You’ll love the LOCATION, the building history, exposed brick, the new high-end appliances including washer/dryer, no stairs (first floor access), gated off-street parking, building security & smart home technology.

It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience.

The condo is just a few blocks away from Beale Street and is gated/code controlled. The place was very clean and had every amenity you could need including more bottled water than most stores 😉. If I’m ever back in Memphis, I will definitely be looking to book this place. Thanks for a great place to stay, J.R.!

Amazing apartment!! Very clean! Comfortable bed and pillows!! TV in living-room and bedroom. The apartment is well stocked with coffee pods, water, paper towels, toilet paper,detergent's,fabric softeners, ziplock bags,Saran wrap ect!! Washer and Dryer is very clean. It is walking distance to great restaurants,Beale street, the trolley. The owner is fantastic. We Will definitely be back!!! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!

From the moment we booked, the host communicated all the info we needed and checked in again right before our trip. Upon arrival, it was very easy to check in due to his very clear directions. Once we walked in, it was very evident that this unit is taken great care of. It was very clean, well stocked with anything you could imagine you would need, and decorated very nicely! While we were there, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. On check out day, the host communicated a very short and reasonable check out process and wished us safe travels. When we travel to Memphis again, we will definitely book this unit and stay longer! It is like a home away from home!

A very nice one bedroom apartment in downtown Memphis within walking distance to many sites in the area. The place was clean and comfortable.

Our stay could NOT have been better. The place is perfect, very clean, very comfortable and in the perfect location for seeing all things Memphis; most can be reached on foot. If not, there is an inexpensive (free sometimes) trolley system (at least while we were there); a "sort of golf cart ride system for tips only and, of course, Lyft/Uber are very available. If you drive there, your vehicle can be parked in a gated lot across the street. JR & Stephanie are SO responsive to your needs. The most responsive host I've ever experienced. The people in Memphis are VERY nice and helpful. If you are going to Memphis, I would highly recommend (insist) you stay at JR's place at the Ambassador Hotel. Even the hotel has a great history & there is the Green Beetle right across the street, for food and/or drinks. Great great place to stay.

Perfect location. Restaurants, lounges, shopping, and BBQ cookoff are all within walking distance. The condo is just as pictured. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with water, chocolate kisses, glassware, and dishware. Parking and entry are secure. JR was a great host. We are especially appreciative that pets are welcome! This will be our #1 choice to stay when we return to Memphis.

This was the perfect place to stay for our short visit to Memphis, super comfortable with nice amenities. Just the right spot for short walks to Beale St and National Civil Rights Museum, and plenty of dining options!

We stopped in Memphis for a quick 2 night visit. And the unit was ideal for our family of three. The condo was super clean well decorated and the kitchen well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The living area is perfect for 4. After a long day of walking the city it was comfortable to just hang out and play trivia.

Great location to be able to walk to Beale Street and the Blues Hall of Fame, which was one of our stops on our cross country trip. Host was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions within minutes.

Clean, convenient, communication, contemporary
Honestly the best rental experience so far!!! This condo has it all! Super soft, high end bedding. Stocked with the essentials that I usually pack-but elevated quality. Nice Coffee Selection, paper towels, t.p., bottled water, hand soaps, kitchen supplies, mints, etc. Nice touches like the seasonal decorative towels in the kitchen. I have never seen such attention to detail and cleanliness!
My teenage daughter appreciated the vintage/industrial chic theme including the exposed brick, artwork, updated smart lighting, tv’s, speakers etc.
Great location for most sight seeing options like Orpheum theater, Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., Blues Museum, Peabody Ducks, etc, etc
Communication and suggestions from owner- superb! This rental has its own website with building history, suggested sites and restaurants!
Only negative is the door to the main building slamming during high traffic times.

We had a great stay! The property is walking distance from several nice bars and restaurants, as well as Beale St. The dedicated parking spot within the complex's secure gated area was especially convenient. J.R. was a very accommodating and responsive host who provided clear information on the check-in/out process and quickly answered any questions we had about the property and area during our stay.

The apartment was spotless and full of everything you will need for a few days in Memphis. Water and Pepsi in the refrigerator and candy on the counter. A delightful selection of coffee and teas for the Keurig also. Very comfortable all around.

Beautiful apartment, tasteful and efficient. Very well stocked. Comfy and cozy. Neighborhood is transitional but we felt safe. Security is excellent. Lots of nice bars and eateries nearby. Walking access to the Peabody Hotel, Beale street, the orpheum, and short drive to Sun Studio.

This host goes above and beyond. Charming apartment right in the heart of everything you will want to do. The host provided great recommendations on places to go while there. The place is clean and comfortable with great decorating touches. Great shower and washer and dryer. Loved the solo cups and convenience of having anything we might need. Unit very nice. However the train tracks are very Close to unit. Trains run around the clock and are Very noisy with their whistle and long trains rumbling. The people above our unit were very loud every morning and evening. Very difficult to sleep while we stayed. Would not stay again.

Perfect Memphis Getaway
This was probably the best vacation rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. Super clean and comfortable, and the location was spot on. We were able to enjoy great dining nearby as well as taking in the important Civil Rights Museum, which is literally right around the block. We even took a stroll down to the river to watch the sunset. The property is better than we ever expected and we hope to get the chance to return. Memphis is magical!

Perfect for a couple in an excellent location
Super clean condo with everything we could ask for. The little added touches were much appreciated and the location could not be beat! We walked everywhere for food and entertainment and there was plenty of uncrowded areas to walk the dog.
When we return to Memphis we will not hesitate to stay here again!!!

The property was great. Check-in was easy and the condo was very nice. The google nest integration was a nice touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. The condo is close proximity to the trolley line which made access to ll parts of the downtown area very easy. Overall the trip was great. Clean and comfortable condo with secure parking and easy access to all the sites. Would definitely stay again in the future.
