Pratt Street is a major street in Baltimore. It forms a one-way pair of streets with Lombard Street that run west–east through downtown Baltimore. For most of their route, Pratt Street is one-way in an eastbound direction, and Lombard Street is one way westbound. Both streets begin in west Baltimore at Frederick Avenue and end in Butcher's Hill at Patterson Park Avenue. Since 2005, these streets have been open to two-way traffic from Broadway until their end at Patterson Park. Although Lombard is also a two-way street from Fulton Avenue to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Pratt is still one-way eastbound in this area.
To the east of Patterson Park, both Pratt and Lombard Streets start again. Pratt continues as a side street from Linwood Avenue until Haven Street.
Pratt Street has historic significance as the location of the Baltimore Riot of 1861. Today it is known for being an important gateway into the Inner Harbor, connecting it with the Baltimore Light Rail line. It is for the latter reason that the city decided to redesign the street and surrounding area to be more pedestrian-friendly.
Pratt Street is named for Charles Pratt, 1st Earl Camden a supporter of Civil liberties in the 18th Century, and not the noted Baltimorean Enoch Pratt (1808-1896). Pratt Street appears on maps of Baltimore as early as 1801.
Pratt Street was ranked the 33rd "most expensive city street" in the United States.

This location was perfect for our family of sports fans. We were within walking distance of both Camden Yards M&T stadiums so caught games at both while in town.
The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. After days spent in loud settings the peace and quiet of this apartment was a welcome respite.

Came in town for a convention. Property was clean and close to venue

apartment that I stayed in was not. the one that was listed was very disappointing. The one that was listed was much better than the one I got according to the lady that took me up to the room from the front desk. this was my first time using vrbo. seems like the price of this one shouldn't cost the same as the other one so I'm guessing this is the last time I used this. I don't like the switcheroo

The property is at a great place but it's a bit unsafe after 7:00 p.m. The apartment was pretty okay but they had utensils that were not washed and had food in them. The W/D is difficult to use hut they explained it to me how to use it. Apart from that, we had good stay.

Very nice building, friendly and helpful front desk employees. The condo was perfect for our three night stay.

We are 2 colleagues who are acquainted through work. We attended a 4-day conference at the Convention Center. The Hilton was the designated hotel. This property is across the street and we were able to enjoy a 2BR apartment for the same cost as one hotel room. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfy and the apartment is clean. You may need earplugs if you are a light sleeper because it is in an active neighborhood. Upside is that good restaurants and activities are within a few blocks. You see Camden Yard from the balcony!

Our stay was nice and the apartment is great, however, the coaches are very uncomfortable and do not make for good additional sleeping spaces. Other than that I would recommend staying here!

What an amazing spot! We had a awesome time. The location facing Campden, close to the Inner Harbor and restaurants was great. Place was clean, comfortable, easy check in/out with just the best views. Our only complaint was the light in bedroom is tough - there is always light coming in from the stadium since its only blinds and the closets could use some hangers and bureaus. Overall, an amazing place! Thank you very much for letting us stay!

I am going to give a fair and very honest review. Cleanliness: A+Customer Service: "F" We called about TWO issues and NEVER got anything resolved. There were three adults on our trip, and in the entire apartment, we had 2 washclothes....yes only 2. They do not want you to contact the front desk. They ask that you contact them only, but NOTHING was done. They claimed someone came to the apartment and gave us washclothes. This was completely false. When I called back, they told me....NOW WAIT FOR THIS ONE...they told me to WASH the TWO we had. This was just completely unacceptable. So....I ended up going to Walmart and buying my own washclothes. Just insane, especially considering how much I paid to rent. Amenities & Comfort in Living Room Area: FNow...be prepared for this one. They have a 17 to 19" TV serving as the main TV in the living room. This was insane. We never even looked at it because it was like looking at a computer screen to watch TV. It made absolutely no sense at all. We called and requested a decent-sized TV be placed in the main living area, but nothing was fixed. Our guess is that the original TV in that room must have broken, and instead of the owners/managers fixing it, they replaced it with one more suitable for a very small bedroom. It just ruined any TV experience for us, so we chose not to watch TV, for it was laughable. Unit is not as pictured. They gave us a different unit. No views of the stadium and furniture and TV were different than pictured. Bait and Switch.Couches in the Living Room: Grade--F Both are horribly uncomfortable. Very hard and completely unsuitable for sitting for any stretch of time. You cannot even really call them couches. These are those dorm-like hard duvets; they should not be used as living room couches. Very uncomfortable.Beds: Grade-A Very comfortableCommunications: D-They give you a book at Check-in, but apparently they have not looked at the information in years. The information provides you with OLD Wifi information (that does not work) and tells you that the Trash Shute is located near the elevator (which it is not). The trash shute is down the hall...then you have to make a left turn to locate it. I spent countless minutes running up and down the hallway looking for it until I realized I needed to turn down the hallway to find it. You are limited to emailing them your problems, which results in slow response times. You just feel like you are on your own because you are.

The spacious two bedroom apartment was perfect for a long weekend getaway. It's at the end of the building with wrap around windows providing amazing views of the stadiums and beyond. Kitchen well equipped.
Management team was incredibly responsive, courteous and thoughtful.
Will certainly stay again.

The property management is fantastic and super responsive. However, the property itself is a bit grungy and wasn't super clean when we arrived. There was used chapstick left in the bathroom and the floor mats in the bathroom had clearly not been washed before our arrival. The master bedroom could definitely benefit from some curtains - it is incredibly bright in there at night from the outside lights. In addition, you will want earplugs as it is loud out night from the restaurant/bar outside. The property is in a great location.

Wonderful stay!
This property was amazing! The gym is 24hr, which was a plus for me. Super clean, and the views were really nice. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Very close to the Harbor, so we were able to walk instead of drive! Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be rebooking in the future!

Perfect for Camden Visit
We were in town to catch some games at Camden Yards over the weekend. The condo was great overall. Very close walk to the stadium. Clean and roomy. We couldn't get the pull out bed to assemble properly but it was ok because my son slept on the futon instead. We would stay here again.

Safe & cozy place
There is an on-site locked parking garage that has an elevator that brings you directly to your room. It was very clean and had 2 bedrooms which we really enjoyed. The only downside was that it was loud, so if you have kids, be okay with that and maybe bring a sound machine! I have also seen past comments on the worthless blinds. Definitely need to be switched out for roller shades or something to help block out sun & city lights. Overall, a good place to stay with a nice balcony to get some fresh air.

Awesome location…
…. But rather uncomfortable furniture in the den. The beds were, however, extremely comfortable. We were there to see the Orioles play but 2 of the 3 games were rained out. So, we headed to the casino and won big!!! Because of the rain we couldn’t enjoy the terrace but look forward to visiting again soon!

Fantastic property
We loved how close it was to everything downtown. Place was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Only thing I would change is blackout curtains in master.
