Located only a quarter-mile walk from Indian Beach, this darling second-floor home has everything you could need for a breezy and serene stay! A beach wagon is available to haul chairs and guest-provided beach toys to the beach. Escape from the sun under the covered patio and host a warm-weather barbecue using the propane grill. Gather at the picnic table and enjoy a delicious meal alfresco! There is also a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after an exciting day at the beach.
The interior of this beach abode is as pristine as it looks, with beautiful turquoise accents here and there and coastal decor throughout. Pull out any of the provided board games and gather at the eight-person dining table for a fun time. Or head to the inviting living area to snuggle up on the sofas and stream your favorite series on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The sparkling full kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare memorable meals and beach snacks. Take in the views of the surrounding neighborhood and nature from the comfort of your covered deck. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and an on-site washer/dryer.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
