Welcome to our home in beautiful Old Florida. It was recently remodeled, top-to-bottom, with no expense spared. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with king-size beds and 1 room with 2 single-beds) and 2 full bathrooms, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, large fenced backyard for dogs, backyard firepit (wood not included), 4 kayaks with paddles and life-vests, rooftop car carrier for the kayaks for the guests without a truck or SUV, 2 adult bicycles with helmets, large washer and dryer, 2 stand-up paddleboards, BBQ grill with propane, picnic table, corn hole game, 3 TVs with Netflix, sleeper sofa, and a brand new kitchen with modern LG appliances and all the cookware you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood very close to the Rainbow River, only 0.5 miles from Blue Run of Dunnellon Park and 0.4 miles from Chaplin A. Dinkins III Memorial Park, as well as being walking distance to Swampy's Bar and Grille. This is the perfect location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or tubing the Rainbow River. The entire house is yours to enjoy, and pets are welcome.

The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, cozy, well stocked and located right where we wanted to be.. Blue Run, Swampys, Rainbow river, and tubing are in the area, crystal river about 25 mins away. Kayaks and bikes provided too! Would rent again for future springs trip!

The place was clean and all the appliances were new. We loved using the kayaks to explore Rainbow River. The house is within close proximity to resturants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Visited my nephew for his birthday and engagement surprise. House was very comfy and super clean honestly felt like home😁 We were 8 including my senior mom and mother in law who slept very comfortably in the double twin room. House was equipped with all the necessities.

Very clean and modern house. This house was one of the nicest vrbos in the neighborhood. Home has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms had smart Tvs. The backyard is fully fenced. Quiet street and neighborhood. I recommend staying at this home!

Relaxing stay close to friends and family. We enjoyed the parks and crystal river close by. Bikes were a plus. Fully stocked home, maybe bring a few beach towels if you plan on a manatee tour, fishing, scallop etc. Great stay!

So loved the area! Kayak, tub float, fantastic. Take advantage of the kayaks and tubes this house has. Don’t rent! We launched next to Swampys and had the best day. KP hole tube float was too long for us. Got boring if that can happen. Lol. Spend couple hours at the state park. Jump in the water. Float and kayak from blue ridge. Done deal. House and location were excellent!!! Five stars for sure!!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We have 2 dogs and the back yard is nicely fenced. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with good pots and pans! It also comes with bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards. The river is very close by. The house is extremely clean and zero issues.

We loved our trip so much we are returning next year! The property is newly done up, clean, cozy, and in the best place possible. It’s quiet and the wildlife is stunning. The backyard is fully fenced which gave us a piece of mind with our son. We watched so many types of bird species in the garden. The kayak’s and swim noodles were provided and gave us so much entertainment. The house is fully kitted out and carefully thought through. We loved looking at all the wildlife pictures on the walls. We walked to Swampy’s Bar and Grill many times and witnessed baby Crane’s growing up in the neighbourhood every day walking around. Such an amazing spot , so close to everything including shops,highway,river,bar etc. Just perfect!

Enjoyed our stay at River Run. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. Very close to Rainbow River and many parks. Wonderful restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back. The owners are to be commended for providing such a perfect vacation home.

Loved this home. Beautiful, clean and well stocked. Hosts thought of everything to make our stay spectacular. Provided lots of area info, plus kayaks, bikes and paddle boards to thoroughly enjoy Rainbow Springs State Park and river, Crystal Springs and the Chass! So many manatees! Highly recommend if you are vacationing in the area. Several restaurants within walking distance. Dunnellon a friendly little town.

This was an all around great place to unwind and ring in my 50th Birthday! The house was perfect and had everything you need to enjoy and then some! I enjoy kayaking, biking and the beautiful Rainbow River! The neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well! Immaculately clean and spacious, with everything you need to relax! The property was super nice, comfortable, clean, well equiped and perfectly fitted our group size. More to the point, it was walking distance to the Rainbow River where we enjoyed paddling daily with the incredible wildlife. We also biked from the location. In summary, it ticked all our boxes and we will rebook for next year for sure.

We loved this house and we had a great time!! The house was extremely clean and organized with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of dishes, utensils, etc but there was also spices and various stuff to use in the kitchen. There we’re plenty of towels. The yard was great with a grill, fire pit and corn hole. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and had a excellent time. The beds were all comfortable. We truly loved our time there… this was the best VRBO we have stayed in yet!!!

This was our first VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly, the property was very clean. The owners were very thoughtful with amenities they kept in the home (blow dryer, bug spray, games). The only negative was we had to keep the air condition on 75 which was warm for us, however, the fans did help! Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

My parents, my daughter & another teen family member, and I stayed here for one week. It was perfect for all of us. The teens loved the bikes & paddleboards. My mother loved the kitchen. My dad loved the covered parking for his boat, as well as the grill area. I loved that everyone loved it! It’s really close to the boat ramp, and a swim area. I wish it was cooler out so we could have enjoy the fire pit out back. Also, the fenced in backyard for our dogs gave us great peace of mind. Nicely decorated and stocked full of amenities throughout. If I had to give one little negative it was that there’s no cable so my dad couldn’t get the baseball games he wanted but we survived! Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back!

We loved this home. The check in process was seamless. The home is very clean and organized. The location is great! We walked to Swampy’s and Blue Run park. Corn hole was fun in the backyard. The grill was easy to operate. They even had a chilled bottle of Chardonnay in the refrigerator. The home had everything we needed. We’d love to stay again.

This house has it ALL! It is clean, it is central, beds are comfy, ac super cold, and it has all your needs taken care of! Forget over packing by bringing everything from home, this kitchen has got it! The outdoor shed has bikes, kayaks and some games. Everything is wonderfully decorated in the home and they have everything organized for easy use. We lived drinking out coffee in the morning and watching the birds feed in the feeder they have and it was truly blissful. Thanks for letting us stay in your home and I apologize for late review, meant to do it sooner! We hope to be back some day.

So we have tremendous bad luck traveling, and lost ac during our stay. Homeowner was tireless in finding options and working to correct it for my family and I. Even checked on our dog once during the week when we couldn’t. Great, clean and comfortable setup, and literally a hop away from a swimming hole and place to launch their Kayaks. Planning next year’s trip already!

This was a lovely, spacious home to stay in. Beautiful kitchen! Nice fenced yard. Screened-in patio. The dogs couldn’t enjoy the yard too much as 2 of the nights we were there Ocala had terrible rainstorms with thunder & lightning!

The home was immaculate and we felt like we were the special first guests at this property. Everything we needed was supplied and our dogs enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard. We were able to transport one of the two kayaks provided using the car-top kayak carrier (also provided). This home is near the Blue Run Park which is a great place to launch or take out kayaks. Also close to the Blue Gator and Swampy's for food and drink. 10/10 would stay here again.

What a great place to stay! We loved the area, with so much to see and do. The rainbow springs is a terrific water to kayak and explore. We stayed for the entire month of January, and our hosts are the greatest! They supplied all our needs. Don't forget your bikes the trails are just down the road all 43 miles of it. The house is so clean and all the amenities are perfect. We thank them for a wonderful stay!!
