We were looking for a place to accommodate our three kids during our visit to the DC area. This was a small, snug space that was just right for us and not too far from the major sights in DC.

This was great for our small adult family unit (couple with adult son). Good location - short drive to Pentagon City mall to get on Metro into DC. Close to DCA airport as well and not too far to Mt Vernon.

Our family lives in the US and Canada and Arlington, VA was a central location for us to have Thanksgiving together. The Langley was perfect for some of us to stay in since we had a small dog and it was central to where others live. The house was very clean and served us well and the dog thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard. Kevin was very accommodating and responded quickly when I had questions.

Had to bring my family for a service at Arlington. This was such a cute house and a quiet neighborhood. Kevin was great with answering our MANY questions. This was our first time using VRBO and he made it seamless.

Beautiful inside, great outdoor seating, generous snack and coffee offerings and located very near Arlington, Shirlington and DC attractions. The owner was extremely communicative and welcoming. We will return when our business travel takes us to DC again.

Great place for our trip to the DC area to bring the kids sight seeing. Family of five, a grandparent and two dogs fit comfortably here for the week. Quiet street, fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again!

Everything we needed was available to use. Laundry soap-softener-dish soap-paper towels- seasonings-coffee-snacks and even a bag of ice. Was impressed by cleanliness and location. Just be sure to put younger people in upstairs bedroom, which is very spacious w/bath. We parked in driveway and Ubered to National Cathedral Easter and Kevin had no problem allowing us to go back in and change our clothes before leaving DC. We definitely would recommend

We are a family of six. Three of our kids are teenagers with one younger. We all fit nicely into this house. It gave us the room and space to spread out after a long day of touring all the sights in and around DC. The house is in a really central location. Navigating to everywhere we wanted to go was easy. We had on site parking which was so nice. Kevin was communicative and helpful with food suggestions, travel recommendations and general information about the area. We would absolutely stay in this home again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the DC area.

Great location for our funeral at Arlington Cemetery. Was able to bring my small dog with the heart problems, which was great because she had to have medicines. The steps leading upstairs were a bit scary going up and coming down. The backyard was all fenced in and super nice. Has a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor which was great for my elderly in laws. Over a nice place for the couple days we were there, and it was nice to be able to stay together and have family time together.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this place is just ok. The location itself is pretty good, easy access to groceries and DC (15 min drive). There is a designated parking spot, which is essential b/c street parking is extremely limited. It was clean. However, it felt like the owners did the bare minimum - there was nothing above and beyond to make it homey (which I was disappointed in, given the reviews). In the kitchen it was cheap plastic cups, random mismatched stuff - we cooked every night and there were no "extra" things like pot holders, there was only one dish towel, no aluminum foil. And the coffee pot was plugged in by a hanging power strip (seemed super unsafe, but alas). As it relates to sleeping conditions, the stairs to the upstairs are SUPER steep, my daughter actually fell down the stairs - it would not be recommended for older adults or small children, it's steep. There are two beds in the house (one being up the steep stairs) but the "other" beds that sleep 8, are these thin foldable mattresses and there are only sheets for these beds (no extra blankets or covers - luckily we had packed blankets in the car) and there was really nowhere to lay the mattresses down except in the living room (the bedrooms are too small to accommodate). We only had 5 people and it felt like a tight fit. We also had plumbing issues for our entire stay and couldn't use the main bathroom sink, it was clogged. We were told they knew about it the day we arrived and would fix it, however it wasn't fixed until our last night (and once they "fixed" it, we weren't allowed to use it b/c of the chemicals they poured down it). So we had an un-useable sink our entire stay. Very frustrating. And if I'm being honest, the pictures depict a light and airy house, but due to the close proximity to the neighboring apartments, we didn't open the blinds (no privacy) so it was always dark inside. And, as it relates to the blind, they are super cheap and flimsy. I swear people could see in the bathroom while we were showering and the light gets into the bedrooms - we actually hung a towel over it. Also, FWIW, the yard says it's fenced in, but in the back corner, dogs can get under the shed. Overall, it was ok, it was a place to stay and we weren't there very much (except to eat and sleep).

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend visiting family in DC. The house was very clean with small touches to make us feel welcome. It’s in a good location near lots of stores, restaurants, and parks. The driveway was convenient for parking and the fenced yard was great for our dog. Kevin was a very kind and responsive host. The only downside was that the house is smaller than we expected and was a tight fit for our family of 4 (e.g. limited seating in the living room, tight bathrooms). The stairs leading to the second floor are very steep and narrow so anyone with small children or mobility issues should be cautious going up and down those steps.

We took a family trip to DC with our 4 year old and 2 year old. Kevin had great communication leading up to the check-in and even scrambled last minute to allow an early check-in. Throughout the process, his communication was the best of any host we've had. The house was clean and fully stocked, including coffee and tea for the keurig! It was in a great location that was central to everything we were doing in DC and very close to some great shops and restaurants in Arlington. Overall, our only complaint was that it was a bit tight for a family of 4, but when we booked it, our 2 year old was still sleeping in a crib and had decided weeks prior to start escaping. While there were lots of cars on the street, there is enough parking in the driveway and it was a very quiet little street. Would definitely recommend!

When you start referring to your vacay rental as home, you know you made the right choice. Our host was incredibly responsive and thought of every amenity possible! This location was outstanding, we visited 4 museums in DC, visited in old town Alexandria, and MGM in Maryland all within 30 min drive away.

Great place to stay! The house was very clean, organized and had everything you’ll need for your stay. The owners thought of everything! Perfect location for travels to DC or throughout Virginia. Fenced in backyard was perfect for a dog too.

We travelled from Scotland to visit Washington DC and play some golf in the area. The location was perfect for us as easy access to go south to the golf courses and easy access into the middle of Washington. The house was very nice, exactly as listed and in a quiet neighbourhood. Kevin kept in contact throughout our stay which was good and we had no issues.

My husband, myself, our two boys and family dog enjoyed our stay at the Langley, just a short 10 minutes drive to DC. The house was clean and had all of the basic necessities we needed. We were able to hit a local grocery and prepare some meals using the kitchen pretty easily. The fenced in backyard was convenient as well. Highly recommend this place for a visit to the DC area.

We could not have been happier to stay here at the Langley. This place was impeccably Clean. If I had a question the owner's response was very speedy. This is the 1st time that I have ever been in a place like this where I actually felt the bed was comfortable. They don't chance on anything they thought of the smallest detail down to your were furry family members. I would highly recommend to stay here if you are looking for a 10 stars stay.
