The Space:
Welcome!
Upon your arrival you will see some decorations from some local breweries; there are tackards, glasses, mugs, a dog leash, and some other items that we have collected to provide the space with a brewery theme. While we encourage use of these items on the property—we ask that nothing be taken as a souvenir.
The master bedroom has a full sized Tuft and Needle mattress and a large closet. The second room can act as a lounge room or, boasts a comfy sleeper sofa that converts to a queen with a Tuft and Needle topper. If you are going to be using the second bedroom to sleep in, please let us know so we can prepare that room as a bedroom. Each room, and the living room, has a TV with full access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. The bathroom includes a toilet and a stand-up shower. The space is small but the doors open and, with attached door jams, expand the room to include the sink and vanity area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The entire space is yours to enjoy and should you need anything, let us know.
In addition to this, we are starting to offer our pre-made, mix and match six packs containing cans and bottles from our favorite local breweries between Hendersonville and Asheville. The cost of the six packs are $25/piece. Please let us know if you would be interested in this experience, and we will happily stock your fridge for your arrival. If you are, we would just need a copy of your ID to approve your age, and for you to accept liability for anyone else in your party.
Guests have access to the whole house and private yard. The yard contains a fire pit with lounge chairs. Use the fire pit at your own risk and please be careful. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, should you need it. Be sure to put embers out completely when done (with water, the fire extinguisher is only for emergencies.)
Pets are welcome, the fee is a one time $30/pet for up to five nights. If the stay is longer than five nights, there will be an additional $30/pet fee.
The guest fee for over two people is $20/person/night.
We don’t accept any animals that live outdoors, as we like to preserve the wildlife and ecosystem surrounding the property.
We like to state that you have to drive through a junk-yard-looking property to gain access to the house; it is completely safe. However, once you get to the house, there is a privacy fence surrounding the property.

Cutest little container home. Most pet friendly place i have ever stayed on vrbo. Solid fencing to let my dog run free and feel safe. Loved the firepit. We watched a play at flatrock playhouse and owners let us check in early to get our dog settled. 10/10 experience

We enjoyed our weekend in the Brew Box. We could sit out all day and read while our two little dogs had plenty of room to run and play. The surrounding trees gave shade all day long. Loved the house/box floor plan. I'd love one myself. Very relaxing weekend!

The house is great and just what we needed for a weekend away. Our dogs loved the nice yard.

Our family of 4 stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. The primary focus of the trip was to head to some of the orchards for some fall fun with our 8 and 10 year old daughters and our 6 month old puppy. The home is within 5 minutes to grocery shopping, 10 minutes into downtown, and 20 minutes from apple orchards. The gravel driveway to the home is along a sharp turn and past a small junk yard. Once you are inside the fence, you can't tell any of that is there. You can hear cars driving past and a very loud rooster too. We found the rooster comical. The hosts are fantastic and respond right away. They also don't leave you with a huge list of to do's upon leaving! Kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and dog waste bags too. And hand soap! I don't know why so many rentals don't provide that? The space is pretty tight so fitting 4 adults or even a family with teens would be a tight squeeze. Futon with the topper was really comfy. Shower is pretty small too. Overall if we come back to the area, we would love to stay again. It was a unique experience.

My husband and I needed a spot for the night with our two pups. The fenced in yard was clutch for the dogs especially after a long drive. The place is too cute and so well appointed inside. You do pass a junkyard and the way in but once you round the corner of the property, it isn’t in view. Parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle, but manageable. I would highly recommend this for a couple with or without dogs. Minutes from Downtown Hendersonville. It was exactly what we needed for our quick stay. And the host, Katherine, is very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time here, and the dogs loved all the running around room. We both loved the fireplace. We made a leaf pile for the dogs to play in.
Many wonderful memories were made here.
Sincerely,
Brad, Ingrid, Kayleigh, and Buddy.

We stayed here to break up a long drive and it was perfect. The house is small but had everything we needed. The fenced-in yard was awesome for our dog. About 30 minutes from Asheville and 10 minutes from Hendersonville. The hosts gave great directions and information leading up to our stay and we would stay again.

Location was perfect for my needs- near Ingles for provisions, flat rock park perfect for dog walk, near downtown, and 15 miles to Duponte Forest. It is not a walkable area, car definitely needed..and nothing too large as the maneuvering in and out is challenging. Backing out onto old spartanburg is a bit scary if you are the sole person in vehicle..it is a busy bend to pull out onto..and not so ez to back in. Otherwise the container house was quite comfortable and plenty of space for my needs. I did bring 2 large dog crates and was able to set them up and still enjoy the unique space! My dogs had great romps in the large fenced property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the shipping container! Space was used well, had everything we needed, and never felt crowded. The backyard was completely fenced in and had a fire pit. The bed was comfortable and the pulll out was amazingly comfortable. The location was great. It was close to parks, grocery stores and restaurants. A few cons were there's a dip coming out of the driveway with the cars coming around corner, and the tree dropped large spiny balls that wasn't good for the dog paws. We definitely would not hesitate to stay again.
