This cozy third floor home offers million dollar views from every room - Located just one block from Mainstreet in the heart of Ouray and within walking distance to everything. The balcony overlooks the town of Ouray with great views of the Amphitheater, Cascade Falls and a birds eye view of the water fights on the 4th of July.
Guest enjoy gathering and preparing a meal in the open concept kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, updated appliances, along with lots of windows and natural light. Whether you’re working from home or on vacation we’ve got you covered with the views, amenities and Hi-Speed Wi-Fi to fit your needs.
Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed.
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed.
The location is perfect for walking to the ice park, Box Canyon Falls, hiking the Perimeter Trail or driving to one of the many off-roading trails in the area. We’re also a short 40 minute drive to world class skiing at Telluride Ski Resort.
Parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle lot located at the west end of 9th Avenue.

Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing.
During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort with top five in the nation ski runs, according to Conde Nast. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Having never been to Ouray, we didn’t know what to expect. At first we thought of getting a hotel as there were many options. Upon checking VRBO we opted for this fabulous spacious apartment. It was an easy walk up the street for restaurants, bars and shopping. The beds were comfortable with great linens. We had two nice bathrooms with excellent showers and towels. The washer and dryer were an added perk as we needed to pack light. The pictures are very accurate of this lovely place . One morning the toaster didn’t work. I texted the service within an hour we had a new toaster. I would totally recommend the lovely place to family and friends.

We come to Ouray often and this is one of my favorite places we have stayed so far. We stayed here with six people total and there was plenty of room. Only two bathrooms so we did have to share but we did a girls/guys bathroom and they are NOT en suite so you don’t have to worry about walking through someone’s room to use the toilet. The kitchen has plenty of space and well stocked with basic condiments like salt and pepper. I super appreciate that the rental company had extra trash bags in the property so we could easily take out our trash when it was full. The VRC amenities boxes in each bathroom were a nice touch. The location is awesome easy walk to everything in downtown Ouray. Plenty of parking out front for our Jeeps. We will definitely considering rebooking here in the future if we have a groups of six again.

Cute home, wonderful view, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, starter supplies. Lots of board games in the living room closet. We rented two jeeps for a couple of those days and was able to park all vehicles in front or across street. Even saw a bear crossing the street outside our window one night. Being on the top floor was great and deck was a nice feature. Would stay here again!!

Loved our stay! This apt was great to sit on the deck and enjoy the sun hitting the mountain and water fall. Kids loved they could run out the door and grab food or shop. Cute little touches to the place with their vacation rental kits. Highly recommend this location.

This adorable flat atop a building just off the Main Street in Ouray is perfect for a family with two teenagers. Within walking distance of so many great breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a couple breweries, this flat is a go to rental for us in the future.

The home was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and provided plenty of accessories such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc! It even had koozies! It was perfectly located to easily access the ice park and hot springs. The hosts were responsive and everything was easy and perfect! We will definitely try to stay here again!

We loved this condo downtown Ouray. It was a wonderful location next to downtown shopping and restaurants. Amazing views from every window. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved staying here with our family and hope to return someday. The host was also very responsive to messages.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Ouray! Everyone in our group loved everything about it. My only issue is that the mattresses need to be replaced. The master bedroom mattress is super soft and sags in the middle. Overall, I would stay here again even with that issue!

This condo is exactly as described/pictured on the website. It's very spacious, and might be the best stocked place I've ever rented - plenty of towels and dishes, games (I love having games!), toiletries, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. I was a little concerned about being so close to the main street, but it was very quiet at night, even with the windows open. We never had trouble finding parking spots nearby. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and really enjoyed the views of Cascade Falls and the mountains on the east side of town. The inside of the condo was very clean. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the windows really need to be cleaned. The management company responded quickly and politely to any questions. I happen to really love Ouray, and would definitely rent this place again when I go back!

Great location although a little loud during the day, it was nice and quiet at night. Some of the blinds and windows didn't work but not a big problem. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was clean. Plenty of towels, pillows and the washer/dryer were great. The property management company was very responsive and wonderful to engage with. Rental is centrally located and just a stones throw from the Main Street. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again, it met and exceeded our needs, thank you!

Great spot and great property! We had 5 there for the week and felt like we had plenty of space. Walkable to the entire town. We drove to the hot springs just so we wouldn’t have to deal with the cold weather after taking a dip. Spent a day in telluride which was only an hour away.
