About this apartment rental
Maui Parkshore #412 is an extensively remodeled two bedroom, two bath, fourth floor condo with an open living room, full kitchen and a large lanai that provides beautiful sunset views of the ocean. This lovely condo is just across the street from Kamaole Beach III. The unit is tastefully appointed with new appliances, and all furnishings are top of the line. It has a washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and free WiFi. Both bedrooms are equipped with king sized beds, ceiling fans and portable air conditioners. The en suite bathroom features an updated shower and the guest bathroom includes a shower and tub. The living room has an expansive sofa so you will have plenty of space to relax and watch something on the large flat-screen television and Blu-ray player. The living room is cooled by the ocean breezes and there is an effective sun shade that can be used during the heat of the day. The indoor dining set is beautiful and the large lanai also provides a dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the morning sun dance on the water. In the evening, while crowds are gathering on the beach to watch Maui's legendary sunsets, you just need to step on your lanai and have the best view in the house! Great place in a great location. Right across the street from Kam 3. It can be hot on the 4th floor, but the bedrooms have AC units.

This well-equipped condo is right across the street from a fabulous beach!
When you arrive, you might want to open up every door and cupboard… Including those under the TV unit to see all of the kitchen equipment that is available for you. Having said that, there is not 1 single kitchen cupboard empty for you to put your own groceries. You are left with the very limited counter space for groceries. Limited counterspace, because there are more gadgets on the counter. I suggest the owners or management company, edit the number of gadgets and create cupboard space for people who would like somewhere to store their non-refrigerator groceries.
The condo is thoughtfully stocked with a toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable, razors, and Native shampoo, body wash, etc. On the balcony, you will find a storage unit filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, extra snorkel, masks, coolers, etc.
The condo’s community pool is heated and fabulous! I read reviews mentioning the terrible former grounds manager, but the current manager is fantastic and friendly! I met several condo owners at the pool, and they were all so friendly and helpful with tons of advice for making our trip extra special!
The condo has AC units in the bedrooms, but the family room & kitchen gets incredibly hot! If you use the kitchen, it just adds to heat! The ceiling fans barely work. This area needs an AC unit too. We had a great trip, but b/c of this (even in the cooler season) we will not stay here again.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. A few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rental was very clean and well kept. Everything needed for a week stay included in the rental. Nice appliances and furniture. Beach toys for the kids. Quiet building. Overall good value. There were two negatives to consider. 1) The unit gets very warm. The AC functions fine in both bedrooms. But the main living area can be very uncomfortable in the middle of the day. 2) Rental includes parking but I would suggest renting a small car as the spaces are unusually small. There is very little room to park within the space provided. I had to let passengers out prior to pulling into the space and then crawl out myself once parked. And that is if someone is not in your assigned space. That happened three times in the week stay. A bit annoying when the only other option is street parking and a bit of a walk. Two things to consider if renting. But I would consider renting again.

This unit was very nicely upgraded. Each room has a king bed which makes it great for a couples get away. The beach access is phenomenal and the complex is very quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there in February so the weather was great. The hot water was not working for a couple of days which sucked but they did get it fixed while we were there. They did communicate well. There are a lot of rules and that was fine as we traveled as adults only. If we had our kids they would have been more frustrating. There is no guest parking at all so when a massage therapist came they had to park across the street. We had a great view and a wonderful time.

The condo is equipped in an outstanding manner. The appliances and all tableware are all high quality. Location to beach is so close we always walked. Beach amenities that are provided are terrific. All the amenities are the best I have seen in all my years of renting condos.
Additionally, the booking management company is extremely helpful and provides great communication and services. They were exceptional in their service.
The only warning is if you are looking for a quiet Lanai in the evening or you like to keep the sliding glass doors open in the evening then this may not be your choice as evening traffic is noisy from the street close by, no impact to sleeping though.

This was our second time at Maui Parkshore and as before we loved it! The location was great...close to the beach and local restaurants. The locals twice weekly bike parade was such a wonderful surprise. The condo contained everything we could possibly need for our stay. The only thing missing was a safe to store valuables which would have eased our minds when out and about.

I quite enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well maintained with all the desired amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The stove was definitely on island time though :). Both beds were great and 2 bathrooms in a place this size is rare. My favorite was all the beach stuff on the porch. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc. It was really nice to have all that for our kids.

We stayed in #412 Maui Parkshore for 10 days There were two couples. I have noticed there’s not a lot of reviews as this is a newer property to Maui rentals so I will give an honest review pros and consThis is a very clean updated condo. Everything was very comfortable and well stocked. Air conditioning in the bedrooms thank goodness I couldn’t imagine sleeping without it.The view is stunning, right across the street from Kam’ole 3, we swam with sea turtles and the lifeguard was funny on his megaphone you can hear him during the day. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching sunsets and having drinks. Cons not dealbreakers.- The complex caretaker was very rude in the pool area, we are all adults in our 40s. We tilted the umbrella for shade he came in very rudely telling us that shades could not be tilted that they were not meant to be tilted, (there’s a button to push that tilts them) he said that we were going to break them, he was talking to us like we were children. Um we know how to tilt an umbrella. He was very argumentative. He also went to a couple beside us who had children and were having a drink in a plastic cup and he was again rudely talking to them NO glass in the pool area they said it was plastic he flicked the cups with his finger to check, hello with Covid why would you touch someone’s cup- The bed in the main bedroom squeaked really bad. Sucks when you are sleeping- The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable minus the squeaking.- Vacuum didn’t work and I emailed, they never got back to me- I got a message about my parking. We had a Ford Expedition Max, and the person in the spot beside us went over the line which mean we had to go over the line, and we got a complaint when it was still visible that it was the person in the spot beside us that caused us to go over the line. I took a picture and send it to them and they asked us to sta

Nice condo
The interior of the condo was definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in on Maui. The furniture isn't your typical wicker furniture and was nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were ok. I've definitely slept in more comfortable beds and less comfortable beds. The unit lacked an AC unit for the living room and kitchen (apparently only 2 AC units are allowed per unit and they are in the BRs which make sense), but that room was pretty warm all of the time, even with the door open at night and the sunshade down on the lanai. Our fault but we didn't find the elevator until AFTER we had carried our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Bummer. The parking lot is a bit weird with different driveways for different spots so when we initially arrived, we went in the wrong driveway, then had to go back out to the road to turn into the correct driveway. Once we figure it out, not a big deal. The pictures showed tennis courts which are in the back of the property and NOT part of the Maui Parkshore. Not sure if we are allowed to use them but since they are behind a fence circling the property next door, we did not try to use them. If they are usable by Maui Parkshore residents, you may want to clarify that. We go to Maui 1-2x per year and other places we have stayed are a bit more lenient about check in time. We did some shopping and ate lunch after landing so not a huge deal but it gave the impression of being not so friendly. Location is great. We like the South Kihei area and very convenient to restaurants, the beach, etc.

We loved staying at unit #412 of Maui Parkshore! Kihei is a great location to access ALL parts of Maui. This unit is on the top, 4th floor with views of the ocean. The kitchen was renovated, clean, and very well stocked. We appreciated having a free parking space. There are several amazing beaches across the street and down the road. Lots if little shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Coxonut's Fish Cafe and Cafe O'Lei! When we arrived, the tub was draining slowly. The management company responded immediately and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. We will absolutely stay at the same unit again if we have the opportunity!

Overall the rental was amazing but had a few problems. When we arrived the door would not open. The information packet had a picture of the lockbox for the key and instructions, however that was the wrong one and the keypad wouldn't let us in either. Had to call for help and after 45 minutes got in. I believe the door was ultimately stuck on the rug in front of the door as after we moved it we were able to get in and out. The plug in where the TV was plugged didn't work for the light or the electronics so we had to move plug ins and re-boot everything. The bedroom with the on-suite bath's air conditioner flooded the first night as it looks like the containers were full before our arrival, and the bathroom toilet had a small leak in the front everytime we went in there. Other than that we were impressed with the cleanliness, and how well stocked and convenient it was!

Neda's condo was amazing. The location was great, we walked to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more. She has thought of everything! I would stay here again!

This VRBO was one of the very best we've stayed at. Not only was it IMMACULATE, but the owner thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay—with attention to detail. The place has a well-stocked kitchen (with quality flatware, dishes, and cookware and even ziptop bags and chip clips) with high-end appliances and finishes; filtered water and ice; A/C in the bedrooms (wasn't needed in the main part of the house where the breeze off Haleakala did the trick); fresh-smelling linens; toiletries (e.g., starter shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower gels); basic first-aid supplies (e.g., bandaids and hydrogen peroxide); office supplies; washer, dryer, and laundry detergent; beach chairs, towels, coolers, and an umbrella; nightlights for ease of getting around in the dark; a good-sized smart TV and fast WiFi; conveniently located outlets for chargers; and lots of storage space and extra hangers. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Neda was so helpful and easy to communicate with that we felt like she was a friend. She even went out of her way to accommodate a change in our schedule. It also helped that she lives on the island. She responded to any questions/issues we had promptly and efficiently and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities (808 Deli and Nalu's were a couple of our favorites; be sure to try the malasadas at Nalu's!). Neda's VRBO was a clean, comfortable, safe place to land each time we returned from our adventures across the island. We would definitely stay here again!
