The ground floor features an open living/dining room with satellite TV, an exit to the garden, one double bedroom, and one room with two beds. There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, and electric coffee machine, along with a shower and WC. The upper floor has another open living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), satellite TV, and an exit to the balcony. It also includes one double bedroom, one room with two beds, and another open kitchen with the same amenities as the ground floor. Both floors have gas heating and natural stone floors.
