the kitchen and dining areas were. My group was able to cook dinner each night and enjoy time together at the table. 10/10 house and location.

This was an excellent place to stay. The view was amazing. The house was very comfy an clean. Very quiet neighborhood to. The manager was very prompt with response back very easy to work with. We loved this house due to it was all one floor no stairs except to the game room. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy. The master bathroom shower was awesome. Could use a seat for us that have bad knees an back. But overall this house was awesome. Will definitely keep it in mind next time. You won't regret renting this house.

This unique home in Bay City is a great choice for those looking for an Oregon coast getaway. Upon entering you will be pleased to see the exquisite view of the bay as the wall of windows draws you to the picturesque scene outside.
The open concept makes the space seem quite expansive and there is enough room for everyone to relax. Everything in this home is quite clean and comfortable.
The kitchen is clean and has the essentials for making meals instead of going out to eat. This is nice because the restaurant choices in the area are slightly above mediocre. We lived the grill and we're really happy to see that it was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals.
The hot tub, although we didn't use it, appeared to be very clean and well maintained. In the garage we found several outdoor games that helped pass the time.
We made use of the game room downstairs and had a blast down there. The pool table is in good shape as is the ping pong table.
You won't go wrong renting this property. We made some great memories here and are great full for the opportunity to share time with each other.

Unfortunately, the weather for our stay was a bit dreary but nonetheless spectacular. Hosts were kind enough to send us ideas of things to do, and directions were great! Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped, the home is well laid out. I will say/caution the driveway is quite steep so please take caution in low cars and low-light.

This was one of the most amazing places we’ve stayed. The decor was beautiful and everything was super nice. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning crew. This place was exceptionally clean and you wouldn’t know it was a dog friendly home. We will definitely be back again soon.

The house is beautiful!! It was spacious for all seven of us. The view was fantastic. We had a great time. Once we got heat, which is in the floor, in the primary living area it was comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms don't have heat, so they stayed cold the whole week. The heat registers on the walls in the bedrooms don't work.
The beds were ridiculously hard/firm. Our shoulders and hips hurt each morning. We had looked forward to the hot tub and tried to use it a couple times. Unfortunately, it would trip the breaker and there was a smell every time we tried to use it, so it was too unsafe to continue, so we turned it off for safety reasons. We loved the house, but the lack of heat, the hard bed mattresses, and the fire hazard hot tub were problems, so we won't be renting it again.

I read the reviews and decided to ignore the negative comments and give this house a shot specifically because of it's location, view, And the many amenities offered which seemed like a perfect fit for keeping a family with teens occupied and having fun for our 17yr olds birthday.
I am completely happy with everything from start to finish! Super smooth communication and check-in & out process and the house was absolutely perfect from the bedroom layout to a fully stocked kitchen, the endless views and a game room that kept everyone entertained especially on this stormy weekend getaway.
We all loved it and would absolutely stay again in the future.

The girlfriends all decided to get together for a weekend together! We had so much fun, the view is beautiful and the game room was sweet even though we didnt use it. They left us a bottle of wine which is always a bonus when staying somewhere. Property has a lot of spunk and it’s close to everything. We only used the hot tub once since there was so many of us we had to do rotations.

While the driveway was a little steep (not safe for starting out in either a power wheel chair or a manual), the facilities were first rate. Great King Master with view of Tillamook Bay, and gorgeous sunsets,. Kitchen/Living Room with same view, and access to outside deck. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable three bed rooms, very nice ADA master bath with grips for both shower and commode.

The house was very nice, the kitchen the best rental kitchen I’ve seen. There was yard debris and tools left around the deck…which might be due to overworked cleaners. To be clear, I don’t want to say anything that might count against staff. The inside of the house was impeccable, there were problems with the outside…including trash overflowing. We understand that might be about the last renter, but it was prodigious. Finally, before renting I asked if there was construction, had noticed empty lots around the house. I got no response. There is a house being built across the street (toward the water). So our last day, we had workers on the property (hot tub) and construction noise all day. It could have been worse, but is worth mentioning.
We would rent this house again, liked it a lot, and would have preferred not to complain but I received notice that I trip has reviewed us and can’t see their comment without leaving one too. A really bad idea.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing view of the bay. The whole house was very well equipped. The game room in the basement was so fun, providing activities for everyone. The garage also had so many toys to play with. House was pretty clean and spacious. The host is very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
It was a very warm day when we arrived and the host had fans going by the windows in the house, but I still found it to be too stuffy and hot. The living room gets direct sunlight with very little airflow. All the bedrooms have windows that open so no problem staying cool in there. The beds are not the most comfortable either. I think it was too windy to use the gas fire pit on the desk because it kept going off. After having to reignite a couple times, we just gave up. The hot tub stopped working within minutes of use, and there was a loud screeching noise you could hear in the next door bedroom when master shower was in use. The host let me know that a technician is coming out to fix the hot tub and the screeching noise from the bathroom is normal. Again, he is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise.
Overall, my family enjoyed staying in this house. I might look for a place closer to the beach next time, but if you don’t mind driving to the beach and just want to enjoy the view from a distance, this house will be great.

Arrived late afternoon on sunny day. Inside home temp of 87 degrees and stuffy. No A/C so spent uncomfortable evening trying to evacuate warm air. Screen door inadequate to ventilate house. Other than difficulty of air flow, the Inside of home was very nice and comfortable for entire stay. Shortcomings were exterior of house with mold/mildew on eves, cob webs all over exterior, overgrown weeds around house, dining room chairs coming apart (I went to hardware store and bought allen wrench to tighten all legs of dining chairs), and refrigerator light out. The owners have been lax with home maintenance and I found this to be breach of expectation set as to the condition of the house as advertised on VRBO. Not worth the money charged for weeks long stay.

The hot tub was not working, the heater was out - this would have been an issue that we would overlook but they waited for us to contact them first - knowing it wasn't working and then proceeded to say there would be no refunds for amenities not working - not 'what can we do to make up for it?' just sorry, not sorry. The Game room was lacking items needed to play certain games and we had to wait until the second day for them to replace them. The fire pit was out of propane and then when delivered the next day - we realized the knob that is needed to keep it on was also missing. The property itself is gorgeous - so much potential for an amazing 5-star stay - but the property managers are piss-poor at best, argumentative, and condescending. I would not go back.

The property is wildly beautiful with a view even better than shown in the listing. My wife and two teens really enjoyed our first trip to Oregon. Oregon is the prettiest place I have ever been and I love the small towns up and down the beach. I wish I would have come here years ago.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Perfect place to recover from my shoulder surgery. My husband and I took our 21 & 24 year old daughters, 2 year old granddaughter and 7 year old nephew and it was perfect for all. The game room was a huge hit - we brought our x-box and there were epic pool, ping pong, foosball and video game competitions. Everyone had a space to relax and unwind and sitting on the lovely porch by the fire was my ultimate relaxation spot. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook fantastic meals. All in all a perfect 10!! Another amazing family vacation that we’ll remember always.

One word, perfect. The house was exactly as pictured with the exception that the view was even more spectacular in person. Quiet neighborhood that was easy to relax in and only a short drive to so many beautiful places. Would go again tomorrow.

The location of the home is great for the amazing views! There were a bunch of things that could be improved. The pillows were awful, there was no strainer for the big pasta dinner we had - just a very small one which made it difficult. No tinfoil and horrible cling wrap that was impossible to use. The house was rather hot as the thermostat was set to a winter setting, but Lonny the house manager came over to fix that. The driveway is a very steep pitch. The inside of the home was very nice, you cannot beat the views. The outside of the home was a little un-kept - could have swept the deck off and blew the pine-needles and leaves away from the front door. Lots of spider webs and algae on the exterior of the home and deck. The garbage was already half full when we arrived - the game room in the basement was super fun, but a little musty. The pepper was empty so only salt, but we found a place to buy some. We did a lot of day trips and All in all it was a great time.

We stayed at this home for my husband's birthday Wed thru Sun. It was a wonderful place leaving us wanting for nothing more. The game room kept us quite busy with tournaments:) The hot tub in the garage was perfect for warming up after sitting on the porch.

This was horrible! By far the worst experience I've EVER had. Then to top it all off with the extremely poor customer service Sam provides. So the first morning there my 2 year old neice had a spider on her head. Kill it, move on. About an hour later my son runs in to tell us there's another spider on the wall. I go to smash it and what felt like slow motion I continue to look up and see 21+ spiders! Oh heck no! I immediately call doing the heebie geebie dance the entire time. Sam tells me she'll try and get someone out but it is the weekend. Now at this point I'm looking at any little spot, any little movement hoping its not more! I have goosebumps and in almost full on panic mode. There's no way I'm relaxing! And relaxing was the whole point of the trip. I ask and even beg to please get us out of the spider infested house. I was told this was a one time, issolated unforseen circumstance that happens sometimes and someone would be there soon (3 hours later). Unfortunately there was a tremendous amount of evidence that this was far from a one time issue (spider webs, dead spiders and other bugs from them spraying). A guy shows up and sprays something on the walls and ceiling and says it's all good now, there won't be anymore spiders and I wiped the webs.. I speak to the oh so phoney Sam once again asking for compensation for the extreme inconvenience, as this ruined our vacation and we weren't able to use the space as advertised. Along with that, Its posted in the home, email they sent and website that "We want your trip to be a 5 star experience, anything less than that and we feel like we have failed you." She asked for me to accept her apology and thanks for the feed back. The guy assured her the home was free of spiders so basically be happy with that.
Well, long story short. We woke up to 5 more HUGE spiders and never were able to use the space as advertised and was offered no sort of compensation. This was absolutely horrible and I strongly suggest booking your stay with anyone but Itrip

We spent 4 days in Bay City, hiking, exploring the beaches and restaurants in town. This house was the perfect spot for us. We loved the view from the deck. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook up the food we purchased at the fish peddler, just down the hill from the house. We would highly recommend this house and this town to explore the Oregon coast

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We are two families with four total teenagers. The hot tub and downstairs game room were a big hit with the teens. Lovely, emmaculately clean place with tons of light and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed walking down to Bay City and tooling around the antique shop. Also did the rail line bike-car trip. Teens got a kick out of it. Place very close drive to nice beaches, hiking, lighthouse whale watching...we just scratched the surface of all the places we could have explored.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautiful house situated on a hill overlooking Tilamook Bay. The house is spacious and airy with a commanding view of the coast. All of the rooms were clean with well-appointed amenities. The wrap around deck has a grill and fire pit for relaxing at the end of the day. We would recommend property to anyone planning on staying the area.

Wow. After 3 nights at this home I realize how much I needed this.
We came here to commemorate what would've been my little brother's 40th birthday. It was just what the doctor ordered. WE NAILED IT weather-wise. Absolutely gorgeous weather. The house was perfect. The views - perfect. I was a happy mama!!!
My daughter did not sleep well on the twin bunk bed - she ended up sleeping on the couch for comfort.

We used Bay City to meet up with our nephew's family including two pre-teen boys. The downstairs playroom was a great space for the young while the adults had time for adult converatation upstairs. The house is large and well organized. Beach and many restaurants just minutes away. The bay view is breathtaking all day and evening long. Very quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again.
