The space:
This bright, lovingly-decorated house with tons of smart home features is the perfect base to explore all CDA has to offer. Located in a friendly and upscale neighborhood, this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – High-speed wireless internet, Firestick (easily sign in to any of your own streaming services), washer and dryer, games, books. Share a bottle of wine or shake up a quick cocktail to enjoy under the string lights on the private back patio.

Perfect for family reunions and vacations, holidays, Ironman, Girls’ Weekends, Silverwood (30 min drive), skiing trip (about 1 hour to Schweitzer, Lookout Pass, and Silver Mountain), rest and relaxation. Fully equipped kitchen; plan and easily prepare a big holiday meal here! Decorated for Christmas-November 1 through mid-January.

Tons of fun outdoor adventures in the area including many miles of bike trails (Centennial Trail, Route of the Hiawatha), kayaking, boating, hiking, and more! Excellent playgrounds nearby, Fort Sherman Playground and Carousel, McEuen Park, and enjoy the beach at City Park next to Independence Point. Check out Higgens Point in the fall to see the bald eagle migration! Coeur d’Alene is a foodie haven with so many delicious restaurants in town, cute shops, city and Resort events year-round for all interests.

Guest access:
Easy walk to Downtown or Midtown Coeur d'Alene, excellent street parking in front of home and one private parking spot behind the home upon request. Four beach cruisers and 2 children's bikes available (helmets not provided). Four beach chairs and beach towels located in garage. Help yourself to the fresh herb garden in a big pot on the front porch!

Please note: There are Ring security cameras outside the front door, patio area, and in the garage. No cameras or recording devices are inside our home.

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location that was convenient to downtown and the lake but in quiet neighborhood. Unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the essentials for our stay. In addition there were bikes available for you to use- a nice bonus. Check in was easy. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely return on our next visit to CDA. Thanks!

A lovely home where we could gather our local friends and family together for games and dinners. We lived in Coeur d Alene for 20 years and knew the location was walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed at this property while we were in town for a lacrosse tournament the property was immaculate and really peaceful. I also really loved walking from the property to the lake front.

The house needed some airing out after some sort of painting must have been done, otherwise the stay was amazing! Their travel-themed decor was awesome to look at and tastefully done, and the house had great amenities and a wonderful location. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for a girls' weekend "sleepover", and we went to breakfast the next morning at one of the many local options nearby. We didn't have time to use them, but the bikes provided by the hosts would have been such a fun option to get around with for some exercise and shopping.

Your place was amazing - seriously! Just as advertised, decorated very cute but with a personal touch, highlighting your travels. Kitchen is fully stocked, with all we needed. Christmas decorations were up so it felt like home. Although we didn’t use them, the bikes that were available would have been perfect for a family. Safeway is a short walk away, the lake and the cutest downtown were within walking distance too. Seriously, this was a GREAT place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Well stocked. Obvious that much thought had gone into providing amenities to guests. Felt homey as the owners have personal items (as from travels) on the walls. Complete directions about the house. Close enough to downtown that you can walk. Quiet. Perfect for 5 women.

Jeremy and Melissa's home was a very welcoming and lovely place to stay. It was well equipped with nice dishes and cookware. There were games and books as well. Our whole group had a nice stay and would happily return the next time we visit Coeur d'Alene. Thank you for working with us in our need when the place we had reserved cancelled at the last minute for our trip.

Great location! 1 mile to the lake! Four bikes with bike lock available to get around town. Peaceful, tree-lined street. Spacious main floor with bathroom, great outdoor space to relax after a day of exploring CDA. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath up. Great for couples and families. Listing as described. Hosts are super responsive. Would definitely stay again when we are in CDA!

The home was beautiful! We could tell the family travelled a lot from all the amazing decorations. We loved their kitchen and the house overall! The only things that could’ve been better are how in the middle bedroom it got really hot at night but we had a hard time opening the window, and in the morning there was a repetitive beeping sound coming from outside that was annoying. Additionally, having the check in/check out procedures on the app would be awesome, since I almost missed the checkout procedures in the binder that my friend read. Overall awesome stay! I wish there was a 4.5 star just because everything else was fantastic. Thanks for opening your home to us!
