About this house rental

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Take a walk downtown to shop, dine or grab a mircrobrew at the Stormcloud. Saturday mornings you can take a 2 minute stroll to the Farmers Market to pick up some fresh produce for your evening dinner on the beautiful deck overlooking Betsie Bay. After a full day at the beach, golfing, hiking or wine tasting you can relax and watch your favorite streaming program on our Smart TV.

When you walk in our newly renovated upper unit you'll walk in to a bright and airy entry. (Keep in mind there are 10 steps to reach the upper unit.) The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, including some essential spices! Our kitchen table will accommodate all your guests for a wonderful meal and is also a great gathering place for game night! The living room is comfortable for all with a sofa and two chairs as well as a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed for your extra guests. Our bedrooms are comfortable with crisp linens and wonderful Dreamcloud mattresses. Our bathroom is small, but is equipped with all you may need during your stay from a blow dryer to make-up mirror to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties! If you forget a few things we have some backups for you (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shave cream.) During the spring, summer and fall you'll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of Betsie Bay while you enjoy a cold beverage and whatever you decide to cook on the grill! *Please note that although our property can easily accommodate 6, it is probably more suitable for 4 due to having 1 bathroom.

Although I won't generally be there to greet you I am always available. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing and am always there to assist you.

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our three day stay within easy walking distance of Frankfort. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed were comfortable. The owners pay attention to detail. We would stay here in the future.

The rooms were clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for cooking and enjoying meals. We also enjoyed a cozy campfire around the Solo firepit one evening. We could walk to everything in town, including the beach and lighthouse, restaurants and shops. All in all, a wonderful place we would love to return to!

Really surprised by this home. Cozy and comfy and very clean. Shared the firepit with couple staying downstairs. Off street parking was a real benefit. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. We would come back and stay in this unit again.

This Frankfort two-bedroom walk-up did not disappoint. We've always wanted to see this special town in the winter months, and we had a wonderful stay. The place is clean, comfortable and wonderfully stocked. The communication with the owner was top notch. We enjoyed amazing dinners at Vita Bella and Birch & Maple, which is a 30-second walk from this spot. We brought our bikes, so the trip to the beautiful beach only took about 3-minutes.

This property could not have been more wonderful for our girls weekend! It was exceptionally clean and such a restful environment. The kitchen space was especially a highlight for everyone. It was full of cooking supplies allowing us to make some meals together.

We absolutely loved this space; it worked perfectly for our family! The “welcome book” recommendation of St. Ambrose Cellars was fantastic for an great outdoor place to play, eat and drink; we loved it there. All of the thoughtful little amenities were great: the “clean” laundry detergent and dryer sheets, the “just in case you forgot a cotton balls” in the bathroom, the well stocked kitchen and I especially liked the Stormcloud glasses to go with the growlers we brought back. The location was awesome. Minutes walk from a park for the kiddos and not much farther for coffee or drinks. Cathy was a great communicator and I look forward to returning in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was very clean and updated with very nice decorations, appliances and equipment. We enjoyed it thoroughly! Frankfort is a particularly special place in Michigan for me. I have been coming up there since as long as I can remember. There are many fun and beautiful places and things to do in the area. Cathy (host) took great care of us. She was friendly and very responsive.

This is a cute, comfortable place to stay. It is just a block from a super cute restaurant and a party store. We golfed just south of town so it was very convenient.

Our hosts made this cute upper level rental very welcoming and we had everything needed for our stay, plus some. They responded quickly and made things easy for us with check in and out. Within walking distance to lake, shops, restaurants. We hope to return.

This was an absolutely charming cozy place to stay. Many restaraunts and shops within walking distance as well as a short jaunt to the shores of Lake Michigan. I totally recommend this location for anyone's next long weekend/vacation.

Wonderfully clean, right near town, and a lovely place to stay. Thoughtful details such as coffee, chocolate. and wine awaited us upon our arrival and the bed was comfy.. The owner was great about responding quickly to questions and provided helpful tips that helped us enjoy the surrounding area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

While this was our third year visiting this adorable Lake Michigan town, it was our first time actually staying in Frankfort. This apartment was perfect - clean, great location, easy parking and everything you might need! I highly recommend staying here, we will definitely look for it again next summer!

This unit was exactly as described and in pristine condition. Excellent array of amenities, nice layout, great location…I don’t have a single complaint. Bedding, kitchen items, and furniture were all great quality. The binder of information was very helpful and the thoughtfulness of amenities throughout made our experience a wonderful one. This is only my second time booking through VRBO for any property and I already feel spoiled. Communication was thorough and prompt, you won’t be sorry to stay at this location! Thank you!
