As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by an open layout featuring a loft and a complete living room. On the first floor, you can also find the full-size kitchen and breakfast bar, fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials you could need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal and one bedroom as well. On the second floor, you can find three more bedrooms, the main bedroom featuring a private, covered balcony and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub.

When you want a bit of fresh air and desert sunshine, this lovely home features an unforgettable patio perfect for days spent tanning, boasting a built-in grill and bar, a covered dining area, beach-themed murals, and a large glistening pool! Our extended family stayed for Thanksgiving and the house was a perfect fit. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. We would definitely rent here again.

We spent the week visiting our son that is stationed at Luke AFB. Had a great time at this house. Just as advertised and great communication.

Huge home with fabulous backyard. Landscaping could use a bit of attention and internet was so spotty that we couldn’t watch any live TV via the Roku apps but spent most of our time outdoors anyhow. Less than 5 minutes from Camelback Ranch if baseball is your thing. There is not garage parking as stated as there is a ping pong table/pool table in the garage but that was entertaining on a rainy day as well. Make sure to request heat for the pool several days before your arrival.

We met in Phoenix for the Eagles/cardinals game. The home was clean, well-maintained and offered the amenities — pool, grill, etc. we were looking for. We would come back! Fly Eagles Fly!

Excellent Location, Beautiful home. Kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and pool were great. Had some issues though that were never addressed! This property was ran by a company, so every message through vrbo was answered by a company rep out of state who gave me a generic response and put my issue in a computer to be resolved later. I never heard from the same rep twice, nor did I ever see or hear from a property manager. None of my issues were addressed prior to checkout. This place was pricy by my standards especially for the company not being able to meet my needs. Some of the issues were; the master bedroom and poolside tv did not work, the bottom floor smelled of animal urine somewhere near the dining room, there was an ant problem in front entryway inside the home, and the balcony canopy was broken and falling off of the wall. The beds were not great either. I felt unsatisfied with the home upon leaving and did sign the check out book. I felt like I was promised one thing, payed a lofty price for it, and received something else. In my book 24/7 service means someone is there to help you, not just type a response to you and never come. Over all, I did enjoy my stay and the location of the home played a huge roll in that. It also had some great aspects to it, so I would rate my trip 50-50 and call it a wash. I hope not to see a response from the Vacasa company. At this point, it would only be seen to be disingenuous and as cookie-cutter our last coorespondence.

Great home with a lot of space. Perfect for 4 guys. Only complaint would be that we got to town early and they would not let us check in until 4:00pm. I didn’t think there was anyone staying there the night before.

Nice… from out of state. Nice quiet neighborhood. Could have included a few more essentials. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.. we were there for 5 days and had 8 people.( not enough) No wash clothes for showers. No extra trash bags for garbage! Would have figured that might be included but was not… had to go purchase on our own and had to throw away all because we were traveling!!

Very nice and clean house. We had a party of 7 and there were only 2 lounge chairs by the pool. Would have been nice if there were more. Also it said the pool was heated. It was very cold. I don’t think they turned it on.

Group of 6 of us spent 5 days here during Spring Training & Nascar week. We have stayed in the area twice a year for the past 8 years and found this place to be a bit high priced for what it offered. We did enjoy the pool & backyard space, having 3 bathrooms, the abundance of towels & the security gates were a nice bonus. You can tell this is a newer vrbo home and I would suggest luggage racks in the bedrooms without dressers plus a lamp or 2, more silverware, and a better housekeeping service as 2 of our beds were missing top sheets & the master sheets didn’t fit well & the fitted sheet fell off every night. A walkaround of the property to secure electrical boxes is also necessary as they tended to pull out whenever plugging in the outdoor lights.

Our group had a wonderful week at Aspen Adventure! Temps were cool but we were still able to enjoy hiking and golfing in the area and reading poolside as theweek warmed up. The home was very clean, well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many of our meals for the week there. Pool was heated and everything was as advertised. Wonderful place to stay.

This home was fantastic!! Clean, open layout. There were plenty of board and card games as well as darts. Nicely stocked with towels and dishes. Just about every appliance you may need. The pool area is also very spacious with no neighbors behind house. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Loved our stay here, it was very clean and appointed tastefully as if it was your own home. The master bathroom is awesome and bigger than my own master bedroom! Great pool and lounge area. No neighbors to the back so i spent the nights sipping on adult beverages while looking at the night sky. One thing i really liked was that it had a separate HVAC for the upstairs and downstairs. So i stayed downstairs where i could have it cooler while my family stayed upstairs where they could keep the heat high. AND...its only minutes from the football stadium. I recommend Eric's BBQ which was only a couple minutes to the west for food.
