Grandview East 302-Sandscape is the perfect choice for your next trip to the Emerald Coast with 1559 square feet of luxurious living space and 10ft ceilings! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located on the 3rd floor directly on the beach, boasting spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the huge balcony, or inside from the living room and Master bedroom. This condo has been recently updated to include NEW paint, NEW Bedding, NEW decor, and more! Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. The Master bedroom has King bed, where you can also enjoy stunning views of the Gulf. The 2nd guest bedroom has a lovely king bed, as well. The third bedroom has a set of queen over queen bunk beds, so this beautiful condo can accommodate 8 guests! There's even a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen for guest convenience. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!
Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the ONLY complex in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High Speed Internet extended to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the gulf breezes while working and learning remotely! These vacation rentals are perfect for that Panama City getaway
