About this house rental
The house has 3 bedrooms, one on each floor with ensuite 3/4 bath in top two floors with half bath off middle floor living/kitchen area with fireplace & 42" TV. Bottom floor has bunk room with two single beds, two double beds in one bedroom with full bath off living area. Living area has pool table, dart board, large L shaped couch with 72" flat TV with ROKU/Cable. Hot Tub off lower level, 6 person.
The house is located at the top of a relatively steep driveway that combined with the grade of many local town roads requires a 4 wheel drive/ all wheel drive vehicle to access in the winter months. There is parking for 3-4 cars at the top of driveway only. The garage and apartment above are NOT part of the rental agreement. The Apartment is occupied by the property manager during summer and early fall, who are there almost full time to check you in, familiarize you with amenities, answer questions or assist with a problem. You will be notified about alternative check in instructions a week prior to your booking date.
No Snowmobiles or other vehicles are to be driven on the property or adjacent properties. There are no events allowed, Bachelor parties, etc. This rental is primarily designed for two couples with children, although not restricted to that. The 8 person limit is strictly enforced, although additional small children may be allowed on a case by case basis at owner's discretion. Loud, drunken or destructive behavior is not condoned and you will be asked to leave without reimbursement. Please do not rent this house if you feel your group will not conduct themselves in accordance with the above guidelines.

We had a fabulous time! The house was gorgeous. The fire pit, pool table and hot tub gave us plenty do enjoy even though weather was not great. Bob and Mabel were great host made sure our stay was very stress free.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It has everything you would want in your home away from home. The owner, Bob, was amazingly responsive to our questions and checked in on us to ensure all was going well. Our group of 8 (4 adults/4 kids) had more than enough space. We enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub each day. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we prepared. The view is incredible and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

My family and I (6 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant) stayed at the Dutton's gorgeous property for a week over Christmas. Absolutely everything about the property exceeded expectations. The home was clean, warm, and inviting. The views were spectacular and could be enjoyed from the deck with panoramic views, the picture windows with the warmth of the fireplace, or relaxing in the hot tub.
The house was also very well stocked. We were able to cook our full Christmas dinner without the need to bring any of our own cookware. Everything was in excellent working condition.
They even had sleds to enjoy on the hill in front of the house!
Bob and Mabel are excellent hosts. They are friendly, prepared, and responsive. We could really feel their genuine interest in my family enjoying the holiday. AWD vehicles absolutely helped with the steep driveway in the winter, but we didn't have any major issues.

This house is amazing the picture do not do justice. The view of the mountains are beautiful. We traveled with two toddlers and 5 adults. There was plenty of room for us to all fit comfortably. Check in and check out was smooth and great. Bob answered all our questions. We meet Bibbs pulling in and spoke to her such wonderful people. Do not hesitate to book this home. If it’s available jump on it because you will not regret it. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you

We booked the place for the Thanksgiving break. The house is amazing and had everything we needed for the holiday. We planned several day trips but could not wait to get back to the house! The hot tub, game room and relaxing by the fire were the best!

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids during Veteran’s Day weekend. Owner was home when we arrived and gave us a great overview of the home. House was even more beautiful in person and incredibly clean. All kitchen and bath needs were supplied. The fireplace was a great touch and the view for morning coffee in the morning on the deck was so beautiful. Kids stayed on the first floor and had their own space and the adults were in bedrooms upstairs. Everyone had their own space and the family room and kitchen area was a perfect space to all be together. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning views! Everything about this beautiful mountain home is amazing. Read all of the reviews, they say it all...Five Stars Plus. We made good use of the fireplace and loved the hot tub. Since each bedroom is on a separate floor, we all had our own space. Hot chocolate with a view, perfect.
Did I mention the view? So many photos were taken from that deck, the view alone is worth the stay. We'd love to see it in winter with snow in those mountains. So, if you'll have us, we'll be back.

House was the perfect size, and had everything we would need. Location was good - nice quiet neighborhood, but short drive to whatever we needed. View was amazing. Could sit on the deck and stare at the view all day long!

The home was beautiful and very clean. The owner was responsible, but the AC had a major malfunction during a heatwave and it was not able to be fixed while we were there.

Words can’t describe the time me and my family had at this Home! Everything was perfect the view is to die for. The fire pit is amazing along with the stars! The pool table and hot tub fill all the time we did not use enjoying the view and the night sky. House is beautiful! All the wood is fantastic.
The owner was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable! Hope we can stay there again.

Simply amazing!
Amazing is the best word I can use to describe Bob and Bibb’s vacation home! We had a list of things we wanted to do during our white mountains family vacation this year, but found ourselves making some of the best memories right at the house - from hanging out together on the balcony to playing pool and hiking with our dog on the nearby trails to relaxing in the hot tub.
The house and the views are breathtaking when you first walk in. It was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do the views justice - you have to see them for yourself.
Bob and Bibbs were very accommodating and easy to contact when we needed them. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view
The house is amazing and the view is incredible. The owner lives in a separate apartment above the garage next to the house with his dog Mowgli (who is the sweetest golden retriever!), so he is there to meet you when you arrive with any advice on the area and to answer questions about the property, but he stayed away and gave us our privacy the rest of the vacation. We had two kids ages 6 and 8 and they absolutely LOVED Mowgli! He was waiting for them every morning outside the patio door with his dog toy so the kids can go outside and run around with him and play fetch.
Can't say enough about the view! INCREDIBLE! We also got a lot of use out of the hot tub and the pool table.
The nice quiet vacation was JUST what we all needed! Highly recommend!

If I could leave more stars I would!
I just recently stayed at Bobs property and let me begin with saying the views were spectacular to say the very least. The pictures did the views no Justice I was blown away the moment I stepped out of the vehicle. Myself and all my friend couldn’t spend enough time at the property we all kept saying we wish we were staying a week. It is located in a great area very quite neighborhood and also not far away from North Conway ( maybe a 20 minute ride ) there are plenty of stores and sights there it was awesome! Soon as we arrived bob greeted us and gave us a tour of the house. Not only did the outside exceed our expectations the inside did as well! Every inch of the house was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. The views from the back deal were unmatched. It was myself and some friends but this place is great for friends, couples, or a family with kids. The downstairs room was great it contained a tv with Roku, pool table, darts, and many various games. I was already looking up more weekends to stay before I even checked out. I cannot recommend this enough. Bob was amazing, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I booked. Thanks again Bob for the stay and I will be back many times to enjoy your amazing property in the years to come !

Perfect property, beautiful views, incredible getaway
This property was absolutely amazing. Completely updated kitchen, the entire house stayed so warm, and lots of fun things to do! Location was great and close to North Conway for shopping and snowboarding. The views off the balcony were stunning. Can’t wait to go back, no complaints!

When we found this listing our jaws dropped--and it completely exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in many different VRBO properties and this one is by far the best. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything from booking to checkout was perfect. Sitting by the fire watching movies, enjoying a cup of coffee with a spectacular view, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing pool made our stay so amazing. Perfect in every way!
Thank you, Dutton Family, for sharing your very special home with us! You have thought of everything. If I could give it 6 stars, I would! With two families of 4, this property was absolute perfection for our stay. The girls took over the lower level bunk room and L shaped sofa for “kid movies” and play/recreation time while the adults had the fire roaring on the first floor in the open floor plan living/dining/kitchen with the most breathtaking views of North Conway. We can’t wait to return to this special home in the near future. Mowgli (the resident Golden) we miss you already!!

This home was as wonderful as the pictures described. The views were breath taking, the house was stocked with everything one could possibly need. The owners were very friendly and hospitable and even offered to watch our dogs while we skied! Above and beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come back again!!

Wonderful Winter getaway!
What a fantastic long weekend we had. The home is so beautiful, the views are spectacular and your host Bob is a great guy who will help you out with anything. We went into North Conway (20 min drive) and it was a very cute town with shops and the scenic train ride. We ate at the Muddy Moose and Almost There and had great meals. The home has everything so we cooked and stayed in at night and played pool and enjoyed the awesome hot tub. Snow mobiling options are close. This will be a relaxing and fun time for sure.
