The place is a tiny house in a backyard. It’s right next to the woods, and we saw some baby deer as we arrived. The hosts are great and have good products to use, with a goodie basket. It was raining out, and the host was great and let us come early. The AC works great, shower gets hot, and there are a few extras like Edison lights and a fire pit. Great place for a get away.

The property was clean and in great condition. It was right of a biking/hiking trail which was fantastic! Maria was super helpful in finding trails to ride that were open. Tornados came through 10 prior to our visit so not all trails were open due to down trees. Despite that it was a great stay in a wonderful area.

Great experience, warm guests, perfect place for a weekend get away! We’ll be back!

The great location and privacy lead to a well-balanced indoor/outdoor stay. Like camping and a hotel all in one...but better!

Came to bike ride and the trails at the doorstep were perfect! Had a great stay and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.
Rented e-bikes from Rise and Ride and they delivered to our door!

This was our first time traveling to Bentonville to mountain bike and everything about this property and our stay was fantastic. Smooth check-in process, kind and helpful hosts, clean and well-resourced property. The mtb trails right out the door and the bike garage were huge bonuses for us. Highly recommend the Drop Inn. We will definitely be back!

We were greeted with genuine warmth by our hosts, and our accommodations were well located and comfortable. We appreciate the quiet little house that is close enough to the larger home that it felt safe yet private.

Cute little cabin. Perfect for a short get away. Clean, stocked with some basic necessities, and comfortable. Look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend.

Being obsessed with tiny houses, this was our opportunity to experience one. We loved everything about it.
The property was meticulously clean; tastefully and thoughtfully outfitted to anticipate a guest's every need and comfort -- the Ritz Carlton mattress slept like a dream; private and peaceful without being isolated -- located in a lovely residential neighborhood but tucked into a gorgeous natural setting that takes you away from the everyday. Excellent location for exploring Bentonville by bike or car.
The host, Maria, is amazing. This was our first VRBO, but it is clear that Maria has set the bar very high. She and the tiny house exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would definitely book a return stay or recommend this comfortable, fun, upscale VRBO.
A final note: We are likely older than typical guests of this particular rental. As long as future guests understand the nature of a sleeping loft and the inability to stand up in that area, this is a wonderful VRBO for discerning adults of any age

This was the absolute best getaway - a tiny house all to yourself but hidden inside a cozy neighborhood. The hosts are just lovely and gave the best advice on where to grab a bite in town. Icing on the cake was coming home at night to see 3 deer in the neighborhood ❣️

Although this is a tiny home it didn't feel too small for my husband and I. It was nice and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The home was clean, well stocked and the owners thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The most amazing experience that made our weekend getaway trip to Bentonville absolutely unforgettable! The cabin is gorgeous, brand new, with every thoughtful detail imaginable. Located 3min from downtown by car, it's super convenient and close to everything. We brought our city bikes with us and took a paved trail, just 5 min away, all the way to the downtown square. Beautiful city, beautiful cabin, we're coming back this fall because we couldn't get enough of both!

Great place to stay, right off the trails, 2 miles from the square. 10 out of 10 Recommend!

This place was perfect for me and a buddy of mine that traveled down to Bentonville to mountain bike! Overall the place was very clean and was great overall. It’s in a great location where a lot of stuff is just a short drive. Plus the there is a trail right in the backyard that leads to slaughter pen! You just drop in right in your own back yard! It was great!

We stayed at the drop inn for my 50th Birthday weekend. We wanted something remote but close to town and comfortable and we scored! This is the perfect place for a bike vacation. Every need is met! Fire pit. Comfy bed. Electricity. AC. Stocked bathroom! Bike shed!
I was so surprised to see a birthday cake in the refrigerator on our arrival! So thoughtful! Thanks for sharing your trailside slice of heaven! (...and the cake was EXACTLY what I would have ordered for myself!)

Everything was wonderful! Yes, it is tiny, but the lay out is so good. It is clean and organized and very comfortable. I slept upstairs in the loft, and my 15 year-old son slept on the pull-out couch downstairs. We folded it up during the day, and that left plenty of room for both of us to chill and watch tv in the evenings. The house it right off one of the biking trails, so it was perfect for my son to just ride off on his own and get lost in a day of riding. The walk to downtown for me was a straight 2 mile shot and very nice along the way.

Sorry to say we had to cancel our trip, but Maria was awesome from the time we made the reservation. She contacted us to find out any recommendations she could give and provided many for restaurants, activities and bike rentals, and she was always quick to respond to us. We look forward to actually staying at this awesome property sometime soon & getting the chance to meet her!

Maria was very easy to reach, though I needed nothing while in the cabin. The cabin was very clean and had the necessary amenities for our stay, plus some extras. We thoroughly enjoyed the calm, quiet and comfort of the cabin and hope to return when the weather is more cooperative. That said, it was convenient to the various activities we did and we would recommend it.

The property not only had everything that we were looking for, but the service provided by the VRBO Hosts was the best I have ever experienced.

My wife and I booked this little place for the outdoor living area. We didn’t get to use it much due to a snowstorm but it was an amazing area. The house was small but plenty of room for us to lounge around in. If you want to stay and just escape from reality this is your place.

My first tiny home experience did not disappoint. Super clean and very adequately stock! Comfy bed. Beautiful outdoor are. Steps away from a fantastic bike trail and Crystal Bridges Museum. A NWA gem. Host was super nice and attentive. Hopefully I’ll be back soon!

This place is perfect and cozy. everything inside was well thought out and the attached bike storage kept our riding gear safe. The fire pit was great after a long day riding and it is located with easy access to downtown and of course the trails. Being able to walk out the door and be on Slaughter Pen trails makes this our new favorite place to stay in Bentonville! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this property. It's a little dicey getting up and getting in and out of the bed, but know that in advance and you'll be fine. We took two night lights and were glad we did for nighttime bathroom visits. There aren't a lot of places to put your stuff, were wishing for more shelves and hooks, but we appreciate the openness that they've achieved. It's comfortable and so cute. Loved and enjoyed the fire pit!!! It was our mistake as far as location. I thought I was booking something where you were very close to walk to the Bentonville Square and to Crystal Bridges Museum. It's actually on one of the bike trails instead and a couple of miles from the square and museum. But we made it work and it was a beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Great place!!

The property was exactly as advertised. We had a great time and biked right from the house.

This tiny home is in a family neighborhood that offers you easy access to the many attractions in northwest Arkansas. There is a bike trail that runs right behind it which is a big perk for those who enjoy the past time. Maria is the hostess & she is generously accommodating & responsive. The tiny home is well appointed & offers many modern comforts. Be aware that this is on someone's private property in a neighborhood. While there is a fence around the rental property that offers separation & the hosts are thoughtful regarding privacy, if you are looking for a more private, natural getaway, this may not be a fit for you. All said, we had a nice stay & would recommend the convenience of this vacation rental to those visiting the area.

This was our first “tiny home” experience. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The fires at night were a great way to end the day. We will be back to visit again!!

I booked this trip for my husband as a surprise weekend getaway! It was PERFECT! Maria was very helpful and kind and gave us lots of notes on things to do while we were there. The tiny home was very clean and had everything you would need to make your stay easy and it was in the perfect spot for any mountain biking! We will for sure be coming back to stay at the drop inn soon!!

Perfect place with thoughtful touches
We stayed at the Drop Inn on our first trip to NWA to visit the Slaughter Pen Trails, the place could not have been more perfect for our little family of 3. We have always been fascinated by tiny home living so this was such a special experience for us. From the moment we arrived we knew we picked the perfect place. We found snacks for the trails in the welcome basket, literally the same snacks we buy at home, it’s like they already knew us, and a few local IPA’s in the fridge to try…my favorite! The home was spotless and so well decorated and appointed. The loft area where the bed is was cozy, so comfortable and even had the highest powered little fans in each side of the bed, so many perfect little details. There is also room for extra storage inside above the porch. The bike storage was a dream with a bike wash and trail map. We dropped in right out the back each day and took a left to ride the Ozone Trail all the way down to Angus Chute and onto the Greenway right by our favorite little pump track. We spent lots of time by the fire in the evening under the twinkle lights watching bikers go by. My son was so grateful to have to hosts children to play with, they were the most polite and friendly children ever. We even got a chance to visit with Brad and Maria who were the kindest and most helpful hosts. They shared many stories and info that made this trip our best vacation ever. We can’t wait to get back again very soon.

Absolutely Perfect
My Friend and I traveled to Bentonville for the first time and stayed at the Drop Inn. We fell in love with the the town and this rental immediately. The Hosts are so fun and welcoming. They provided us with great helpful tips on trails to try and places to eat. The rental was so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved being able to hop right on the MTB trail and get anywhere we wanted to go. We can’t wait to go back!
