Eagle Sands is on the peaceful north end of Mille Lacs, situated between Malmo and Bergstrom Bay. Dubbed the "gold coast" of Mille Lacs for its wide, sugar sand beaches and shallow lake bottom, we offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that offers all the modern amenities to comfortably host a variety of guests and occasions.

Enjoy a sunset drink on the large deck with an expansive, ocean-like view of the big lake, or cozy up to the backyard fire pit. Go for a long walk along the wide, sandy beach, or snuggle up on the big, comfy couch with a good book or movie. Spectacular views of Mille Lacs! The deck on the boathouse is the star of this comfortable property. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. Major road construction was inconvenient... but the discounted price per night reflected that issue. Thanks for the stay!

This house looks cozy right when you walk in and it keeps expanding leading to a back room with more bedrooms, den, and second bathroom + shower. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful, fun, and peaceful location.

I wqs disappointed that the home did not also offer network TV. Sports fans would appreciate that extra amenity.You might investigate you Tube TV, whichwill give you both.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the beach and played for hours in the water. You could walk out for a long time and it was still shallow. It’s a great family rental. Very clean.

We were at first disappointed to learn that the dock did not belong to the property as my young kids like to dock fish. When getting there, we realized quickly that this didn’t matter (and no fish would have been caught in such shallow water). The sandy shore was GREAT for young kids. Our whole family enjoyed the kayaks, lily pad, water guns, sand toys and more. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of games and toys when taking a break from the outdoors. We were glad we brought a couple more outdoor chairs and beach towels. We visited the nearby state park to fish and walk the trails. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is great, wonderful views of the lake. The home was stocked well, the towels were well above the norm, plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. The deck and patio were awesome and gave us a great view to the lake as we relaxed. I highly recommend this spacious home .

My husband and I rented Eagle Sands VRBO for a 5 night stay in late September. We loved it, especially the deck overlooking Lake Mille Lacs. Eagles flew overhead everyday. We also watched ducks, seagulls, cormorants, sandpipers and warblers from the deck. So relaxing. The home was very clean and had a friendly feel. At night the living room was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend by the lake. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable. We grilled steaks, made quiche and enjoyed watching the waves roll in off the lake. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom towels were luxurious. We would definitely return for another stay.

We had a great time for 4 days. The house was bigger than we thought from the pictures which was nice. The deck and sand were great hangout spots. Our 5 year old played in the sand when we could. I guess the only issue some days were the flys. There were a lot of dead snails on that side of the lake and of course the fish or two that floats up dead. We just raked the snails and buried the dead fish. Nothing the owners could control just that time of year on the north end. Overall we would stay again thanks!

We really enjoyed our time at Lake Mille Lacs. The facility was perfect for us to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Spacious areas for dining, lounging and sleeping. The kayaks and the giant floating pad were a fun addition to our stay. We would definitely keep an eye out for another opportunity to "relax at Mille Lacs!"

Our family stayed for 6 days at Eagle Sands. It was the get away we needed to recharge and spend time as a family. The kids all loved the sandy beach and shallow water. The Lily Pad and floaties were a huge hit! The boat house by the water is perfect with all the toys you could play with. The patio above the boat house was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. It worked great for picnics too. The house was set up perfectly. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen and dining area were great for our multigenerational family. Plenty of space for all. We had all our meals at the cabin and loved all the space to cook. The back living room was great after the kids came in tired from playing on the beach all day. They loved relaxing and watching movies. On a rainy day all the toys and games came in super handy for the kids. The fire pit in the back was perfect for roasting s’mores. We did not want to leave, because we had some much fun. The cabin felt like a home away from home. We will most definitely be back!

We so enjoyed our stay! Great property and beach area for our young family. The kids didn't want to go home. The sandy bottom shallow lake was ideal for our younger kids we had a hard time getting them out of the water. The property was clean, and the owners seemed to think of almost everything you would need for a cabin vacation. Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here! My APP was not working and the host were very helpful. I have a few other requests and they were also very gracious. We stayed in February, the cabin heated up quickly and the showers had great pressure and heat! The price can’t be beat and I would love to stay again.

We had a great time the location was right on the lake, near snowmobiling trails and a few restaurants plus a brand new grill. Plenty of room with all you need! Bed was a little hard for us but we have no other complaints.

Fantastic fkexiable hosts, I'm just there for a place to sleep 8 hours as in smallie fushing from sun up to sun down. Thursday was cold front day with winds well above 20mph and on mille lacs we all know is stay off the water as its a very wind driven lake. They allowed me to check in a day later and leave a day later which was awesome. Very clean and accommodating I'm sure ill be back perhaps next fall :) its is my favorite time to fish mille lacs big smallies and uncrowded offseason resort ramps. Thanks again

I arrived at Eagle Sands with a ton of stress. And the moment I walked in and saw that lake, all the stress just fell off! It was relaxing both inside and out. We weren't ready to leave but will definitely be back! Thanks, Jesse, for being an awesome host!
