This modern semi-detached house is set adjecent to the white sandy beach of Praia de Castelo de Neiva, just 10 minutes away from the beautiful city of Viana do Castelo. The interiors have been tastefully furnished with great care in a relaxing yet elegant style. The house has also been equipped with all modern facilities; the kitchen is very well appointed and connects to the dining area and the living room with doors opening onto a private terrace ideal for alfresco dining.

HOW MUCH IS THE MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX?
€1.50 in high season: from 1st May to 31st October
€1.00 in low season: from 1st November to 30th April
WHO PAYS?
- Guests aged 16 and over, per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (per person and per stay).
WHO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PAY?
- Guests up to 15 years of age (inclusive);
- Guests who come to the Municipality of Viana do Castelo at invitation of the City Council to participate in cultural and sporting events;
- Guests and an accompanying person, who come to the Municipality of Viana do Castelo for medical reasons, namely, appointments, exams, and medical treatment. Medical evidence is required;
- Guests with disabilities equal or greater than 60%. Medical evidence is required, as well as an accompanying person;
- Guests who are staying in the establishments mentioned above by express order of the public authorities, as result of a declaration of social emergency or civil protection;
- Guests that for reasons of conflict and displacement from their home countries are residing in Portugal, provided that it is proven by the services responsible for the asylum request.
WHEN IS THE MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX PAID?
The municipal tourist tax must be paid at the beginning of the stay, in a single installment by means of a mandatory invoice-receipt issued in the name of the party-leader, with reference to the non-taxable VAT.
