Our stay at Georgies's Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. A beautifully presented cottage with everything a couple needs to unwind and forget about life for a while.

We had a wonderful stay at Georgie’s Cottage. It’s a lovely old cottage which has been tastefully updated with all the modern amenities. Very clean and tidy. The surrounding gardens are beautifully kept. We had a very warm welcome from Wayne on our arrival. The historic town of Penola is great to explore and the wineries of the Coonawarra are on it’s doorstep. Highly recommended.

Quaint cottage
Beautiful little cottage in the heart of Penola.
Has been modernised, but with original features. All the modern equipment and fixtures but within a 1870 home. Beautifully done.
Wayne met us on site and gave us a tour and ran us through things we needed to know. A lovely interesting guy with great stories!
We have stayed at a lot of vacation homes and this place had so many extra. Simple things; glad wrap, glad bake, oils, sauce, etc. things we would normal buy were all there. Which was amazing.
Bathroom was lovely, 2 shower heads, spa bath etc.
Would definitely recommend this cottage and will be staying here next time we are back.
