The stay and everything else were good, with one exception. The pictures shown on the online listing were wrong, giving the impression that you will stay in a place with full Ocean Views. We were expecting to have a full view of the ocean, but we ended up at a lower level and only partial view of the ocean. I only stayed in this location for the views.

We loved the location and overall condition and amenities. One neg was we missed the notice of an additional Maintenance fee to be charged upon check in.

The hotel staff was nice and Ray was very attentive leading up to the trip. The room was perfect for us, full kitchen and two balconies! The rooftop pool was nice. Walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Will be booking again.

The location of the Imperial Hotel was excellent. Next door was an ABC store and short walk to the main shopping strip. The room was on the 21st floor and nice views. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary tools for meals. We had a 2-bedroom apartment and whilst one room was a bit tight on one side of the bed, only a minor issue. Todd at reception was excellent. Housekeeping emptied our bins every 2nd day. Additional towels, toilet roils were easily available from housekeeping. I would stay again

I thought I booked ocean front. Had to stretch to see the ocean and walk a ways to the beach. Certainly didn’t look like the picture!

The unit is in a great location with amazing water view and the staff were lovely. The only down side was the size of the second bedroom as it was very small. Hardly enough room to walk around the bed and no window that opened. For Australians booking be aware that the cost does not include the daily service fee which was a surprise we got when the email came with unit check in details a few days before checking. We thought the price was inclusive.

Absolutely perfect location and 2 bedroom suite for a family of 5! Close to everything you’d want to be around, literally the perfect location in Honolulu. Our family would recommend this 100% to all. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our three nights here. The Halekulani Bakery is just around the corner. The coffee, chai lattes, chocolate macadamia croissants, quiche, muffins are all so delicious. The beach, restaurants, shops, ABC Store, buses for tours are right outside the door…everything is so convenient.

Easy uber from the airport. Took the bus back to the airport. Super easy checkin! After our initial disappointment of the view and size of place per pics on site, we absolutely loved our place! Great location close to beach!!! And anything you need!!! Fabulous place! Coin laundry has change maker or takes credit card. Almost everyday there is some type of gathering.

Nice place, the view of the ocean wasn’t like the listing picture. You could see it from the balcony. The roof top pool was nice. It would have been nice if the roof top bar were available more than 1 night to the guests.

Property is good. My big complaint is the misleading listing pictures. It is room roulette unfortunately so you don't know what you'll get until check in. We got a full view of a building next door. I happen to rent based on the property view. I would not have rented if I'd known the room in the listing photo is not guaranteed. People would still select this rental who don't care about the view. Not sure why the listing needs to be deceptive and not spell out the room situation. They do inform you of this a couple days before your trip when it is too late to change plans. Otherwise location is decent and our rental was nice inside. Single bedroom was very small. Just enough room to squeeze in a bed. Cheap beach chair rental at front desk, friendly staff and can swap out towels daily at housekeeping.

Lobby area is pretty and desk and valet service was excellent. Elevators are very fast, but carpeting could stand to be cleaned more often. Carpeting in halls and our rental were a bit worn and need to be replaced. We were very happy to have gotten a unit on one of the higher floors, but seemed somewhat smaller than the impression given by the photos in listing. The kitchen was great except for the frying pan! (Replacement was in even worse condition than what was originally supplied.)

A good location if you like the city life. Waikiki beach is about a 1/2 mile walk which is not too bad. Parking is Valet only. @nd bedroom in our unit was too small for two adults but with a family of four, 2 adults, 2 children, this would work great. Nice staff. Plenty of options for shopping and eating nearby.

Can't say enough about the accommodations, our room was pretty well exactly what the listing said, it was just perfect for us. We took our 84 yr old father and our son for a family wedding on Magic Island. The location was ideal, super close to a great beach and close walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Ray was so easy to deal with and very quick response with any questions that I had. This was my first experience with VRBO and he made it just so super easy for me. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Thank you Ray!

Great family vacation. Stayed here for five nights to celebrate our niece’s high school graduation. Check in and check out was very easy and everything about our stay was amazing. We would definitely come back.

Just about everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, beach, shopping. A huge ABC Store right downstairs with everything you could possibly need. We had a great time. The condo itself was clean and suited our needs. We got a 12th floor room with partial views. The shower in the larger bathroom had issues with maintaining the water temperature, but that’s my only gripe. I highly recommend.

Great location for Waikiki! Easy beach access and plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance. We were on the 14th floor and had 2 nice lanais that weren’t direct views of the beach but still elevated to see a nice view and enjoy morning coffee. One overlooked perk is access to the spacious owners lounge at the top floor…. beautiful views and complimentary coffee in the mornings. Kitchen was spacious and convenient for lite meals. Staff was friendly and accommodating as well. Overall a great property for the value!

Location was great. Close walk to great beaches, shopping and food. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. VRBO was smaller than expected especially for the 1 bedroom with full size bed. Bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning the mold from shower doors. Loved the balcony for relaxing and morning coffee drinking. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Location perfect! Bedroom number two very small, but if room equality is not an issue, size of condo living area was more than enough for two couples traveling together. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge on 27th floor.

We had a family of 5 stay during the Christmas holiday. First off the location was great. Plenty of food and shopping options in the area. We probably ate more grab and go from the ABC store in the lobby. Very short walk to to Waikiki and the beaches and more restaurant options. Check in / check out was a breeze., no issues. As far as the room, it met our needs as expected. We were on the 23rd floor with a great ocean view. Also had a great view of the fireworks on Friday evening. We had a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. It was plenty of room. The young adults used the pool and hot tub on several occasions during the stay. We would book again.

Great location to shopping, dining, beaches. Further from Waikiki beach than advertised due to permanently closed boardwalk. Staff very friendly. Condo dated and limited kitchen but served the purpose. Add resort fee not advertised. But would stay there again.

What is represented in the photo on Vibro site is not what we got. We were really disappointed that the room we had did not have the view or furnishings in the photos we selected our room from. Property manager when providing access details had note on page stating room was not guaranteed they request rooms on higher floors where possible. When I replied saying we were disappointed he proposed to cancel our booking which was not refundable. Felt we had no option. We could have booked directly with hotel & taken pot luck with room allocation. We paid more for what we thought we were booking to get the view as one of our party was mobility impaired & could not access all places & activities. Would strongly recommend you do not book through this property management. I considered this false advertising. & would like Vibro follow this up.

We loved this place. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us 4 adults. Local to everything in Waikiki . Staff were so nice - never any issues and always willing to help. Great that the ABC was right on the ground floor level. Communication prior to arrival was great by the owner. We will definitely stay again!
