About this house rental

Our home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Our master bedroom is very roomy with a king sized bed and it's own, newly remodeled master bath. The kids room offers a bunk bed along with a trundle and the final guest room offers a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have 40", 4K smart TVs while the living room has a 55" 4K smart TV.

Our full sized kitchen has all the comforts of home including stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.

Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and a 10,000 lb boat lift.
Property is centrally located close to restaurants and more, Uber-eats and other delivery services are fast and efficient.

House is conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Pool is wonderful! Had plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Everything was working in the kitchen although we ate out for dinners. The rental is clean and comfy.

Overall very good stay. Neighborhood a lil rough looking but quiet and seemed safe. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Nice having dock and lift. Pool was refreshing, pool deck could use some tlc /paint chips stuck to feet. Grill was great and cooked well, tank was empty but we were able to get it filled over at Publix no problem. Location was close to all we needed. Overall a good base camp for our adventures along the coast.

The pictures of the home were accurate and it was described online the way we found it when we arrived. The owner answered all of our questions and was extremely prompt with his responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what we had wanted and expected.

We had a nice stay here, the property was clean and as pictured. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the description said there was a hot tub and we didn't see one. The owner was very accommodating, which we appreciated.

We drove from Texas to visit family close by and chose this house to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised to walk in after a long drive and find a spacious clean house. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool while we were there, but it looked inviting. Adrian was a joy to work with and always responded quickly to my messages. Thank you, Adrian for keeping our stay at the house stress free.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice and had great modern, beach decor. Freezer didn’t keep our icecream frozen solid but might have been due to the frost built up so the owner was going to look into it. The screen door to the right of the pool had a chair blocking it when we arrived. We discovered later it was due to the door hinges being mostly broken but it didn’t matter since there was another door we could use. When we first arrived we were about 50mins early and Adrian allowed us to go in early since the property was ready. That was extremely helpful since our AC in our car had gone out that morning and it was stifling hot. There were some minor things that could use updating but overall property was as described. The cleaner showed up a day early and walked in while we were there luckily. She phoned the owner of the cleaning company and he spoke to my husband. He was pretty sassy and adamant that we were supposed to have been out by 11 that day however, my husband told him to call someone else then because we were paid through the following day and the cleaner left. Shortly after that Adrian text me with his apologies for their confusion and mix up and even sent us a dessert to make up for the mix up. Adrian was very responsive and pleasant throughout our trip.

Great property with water access for us to take our Boston Whaler Montauk on this year's river adventure. We enjoyed the ease of water way. Went to Peace River a few times and up the Myakka. Caught bonnet head shark, snapper and some kind of talapia not native. House had all comforts but I would suggest; juice glasses, kitchen dish towels (none in linen closet or kitchen drawers), teaspoons (only had 1 that i could find), curtains in MB due to street light seeped in at nite, outside hose nozzle was not removable so we could not properly rinse motor, large fallen tree in water that posed a bit of an obstacle for boat. However, all in all house was perfect for our need! And owner very helpful when we had "user error" issues on access code.

Dont be fooled by the curb appeal. This property is roomy, updated, fully supplied with everything ( kitchen essentials, towels, pillows, beach chairs, etc...) great A/C, beautiful heated pool and located on the canel for fishing. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

The house very clean, the openness of floor plan was great, and the pool warmed up nicely to swim. The host was quick to respond with any questions or issues solving. We even saw an alligator in the canal.

Property owner, Adrian, was very responsive. House was very clean and comfortable. We were 5 adults and one child and the house easily accommodated us. Pool was well maintained and water temperature was warm. We were in Florida to celebrate a 96th birthday and renting the house was far more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

This is a wonderful home to vacation in, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The home was clean and easy to stay in, with thoughtful supplies in the cabinets and closets, including towels for the pool which we forgot to bring. The bedrooms were clean and quiet, and evenings in the pool were amazing. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and well equipped, I highly recommend this home for a family or group of friends.

We needed a small house for two couples while visiting another relative who is local. The neighborhood is not that fancy, but it is quiet. The pool was nice and the screened in area was without annoying biting insects which was a plus. There is a grocery not to far away. The owner told us the night before that we couldn’t use the garage because it was just painted, which was very disappointing. The cars were very hot! The TVs worked, the kitchen was clean and the beds were fine. The pans were old and coating was very scratched, however. All in all, it was fine for our needs.

We stayed over Christmas with our family. Location was great- in a neighborhood, but super close to Punta Gorda. We even walked to a couple of restaurants. The only reason I gave 1 4 star is we had a pool issue when we got there but the communication with Adrian was great! He took care of everything and was in touch the whole time. Fenced in backyard for our little dog and nice open floor plan with a great sitting area by the pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside!

The property was very accurately described. The beds were comfy, the house was roomy, the pool was perfect. Spent a long weekend with my two sons & the amount of room was more than we needed to spread out comfortably. Kitchen was nicely appointed with all the tools. The property manager went above and beyond with some small issues we had. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and very clean home, my children loved the place. We came for a baby shower, and to our surprise the area was conveniently located near everything that you need for your stay. If you are looking to stay with kids, this is a perfect spot. Love the patio area it was such a relaxing stay.
