Great views and very clean. All good..

This property is so perfect for our family of four and our small dog. We love staying here. It's close to Boone and Blowing Rock, tons of restaurants, grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful. The driveway is steep so I would recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle. The place is super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If we're ever back in bend and we will come back for a third stay! Thank you so much!

Great house to base our graduation weekend for three visiting adults. Fantastic views and easy to find. Very clean and had everything we needed.
We had a little issue with the water pressure upstairs that disappears entirely when the water downstairs is being run.
Also, the large pile of leaves off the back step masked a bit of a hole and my husband wrenched his ankle, though fortunately not enough to keep him from the festivities.

We just had our stay at this awesome little cabin and we definitely plan to rent this spot again. The proximity to downtown Boone combined with the view is pretty hard to beat. Getting down the mountain and into to town is super quick and the route is definitely scenic. The cabin itself isn't large but was perfect for our trip (4 adults) and the view from the front porch is incredible. It is stocked with all of the basics you need such as towels, toilet paper, starter kits of toiletries. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need for small meals at the house (there's no dishwaser, which was fine for us) including pots, pans, silverware, cutting knives, coffeemaker (keurig and drip), fridge with icemaker. The one thing that has to be said (and they are fully transparent about this in the listing) is that you really should plan on having a 4WD vehicle or at least an AWD. The road up is fine, but the gravel driveway is quite steep and there are no parking areas at the bottom of the driveway if you can't make it up. We rolled the dice and got lucky - we were in a RWD Tahoe and if there had been any snow at all, there's no way we would have made it up. We watched at least 5 cars struggle or fail to get up the driveway next door, and our driveway was more steep. I would recommend this place without reservation though - we absolutley loved it.

My son's family lives in Boone but we wanted our own place to stay. All was very well.

This is a great option for a small cabin on the mountain with a fantastic view, especially during leaf season. The location was in great proximity to Boone and surrounding mountain areas.

The property is in a great location just outside of Boone that provided great views, convenient access to activities in the town. Overall it was a very relaxing experience and it was a great place for not only us, but our dogs to enjoy a nice weekend in the mountains. We would certainly look to stay here if possible when returning to the Boone area.

My husband and I did a last minute get away for fresh mountain air, views, mountain biking, and hiking with our dogs. This cabin was so lovely and couldn't have been more perfect for our stay!

We had a great stay. Beautiful mountain views and close to downtown Boone. Everything was clean except there’s no dishwasher and someone before us put dirty coffee mugs in the cabinet…but not really the fault of the cleaning crew if they weren’t aware. Everything else was clean and cozy! Not a huge house so probably more ideal for a small family or 1-2 couples. But it was perfect for us and we really loved our stay! Thank you.

This cozy house with a great deck and amazing view was just the right size for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom loft had a desk with a great view as well. The gas fireplace was a bonus. The carport right next to the house was great for the rainy day. Very close to downtown Boone but far enough away to have some quiet time as well. Enjoyed the house!

A+++ view and location. Need a 4x4 if there is snow and ice. Had to put it in 4lo to get up driveway. Dog friendly so a area of throw rig smelled of ammonia. Brought our dog so all is well with that. Need a furniture update for the price but all in all it was a great stay.

Weekend to visit our college freshman. Nice place, great location. The driveway was steep as advertised but my AWD was ok even with a light snow. The living space is small so I was glad there were only three of us there. We would return.

This place had an amazing view, was clean, warm and inviting. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The deck was the best part of the house. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful views!
The property was perfect for our family of four and our small Furbaby. The location is so close to everything, Boone center, Blowing Rock and a short drive to Grandfather Mountain and many parks. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were wonderful with great water pressure and hot water. The loft was perfect for my husband and I. While the kitchen is small it has everything we needed. The views from the deck were amazing, sunrise to sunset! The sounds each morning we're wonderful and we often saw dear and wildlife everywhere. The little pong like stream by the gate is great to walk too and has a picnic table and grill. The only thing I could say is the house floors were not super clean with cat or dog hair all over. I vacuumed twice to try to get it all out. We hope to come back soon!

When you do not get many days off you try to enjoy every minute of each of those days. This team is top notch and took care of all the small details to allow us to enjoy our precious time away. Thank you again for a great stay.

Quiet relaxing weekend
Our family of 4 really enjoyed this cabin! It was clean, well kept and comfortable. We had no issues with anything, so we just focused on having fun together. This was so much better than places we’ve stayed in years past.
