Head down to the lower-level for the perfect teenage hangout! In addition to the entertaining space, there's a Queen sleeper sofa. Also in the lower level is a 3rd full bath and full-size washer/dryer.

There is room for 4+ cars in the driveway. Located on a quiet street just outside Annapolis right off Route 50 near the Annapolis hospital, mall, West Annapolis and all downtown has to offer.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Quiet neighborhood hours are 9pm-8am!
