This beautiful home offers the semi-traditional Nags Head style with wraparound porches, traditional furnishings and an open floor plan. Enjoy seeing the ocean from the living space and decks, take a swim in the private pool, or walk down the private beach access to the beach. This home is located in the Seacrest community of Southern Shores, just a short drive from Duck or Kitty Hawk.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, private beach walkway with dune deck seating (sand path leading to beach), gas grill, fish cleaning station and an outside shower.
Mid Level: Foyer entry to the open great room with vaulted ceilings flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and a wet bar with sink and ice maker. Kitchen with double ovens, wine captain and counter seating for 4, dining area seating 8 and a half bath. Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, game table seating 4 and deck access. King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway). Laundry room with washer and dryer and a utility sink.
Top Level: King Master Bedroom Suite with a flat-screen TV, sitting area, private deck access and private full bathroom with whirlpool tub, King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles with a flat-screen TV/DVD.
Extras: Private Pool (12 x 27), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, 3 DVD players, private beach walkway with dune deck (sand path to beach), high speed internet access, books and games, game table, gas grill, wet bar with sink and ice maker, 2 ovens, wine captain, fish cleaning sink and outside shower. Community tennis. (located on Hillcrest, first come first serve). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. House Address: 2 First Ave, Southern Shores. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Distance to beach access: 100'. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office (guests paid in full in advance will be able to check in at the home).

Fireplace is not available for guest use.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
