We also know that you are here for the beach! So we have provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, and beach toys for your convenience.

This home is conveniently located, drive 10 miles into downtown Galveston to eat at one of the local eateries or explore the historic Pleasure Pier.
The Galveston Island State Park is a 4-minute drive from your door and a fantastic spot to explore. The 2,000-acre state park features multiple hiking trails, bird watching spots, and most importantly, a ton of beach access for swimming!
The Pirates Beach Country Club and Golf Course is just a 5 minute drive and a jet ski rental company so you can get out for a day of fun out on the water!
Drive 25 minutes and spend a day out on the ocean with the Galveston Fishing Charter Company!
Some other top local attractions are The Moody Gardens, and the Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark.
- Nearest Major Airport: William P. Hobby Airport ( ~48 miles away)
- The beach is a 5 minute walk. If you want a golf cart, we recommend Rick's Beach Rentals. They can bring you a golf cart and pick it up when you leave. Be aware you probably need to book early, especially in the summer months.

- No smoking (guest agrees to pay an additional $300 if evidence of smoking is found inside property)
- No pets allowed (guest agrees to pay an additional $175 if any evidence of pets are found)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- If more than the normal expected amount of cleaning is required after your stay, you may be subject to an additional cleaning charge of $175 or more
- If more guests are at the property than what is stated on the booking, guest agrees to pay an additional $500
- NOTE: This property features an exterior security camera on the upstairs back deck, it does not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: Everything in this home runs on electricity; therefore, there is no carbon monoxide detector necessary at the home
- NOTE: This home only supplies a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries
- Must be at least 21 years old to book, no third party bookings allowed
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-There is a locked cabinet in bedroom 2, please do not disturb as it's the owners closet.
