This spacious home with incredible views is located in the center of Woodland Park & will meet a large family's fun-filled needs. Plenty of space to spread out & enjoy relaxing, cooking, and playing together. We are centrally located in the Rockies with a 2hr radius of fun. 25 min from Colorado Springs, 1.5 to Denver, 1.5 to Breckenridge. Woodland Park, 3min. Adventures are endless. Or just stay home and be together, comfortably. Pets are welcome with approval! The living areas are large and spacious it's perfect for two families to be together. Kids can hang out downstairs with a fireplace, foosball, basketball hoops, board games, and PlayStation. Adults can enjoy their solitude in the upstairs living area with a large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take the fun outside with two huge backyards. Sit in the hot tub, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, & a BBQ! The views are amazing you can miss the sunsets off the upper deck. The view of Pikes Peak is breathtaking. You will love this modern Colorado-style home away from home. We need to let you know that we had to add a 10% Administrative tax for Woodland Park City lodging tax.

This was our first time visiting Colorado, and this home away from home was perfect for us! Great neighborhood and lots of indoor and outdoor space. We didn't realize most homes in Colorado (including this one) don't have air conditioning, but with the windows open, it didn't get too hot. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as much as we would have liked. Even before our kids got in, the water seemed fairly cloudy, but I didn't get a picture of it beforehand because they were so excited to get in. The host put a tablespoon of shock in it the following day to clear it up, but we didn't attempt to get in it after that, because we didn't want to have to pay an extra cleaning fee. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would stay here again!!

The house was just as listed very clean and everything was in order. We enjoyed the spa and the kids had a great time playing foosball. The view out of the big front window is incredible at sunset. They even had a few deer come visit. Great place to stay and very close to town.

The property is beautiful and very welcoming. The bathrooms were very well stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The kitchen also was well stocked with staples and a huge refrigerator. The littles loved the swing set. Everyone loved the hot tub and fire pit. There are multiple dining tables indoor and outdoor. We saw deer in the yard. The neighbor is quiet. Our family enjoyed the nearby aquatic center. We all want to return for another visit.

There was PLENTY of space for the 6 of us and our dogs. We particularly enjoyed the sunroom with the cool breezes. It was clean and had what we needed. We walked the dogs in the morning and just around the curve we could see the sun rising onto Pikes Peak. The view was great from the front porch too of more mountains- even got the "purple mountain majesty" in the evening. Lots of deer in the neighborhood. They didn't seem to mind us or the dogs, but we kept the dogs close to us. Great location as it wasn't far to the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs and then the other way to hike the Crags and Mueller State Park. Great farmer's market/art fair on Friday mornings in Woodland Park. Easy to communicate with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

There are endless good things to say about our stay at this beautiful home! It is extremely clean & very well stocked! Fans & heaters, more than enough linens & towels, spices, snacks, bath products, toiletries, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, comfy furniture, & a stocked game room! Breathtaking mountain views, a hot tub, and a picturesque landscape. Close to a lot of cool things to do, and you will see deer every day in the yard :) they are used to people and we were able to get (respectfully) close to them and enjoy their beauty while capturing some amazing photos. What an unforgettable experience! We are a family of 4 (our kids being 12 & 17) and we all were so enamored with this stunning place. We were sad to leave and even discussed booking a fall or winter stay here. The owners are very communicative and they've thought of everything. Don't hesitate, book a stay here! Just absolutely perfect.

We found a beautiful place to celebrate our family Christmas with our sons and their wives, our grand babies, and our furbabies. The home was absolutely beautiful and so many amenities to make our stay perfect. The back yard with the play area was great for our little ones plus seeing deer was the perfect experience. The only downside was the main fireplace was not working and I was told by the host as we were approaching the cabin. The downstairs fireplace stopped working midway through our stay. But despite these two issues our Christmas stay was amazing.

This property was the perfect base for our family of 8 to explore Colorado Springs. Our kids and the dog enjoyed the large yard and hot tub. I was very surprised by all the extras-spices in the kitchen, hot chocolate and tea, microwave popcorn. Great selection of board games that everyone could enjoy.

Grandma and papa. Plus 10 grands! Pikes peak, royal gorge, cave of the winds, North Pole, 7 falls and Garden of the Gods. Great house really nice extras. The shampoo conditioner. Lotions. Even toothbrushes!! Even deer visited in the mornings. Easy drive to our activities. Very comfortable home. Did miss AC one evening , rest of time didn't need it.

Absolutely loved this place. Very clean, great location, amazing yard with views! The attention to detail in this house was the best, video games for the older kids, books and games for the little ones, dog supplies, friendly neighbors, entertainment downstairs, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of kitchen gadgets(I used the crockpot), it's like a home away from home. Also great communication if you have any questions. Tons of deer in the neighborhood as well! A quick drive to so many attractions! Plan on coming back for sure!

My husband and I wanted to get out of town and stay somewhere peaceful. This house was perfect for that! We brought our dog with us and enjoyed watching her roam around the big fenced in yard. We saw deer multiple times each day, which was so cool to see. We needed this getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Soap, conditioner, shampoo, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, spices, pots, pans, skillets, coffee, tea, etc… Everything you need for a perfect home away from home. Just pack your clothes and don’t worry about anything else. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain and more. Great location with easy access to all the wonderful tourists spots. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for being wonderful hosts who thought of everything!

This is a very nice 3 bedroom property that worked great for our family of six. The mountain view out the living room window is postcard perfect. Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor living space is nice with fenced in yard, hot tub, children's play area, comfortable outdoor furniture. Wish we could have used the fire pit but understand the fire restrictions. Our kids enjoyed the downstairs game room. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend.

This is a great property for a family outing. The only drawback is the need for a new living room couch. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking plan ahead….the cooking utensils were limited. The manager was OUTSTANDING and answered every question very quickly! It was a wonderful home for everyone to enjoy…..just wish we could have been there during the summer to be able to enjoy the outdoor decks and hot tub. Would not think twice about renting this property again.

Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains! We enjoyed sitting in the living room every morning with a the beautiful view of the mountains, fire place and a cup of coffee! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our son & his wife. The house was great! Everything was very clean!!! It was perfect for us and our pets! A great location and great fenced in yard! If we ever need to come back to this area, this will be our first pick!

As soon as you open the door you get a SMELL of Feline Urine. Apparently in the air ducts. NO AC. This smell was there the whole time. Don't bother washing any of the sheets because they weren't used. Master bedroom mattress was literally a CEMENT SLAB. Mouse droppings in the blue bed sheets. Well, twins are a little young for me. Absolutely not worth the price. I didn't stay here for my whole trip. Would not recommend.
