We loved the space. Nicely renovated and walking distance to the zoo. The owner was quick to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, we really liked the kitchen. The house was in a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The food in Memphis was great. The owner really made us feel welcome and was easy to contact. Love this Vacation .

Nice quiet location, clean, tidy, spacious and comfy beds. Great for visiting local attractions - Gracelands, Sun Studios etc, but you require transport. Host easily contactable. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Kirk was absolutely amazing!! Rental is adorable and we loved it. The only drawback was the listing did not state unit was upstairs. It was extremely difficult to get luggage and medical supplies up 15 steps; however, when I mentioned it to Kirk he said he would have been happy to help us….wish I would have said something immediately but that is my fault for not wanting to be a “Karen”. Kirk was definitely the best host we have ever had and will stay with him again.

We were in town for the St.Jude race. Our family of five really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the host left some goodies for us in the fridge. Cute neighborhood and proximity to downtown was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Worked great for 4 adults. Great location for all the places we wanted to go. Didnt realize it was an upstairs apartment above the home but it worked. Host was very responsive to messages.

Perfectly located in Memphis!! We were there to visit my son and see a concert. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, a better host or a better location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

What a great place to spend a fun long weekend! Great music, good food, history all within a short distance! Great host providing a ver comfy cozy space-we loved the outside porch great for coffee every morning as well as nighttime relaxing after a sightseeing day. Planning a return trip very soon!!!

This property is set up perfectly and clean, spacious, and quiet. Close to everything, and the Memphis Zoo was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, and if we are in Memphis again, we will stay here.

Our host was great, and the property was immaculate! It was close to many of the attractions we wanted to see, and the check-in process was easy. The only problem we had was that the street name was spelled incorrectly online, so the directions took us in a different direction. The host was gracious, and guided us in, so it wasn't a huge deal. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and recommend it to others!

This property is exactly what you are reading! Parking and the door/entrance are actually on the back of the house, accessible from the side street. That’s about the only thing I didn’t already know when I programmed my gps nearly 600 miles away. Wifi is easy. Hot water is abundant (one bathroom w/multiple people had me worried), so no worries there. Amenities are abundant. I can’t think of a single thing we needed and didn’t have. Lastly, this house is literally 10-12 min away from EVERYTHING you could possibly need in Memphis. The location is so quiet and peaceful… you forget you’re in the middle of a big city.

We had a Spring Break trip planned and this place was great. It was clean & orderly, in a nice area, and the host was receptive to all needs. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay and our communication with the property manager. Property was a 10 minute drive to the Liberty Bowl and Fed Ex forum which was nice! Would stay at again if in Memphis.

This was a great place to stay! Very close to lots of restaurants. And even better for kids we were about 3 min to the zoo which was fantastic! We went to Sweet Noshings candy store and it was a cute little shop. Kirk was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!
