Great location and sweet little house. First timer here and so called twice before our stay to ensure I wasn’t missing anything and the host was SUPER kind both times I called. I would absolutely stay again. The house is a short walk to the downtown area (which we enjoyed walking to and getting coffee every morning), there is a wonderful park within walking distance and the lake is literally a half of mile away. Such a great location with nice neighbors. Beds are comfy. Shower is nice.

Great location! We rode our bikes everywhere and literally blocks from Saunders beach! You can walk or ride to all the great places on Sherman and explore the waterfront! An additional full length mirror in the house would be fantastic. With only one bathroom, that additional mirror would sure come in handy!! We were there during a heat wave so the portable AC didn't cut it! The kids in the back of the house in the bunk beds melted! Also be aware these are double beds only, so pretty cozy if you are used to a queen or king at home! Loved having the backyard for the dog and being able to BBQ!

The property is located in a great area walking distance to the beach and amenities, and just a short drive to Silverwood.
Communication with the property owner was fantastic and check-in and out was seamless.
Would recommend and stay there again!

We had three generations in this cozy little home and it worked great. But the location is the best part. You are a brisk walk from the water going south and the park going west.

House was cute and cozy. We stayed there with our family of 5 and had enough room. The location couldn't have been better!! Grocery store and little tap house just a couple of blocks away. Beach was walking distance. And huge city park close by as well. We loved it!

Small place, that didn't seem small at all.
Very comfortable home, in a great location to access the water or hit the highway.
Main visit was to hit up Silverwood and we spent 2 days swimming in the lake and rivers.

Great location. Cute bungalow.
Central to everything Coeur d’Alene has to offer. 2 bedrooms, 2 bunk beds in a converted porch and a futon. Private back yard with gas grill. We walked down the street to a “beach” and swam in the lake. Easy check in and check out. You can pack light as there is a laundry room.

Great weekend getaway
Cozy and clean! The kitchen is pretty bare so plan on bringing all of your cooking items like salt pepper cooking spray etc if you’re going to be cooking

Small but Adequate
Don't be discouraged by the dead tree and dying front lawn or the lack of landscaping. Inside is perfectly adequate although it would be uncomfortable for 4 adults. The Livingroom consists of a small couch and 2 wooden folding chairs. The bathroom is quite small with lots of fluffy towels but no place to hang wet ones other than hooks. Initial entry into the house was tricky. We received an email with the address and key code but arrived well after dark and spent at least 5 minutes in the dark trying to locate the key box. Finally found it tucked under the front porch railing. There were other issues with the house that instructions specific to that house could have addressed: heating/cooling, TV, trash disposal. Now, on the positive side: the beds are very comfortable and the house is in a lovely neighborhood within 2 blocks of the Tubbs Hill nature trail and the marina. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood every morning. We were in CDA for a family reunion and weren't in the house all that much. It's just not a place to linger in .

Best friends lake getaway!
The Sander's Beach Cottage was absolutely perfect for our yearly best friends getaway! Cottage was cozy and as described. Also, a short walk to local bars / restaurants and an even shorter trek to the beach! Brought our kayaks and we were able to really enjoy the lake and CDA! Would absolutely recommend :o)

Top notch location
The good about the house is the great location, good shower, plenty of towels, plenty of dishes and service ware, good laundry. Negatives no tv in main area, poor quality cookware, poor finish work, individual not central a/c so very loud. Would stay again because location,
location, location!

Cute little cottage in a perfect location.
Spent 4th of July week here. Super cute little house perfect for a a few days vacation in Couer d’Alene. Great location, walking distance to Sanders Beach, downtown, marina & Tubbs Hill Park is half a block away. Full kitchen with most everything we needed, comfortable beds, pull out sofa, full bath with plush towels, washer & dryer. DVD’s and an assortment of games made for fun ‘no technology’ family time.
House does not have a grill as listed in the amenities and the windows were painted shut, but those are very minor complaints.
Overall, great little house, great location & fantastic price.
