Welcome to our home!
Advantageously, for being on the 3rd floor (via stairs only), you have access to a stunning view of the Edinburgh dock.
Conveniently situated near the Shore, you'll have plenty of sights and sounds to explore in the vicinity. The flat also comes with a free allocated parking space. Advantageously for being on the 3rd floor, you have access to a stunning view of the Edinburgh dock.
The modern and simple layout of the living room will allow you to relax after a busy day in the city. The space is furnished with sofas, a TV and a breakfast bar.
The well equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven and stove so you can easily cook a tasty meal right at home. We have also provided a toaster and kitchenware for your use.
There are 2 bedrooms can enjoy a good nights sleep in, each complete with a double bed, fresh linen and ample storage space for your belongings.
The flat also has 2 bathrooms, one features a bathtub with an attached shower head, and the other, a walk in shower, heated towel rack and hairdryer.

Guests will have access to the entire home. However, please note that as with most buildings in Edinburgh, it is stair access only, and is located on the 3rd floor.

The area was set in the film "Sunshine on Leith" and you'll see lots of scenes close to the flat.
Leith is a gorgeous port district filled with plenty of eateries and activities to enjoy. There are some amazing spots on Constitution Street and by the Shore, such as Chop House, The Compass and Port O'Leith.
If you plan on cooking at home, you can buy groceries at Sainsburys, only a 5 minute walk away.
Some of our favourite attractions in the area are Ocean Terminal shopping centre where you can visit The Royal Britannia. You can also head to Leith Links where you can stroll through or sit and have a picnic. The Shore also offers some great sights and places to eat nearby.
The home is also just a 10/15 minute bus ride to the city centre or a 25/30 minute walk. There are plenty of bus services near the home so you will be able to explore Edinburgh with ease.

Alternatively, you can drive around to explore the city too! With the free allocated parking for the flat, you won't need to worry about where to leave your car when you're done for the day.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Clean, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. Lieth is great because it’s a short tram ride to the center but a very quiet neighborhood to return to.

A very comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. Be warned however, that the apartment is on the third floor of a building which does not have a lift.

From a very warm welcome and apartment briefing, to the location of public transport and local eateries, this accomodation ticks all the boxes. A quiet location surrounded by many excellent options for eating out or being able to utilise the fully equipped kitchen, your dining options are covered. This apartment offers a very homely comfortable feel while you explore the city of Edinburgh. Highly recommend this apartment as a base while you take a break.
