Gated, luxury condo, located just steps from the white sands of Wrightsville Beach! This nearly new 3 bed, 3 bath condo includes high end finishes throughout. The chef's eat-in kitchen features quartzite countertops and backsplash with a waterfall edge, all stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, gold gooseneck faucet and cabinet hardware. A unique feature is the heated and cooled two car garage with fridge and large screen TV and sound system, as well as a gas grill.

Located adjacent to Johnnie Mercer’s pier, this newly constructed condo is in central Wrightsville Beach - just steps from local restaurants, bars, the loop, and of course- the beach! Enjoy hours of people watching from the deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Pier Fun features all new furnishings, a stocked kitchen with center island with seating to gather while making meals, and a table for six to enjoy meals or play games.

The first master suite includes a king bed where you can watch the sunrise, it's own private spa like, luxury bathroom, flatscreen TV, and access to the deck. Enjoy views of the dunes from bed or the desk in the second master suite. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds will be added in late April, and it's own bath. All rooms are appointed with Smart TV's and Sonos sound systems. You will have access to Hulu to stream live TV, movies and shows.

The ground level includes a two- care garage that can accommodate two vehicles (depending on their size). Paid street parking is available and is first come first serve on Seagull ad Salisbury Streets. The private elevator provides access from the building entry directly to the condo and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sand and sun.

INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens,. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and beach games are also provided for your enjoyment and are conveniently located in the garage.

After a minor SNAFU to start our stay, which Tom quickly rectified, we had a wonderful time. It is a very nice Condo in a perfect location. The garage is an added benefit given street parking is difficult. Highly recommend for a vacation get-a-way.

Our family of five and a friend got to enjoy Wrightsville and this beautiful house last month. The house was immaculately clean, and the location was perfect, walkable to shops restaurants. We will certainly come again next year.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my son's graduation from UNCW. The property was absolutely perfect for us. The location is fabulous, the condo is gorgeous. Tom was great. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful time in PierFun condo. Being so close to the beach was great for our surfers in the group. The condo was beautiful! Loved the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths for our family vacation. The nearby restaurants were terrific! We really enjoyed our time in Wrightsville Beach. Can't wait to get back!

Beautiful perfectly decorated condo!! This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a beach vacation with your family. Only few steps from the beach and great places to eat and drink. Tom was so communicative and checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Will return again.

We loved our stay here. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. The place was so convenient to the beach, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had a great view. It was the perfect size rental for my family of 4 and parents to share. The property manager Tom was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. The next time we return to Wrightsville, we will want to rent this unit again, without question.

We went to Wrightsville beach to spend a few days baby sitting our 9 weeks grandson so that our daughter and husband could attend his sisters wedding and enjoy some much needed time away from parenting. The condo was beautifully set up in an ideal location - steps from the beach! It rained every day but we sat on the covered deck and enjoyed watching the surfers, and hearing the ocean. It was a peaceful, wonderful time! The condo was fantastic and comfortable in every way! Hope to go back!

Great location. Great hosts. BEAUTIFUL property, very comfortable for our family of 8. Loved the bunk set up for kids. Confirmed 50 steps to the sand! We loved everything about our trip. Highly recommend this property. We loved the porch, great walking location, great for kids and adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Tom and Larry were both very responsive and great hosts.

We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo. Absolutely everything was top notch, and they have thought of absolutely everything. We only had one day nice enough to go to the beach (which is so close!), and they had beach chairs and all of the necessities. We toured nearby UNCW one day, as our daughter will be attending there in the fall. There are tons of places to go in walking distance-location is ideal. And they even had some games in the condo that kept us entertained for hours during the rain. We certainly hope to return!

Stayed for a weekend. Incredible place and amenities. Everything first class and in a great location. Can’t say enough positive things about the place and the owners. From how easy they made the checkin process to how welcome they made us feel. Tom who helps manage the property did an awesome job in just staying in contact with us to make sure we had everything we need. Would highly recommend this place.

This is everything you could possibly want in a rental!! This rental is all on the same floor, no running up and down steps for bedrooms and ect. It was clean, beautiful and just everything at your fingertips. We are planning on returning as soon as possible. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent location where you can walk out your door and are on the beach! Beds were comfy and master bathroom amazing! We appreciate the higher end furnishings, cookware and appliances (even though I couldn't figure out how to get the dryer started). Thank you for sharing. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect! Everything about the living space was beautiful! The kids loved the beach, fishing at the pier, ice cream stops next door each day!!!! The shark bar had great food and margaritas. This was a wonderful stay while visiting friends in Wilmington. Highly recommend.

The place was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay. I’m always hesitant to tell others about our wonderful experience because selfishly, I want there to be openings for us to book next year. The local guide, Tom is very knowledgeable about the local gems and ready on the spot if you need anything. In addition to what you see in the pictures, the house comes with beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, a grill, garage and gate openers (which is very convenient that most places don’t do), and access to the elevator (which is a life saver for dragging in all your luggage). The beds were plenty comfy, the towels were soft and not cheap, and the couch in the living room was wonderful. The Wifi was strong and had no issues despite 3 of us “working from home” and taking video calls during the week. Hands down we will be coming back to this place if it’s available!! Thank you!
