5 bedroom beauty in North Raleigh!!.. great house to have a good time for a BIG family. this house features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people easily and maybe more! it has a fantastic open area setup so all the family can have a great time! it also has a nice deck out back perfect for entertaining!. Guests can access the community pool which is 4 houses away

For added security, this property is equipped with a doorbell camera positioned at the front door and two exterior security cameras positioned at each corner of the back part of the property. These cameras are equipped with motion detection and recording capabilities, ensuring an extra layer of safety during your stay. Please rest assured that your privacy is our top priority. The cameras are strictly for exterior monitoring and do not have access to any interior spaces. They are solely in place to enhance security and ensure peace of mind for our guests.
There are 2 free parking spots in front of the property marked with the house number for your use. Please avoid parking in other properties' spaces to prevent being towed. If you have more than 2 cars, you can park on the street half a block away. We can also provide a visitor parking spot for 1 car in front of the swimming pool upon request. This requires a parking pass, which must be requested 14 days before check-in and returned at check-out. There is a $150 charge for lost or unreturned parking passes.
Guests can use the community pool of the neighborhood which is 4 houses away. The pool will be open mid to end of June. Any lost or unreturned pool pass has an additional charge of $200.

We wanted to let you know that we may use air fresheners in our properties to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment. However, we understand that some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to certain scents. If you do not want us to use air fresheners during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. Please note that it may take more than 2 days to fully remove air fresheners from the property.
This property is equipped with a Smart TV, but please note that we do not provide cable television services. Guests are welcome to use their own app subscriptions to access streaming services on the TV. The Smart TV is equipped with various streaming apps, but you’ll need your own accounts to access content.
We also maintain our yard by having it cut every 2-3 weeks. If you find the yard needs attention when you arrive, please let us know. We can arrange for the yard to be cut earlier if needed.

We were forced to buy "damage protection" upon booking, which has never happened to us. A couple days after our visit was over, we get an email that a claim was submitted for a new toilet due to damage. NO DAMAGE occurred. Clearly landlord is force placing insurance in order to submit claims to refresh their very outdated bathrooms. This is WRONG and dishonest.

There were several concerns we had with the property. The property manager was awesome and responsive to my concerns. When we arrived, there was a neighbor recording is as we exited our vehicles. This property isn't designed for family get togethers with fun and laughter. The residents called the police out to ask us to quiet down. So if you plan on having fun, laughing loud and having guest come over this isn’t the best site. We had to watch the noise level for the remainder of our stay.
the upstairs shower needs updating. A book of conditions should be at the residence.

There is a reason there are no pictures of the exterior. Had to reach out to manager for most info. No book or info on check-out, WiFi, general area information. TV needed an extension cord to be plugged in. Rust on shower rod. Refrigerator was leaking. The property was “fine” but the pictures are much better than what we walked into.

I had booked this location for my Daughter’s wedding. The home was super cute and clean and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. Very clean and modern decor. We loved the how the downstairs had its own entrance and kitchen in the bedroom and that is where my daughter and her maid of honor stayed the night before her wedding. Water pressure in the bathrooms were great and the A/C worked perfect. Karla was super nice and responded very quick to any questions we had. We had multiple cars there and even though you only have 2 parking spots, there is street parking about 1 block away right near the pool. We loved our stay and want to send a huge thank you to our host for making our special weekend so smooth. We will be back in the future !

Worth every penny and very nice property
Communication with host was very efficient and timely. Karla was a super host. Very professional and considerate. Despite having some life-changing situation, she was still able to communicate with me. Property is very clean and modern, and some essential toiletries were provided. Neighborhood is peaceful. I would highly recommend this property for a large group of 10. Our stay was worth every penny.

Good location (near North Hills) but a few issues…
Karla was extremely easy to rent from and very accommodating. The townhouse was fine but we had eight adults staying and although the unit was advertised as sleeping 10, the living space was a bit tight for us. The home is three floors so when we were all together on the first floor, it was tight for 8; 6 people would be more comfortable.
We have rented many homes through VRBO. There were a few issues that I suggested she may want to address that would help future renters:
Typically, homes have a binder that provides directions on operation of equipment (like thermostat and tv, etc.) as well as WiFi passwords, with instructions upon leaving and things to do, restaurants, etc. we had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and we had many issues with the thermostat (it was a nest which we were not familiar with) and instructions on site would have been very beneficial (Karla was very responsive with the thermostat issues and was able to regulate the temperature remotely).
It would have been great to have more than one bath towel per person. I understand that there is a washer/dryer unit but a rental guest staying for less than a week shouldn’t have to wash towels during their stay. Because the home listing shows a pool as part of the amenities it would be nice if there were pool towels as well esp. since there was only one towel per guest available.
The lighting downstairs should really all be on dimmers. There is too much light in the living/dining room area because both fixtures were on the same switch. We needed to loosen 60% of the light bulbs to get an acceptable lighting level and the
light fixture in front of the keurig machine is dangerous to anyone over 5”6. It is too low so we had to keep a bar stool under it so nobody would walk into it.
Overall, the home was fine for our short stay and the location was very convenient for our purposes. Karla as a great, responsive and kind host. I believe this may be a newer listing as there were no previous reviews on the property when we rented it so I hope my comments help Karla and future renters.
