This was a perfect property for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large well-stocked kitchen, huge game room and a great location. A couple small issues that were handled promptly. The house could use some minor updates, but overall we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

Location of the property & Wifi were great! However, the property itself is in need of MAJOR repairs. The descriptors on the website are INACCURATE and need revision. There is a huge difference between "rustic cabin" and outdated/inoperable. For example, the property says it can sleep 16 however the "pull out bed" couches were missing mattresses & sunk in! The coffee pot was for 1 single serving, the dishwasher is not bolted to the cabinets and falls forward everytime you open it. The freezer drawer is broken and the ice tray collapeses when you try to access it, the buttons on the oven are warn off which left us guessing on setting temps & timers, the trash compactor needs a "key" to operate and the worse part of the kitchen is that the stovetop does NOT work and needs a match to ignite each burner! Even worse, the property owner/mangagment are aware of this because they left us a note saying "use the lighter." The kitchen is the hub & this is unacceptable. In regards to the bedrooms, there were not enough linens, sinks did not drain properly and the shower corners are full of black mold. Outside the glass tabletops were shattered, with the glass left lying on the ground along w/4 socks on the front deck left behind from previous guests. While I could go on about the worn & filthy carpet, broken curtain rods, wall decor, doorknobs, window screens, etc. I won't. Appalled at the false marketing and rating of premier host. Will not be returning.

Communicated with the staff several times about ants being everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, sofas. They had housekeeping come and wipe down and vacuum, but not effective. We used three bottles of ant spray. I requested to hear from management but they failed to call me directly. Other than that, the property was spacious and accommodated the group pretty well. I would have ranked it higher if there was resolution or an attempt to make a menz but there was not.

We rented Fox Manor in Big Bear. (December 26-29) The home was large enough to host our families. It had nice amenities such as the pool table and jacuzzi.
We used your 24/7 customer service. Unfortunately, no one followed up with the questions we asked and resolve the issues we had. We couldn’t find the fireplace keys. Not a big problem we scoured about and found it. But the bigger issues were the dishwasher was not working the entire time. I was told someone would come out to repair it, but they never did. We had to wash every pot, pan, plate, coffee cup, and glass by hand for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. It was a lot of cleaning. A dishwasher is a must in my book. Plus the refrigerator did not look like it was wiped inside. (crumbs scattered) A blanket had an old bandage stuck to it. I only hope that it was washed, but not sure. Also, the home was not ready for our two families to check in. Very disappointed, when we have many rules for us as renters to abide by.
I asked if we could check out later, and I was told no. I understand but thought I would ask. We believe the fee charge for customer service 24/7 help is a joke. I hope you take this information and resolve the issues with the associates who manage the property.

Absolutely Amazing
This was such an amazing experience. We had kids from 9 months to 15 years old(8 kids) with 4 adults plenty of room for everyone. The game room was full of entertainment and also included some games in the closet. The kitchen space was huge! The house was very clean. I would definitely recommend

This is our new Big Bear house
The pictures don’t do it Justice . The master bedroom is on a completely different side of the game room . My kids were able to play , run and have fun all while we slept and you couldn’t hear anything . The house has plenty of blankets so you don’t need any . The garage can fit three cars so we were able to unload without being in the snow . It is spacious and a great family vacation . It was 12 of us and we will be back .

This is an exceptional huge home great location
This was a great home for a large family and children of different ages the game Room was separate from most of the house allowed the kids to stay up and enjoy playtime without interrupting adult time in had plenty of space to sleep and lots of linen and towels and blankets and pillows to accommodate our stay of 11 people it's a beautiful property close to the Lake and within minutes of the attractions my family enjoyed our stay here Any issues that we had Were minor and addressed quickly. We would definitely stay here again One of the setbacks was you cannot utilize the hot tub after 10:00 p.m. however that is a Big Bear City rule. For adults with kids we put them to bed n then relax in hot tub. So can be restrictive for some. Great place.

Checked in an immediately started to see weird quirks about the property. Some of the doors didn't open, some door handles were broken. The upstairs bedrooms bath lights didn't work. Upon inspection of the beds multiple sheets had rat feces underneath. They did send someone for the doors and the electrical issues.

Property is located in a great beautiful location. House was super big but run down... there where 2 broken chairs and foosball table was also broken and coffee maker was filthy and does not work properly. We had to go buy a coffee maker for ourselves. Other than that we loved the place.

This house was perfect for our large group! Plenty of space to spent time together with lots of activities. We wished the pantry would have been better stocked with items such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Maintenance
The house was the perfect size for our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children and we enjoyed our stay. There were some maintenance issues; outdoor furniture repairs, kitchen cabinet doors need repair, slow draining bathroom sinks, broken screen door. Again, we enjoyed our stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the kids loved the game room. The owners and/or proprty managers just need to go there and do a thorough inspection for repairs and maintenance, and the house cleaners need to clean under the couches.

Our experience was pleasant. A few things to look into tho are the cleanliness of home. Upon arrival they were quite a few things not up to par(dead rodent and feces in pantry, very dirty toilet upstairs that was not clean, and cigarette butts scattered around property but suppose to be non smoking). After calling maintenance the response was very quick with very helpful maintenance personnel. Besides those things the cabin itself is very spacious with room for four families like we had. Plenty of things to do and everyone had their space to lounge and have private time as well as hang out together. We are again looking forward to coming back next year and having an even better experience.

Spacious home well past its prime
The home was very spacious. However, there’s a lot of deferred maintenance. The bedding and furniture are soiled. The pull out beds we’re so poorly maintained our guests opted to sleep on the floor. The few pots and pans that were available to cook with needed to be sanitized. It was difficult to trust the dishes that were provided and everything needed to be washed before it could be used. We had to purchase a set of utensils because there were no spoons for spatulas for cooking.
On the plus side, the property is conveniently located. Kids enjoyed sledding on site. The hot tub seemed clean and was a nice perk.
I’m not sure it was worth the overall cost because it is billed as a luxury type property despite it being pretty run down. For example, electricity did not work in one of the bedrooms. One of the shelves in the refrigerator kept collapsing.
