Valleywood Villa is in a prime resort location -- minutes to all amenities including the GTA Owner's Club, Eagle Ridge golf courses, Lake Galena, multiple walking/hiking trails, & more! This is a 5BR with all ensuite baths for ultimate privacy and a half bath on the main floor. Ideal for families or groups of 5-12. Space for all w/ 2 living rooms each with wood-burning fireplaces and TVs. Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Unwind in the impressive living room, complete with a soaring ceiling, skylights, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone mantle housing a cozy wood-burning fireplace. This property was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 2 teens. The house was well stocked with paper products such as paper towel and toilet paper. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. It was great to have a gas grill and there was even an extra tank ready to go if we needed it. The house is definitely a well used rental but the beds were comfortable and the space was great for our group! Brian was easy to communicate with and was helpful with getting golf passes to our rental before we arrived.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It is the perfect size for our family and we love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The owners club is a big perk and we enjoy the Galena downtown as well. It’s a great home away from home!

Location and house perfect for our group of ten golfers for a weekend...we have stayed at Eagle Ridge Resort near Galena annually for many years and this property was one of the best! Usually we have used the resort golf package but selection was minimal and actually, cheaper to do a VRBO and use their special golf rate rather than the package. Brian was a great host and very helpful!

Brian and Johnny made is feel right at home. Wjat i appreciated the moat was the communication. They were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. We had unexpected snow and they came and shoveled for us! I cant recommend them enough. Perfect for a quiet family get away.

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home on a cul-de-sac. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay playing games around the big kitchen table, we snuggled up to watch movies on the comfy couches by a roaring fire, took long walks with the dogs, and just had a great time hanging with our family. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which had pretty much everything one would need to prepare nice meals. We'd definitely consider coming back during the summer where we could enjoy the outdoors more, the porch, and the beauty that summertime has to offer. I will add that Brian was very communicative and accommodating! This is the second time we booked with him and we'd def book with him again!

We stayed here for a family gathering and it was a wonderful vacation. We had plenty of bedrooms and the main level dining room, living room, porch combo were wonderful for hanging out as a family at times while also having different activities going on in smaller groups. Host was quick to respond to questions along the way.

3 generations enjoyed our stay. Lots of room to be together and to spread out. Grandkids especially loved hiking, riding at Shenandoah and swimming at the Owners' Club. Screen porch was great. Lovely pontoon cruise on Lake Galena as well.

The house was as pictured- very nice to accommodate 5 couples for the weekend. Host quickly responded to couple of issues, however one could not be fixed over the weekend but I’m sure it will be resolved for the next group. Pretty clean for the most part except Light fixtures in a couple of the bathrooms could use a cleaning- dead bugs inside glass cover and some mold in the tracks of the shower doors. This house was well stocked with paper towels, tissues and toilet paper and hand soaps — a lot of rental homes have not provided these little essentials - so we were happy with that. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Practical home that fits the price tag. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. The number of bathrooms really helped with the large group we had. It's not 5 stars because the beds are a little uncomfortable and it definitely feels like a high traffic rental home the second you walk in. I guess that's to be expected though. It would be 4.5 if I could give it. But good, open living area. Nice kitchen. It got the job done for a wonderful week in the Galena Territory. Lots of activities to keep us busy and we found ourselves on the nice screened in porch each night reflecting on all we did.

We had an amazing stay in Galena to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. There were 5 couples on the trip so this house was perfect - each couple had there own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to communicate and accompanied a few requests we had. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place for our family . It was big and spacious . Very clean and wonderful neighborhood to walk my dogs . Kids went to play basketball at the club and so w joyed that . We visit galena a couple of times a year . Such a beautiful area to visit . Will definitely stay here again. Brian the gist was great . Despite issues with the house, we still had a good time. When we arrived everything seemed great until we realized how many issues the house had. The following are a few of the issues. Jacuzzi tub on main floor does not work - the toilet paper holder in the main floor bath is broken (there is only half of the holder still on the wall with a free standing roll holder. either fix the wall or only keep the free standing holder) - there is one knob on the stove that is stripped and will not engage the valve - all stove burners should be inspected and adjusted - there is very little control over the flame size making cooking ANYTHING on the stovetop extremely difficult - the oven light is out - the kitchen spotlight over the stove is burned out and filthy! - several kitchen cabinets and drawers do not work properly/smoothly - one porch light is out - there are only three walkway lights and two are broken (it is very difficult to navigate the walkway at night) - the hot tub light is out - the screen door from the screened porch to the deck does not function properly - there are several ripped screens on the porch The property manager was great up until we voiced our concerns after our stay. He decided to blame us for not mentioning anything when we found the issues and refused to acknowledge any of it. He had plenty of excuses though. At the end of the day, yes we could have called each and every time we found an issue. However, we did not spend four thousand dollars to advise of issues that should not have existed. Not to mention possibly having to change plans to accommodate a repair person and the time it would take to fix the issue. I would stay away from this rental company. We are property owners and frequently visit Galena. There are plenty of better priced and better maintained houses on the territory.

There are 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is plenty of parking and the house is well located. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I recommend it for a group.

Stayed with a group of friends for 2 nights. The space was perfect for us. Wished it wasn't so hot so that we could have enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee! We didn't end up using any of the on-site amenities, but would if I returned. Perfect house for family or friends to gather. Would highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our group of 10. We had an extended family get together so it was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The gathering and outdoor areas were nice for meals and games. Communication with the owner was good and everything was very clean and exactly as we expected based on the property information. I appreciated that the owner took the time to reach out to me after we left when they found a ring there that they thought may have belonged to someone in our group.

Booked this home for my sons wedding weekend and was hoping to have enough room for a small get together. This house was perfect! Loved the decks, one with a roof which came in handy due to the rain. The selection of cookware and dishes/utensils is the best I’ve ever seen. Would definitely stay here again!
