Simple studio, attached but with separate entry and key pad, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, instant pot, and coffee service.
Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower.
Couch has luggage storage.
Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets may be allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit, but guests must communicate with me about this for the safety of their pet.

This cute little place was perfect for us. The location was very central to everything we came to do- visit friends, and family, and attend a wedding. We had easy access to the very pleasant host, who answered any questions we had.

I traveled with a friend that was moving to Boise from WA and this cute little studio was perfect for the two of to spend some quiet quality time visiting before I flew back home. The outside chairs where wonderful to sit outside in the early morning and evening. The house was clean and cozy and the Wi-Fi worked great for a job interview before I flew home. Thank you for sharing your Birdhouse if I’m the area again I would definitely book.

Met with property manager super nice lady, made sure if I needed anything to get ahold of her. The only thing I would change about this stay is the pillows and the bed wasn’t as comfy but overall great service nice little place would recommend

not the cleanest, not the worst. The biggest issue for me was the large clock in the room, but that's because I have a hard time ignoring the ticking of a clock. The shower floor looks dirty but is not, the rugs could use a good vacuum and shampoo, so could the couch. The bed and bathroom were clean and that's what is most important to me.

We were really hoping it would be a great stay but did not enjoy the room at all. The place stunk like cigarette smoke and the bed was VERY firm (rock hard) and extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. The dishwasher was not hooked up (had the plugs inside) and the dishes that were available were dirty from previous use. The towel rack holder in the bathroom was broken and would come off any time we went to dry our hands. There was not any dish soap, no paper towels, or sponge for cleaning dishes. I would equate it to a cheap motel stay. Might be OK if you are passing through for a night but I do not recommend for longer stays.

Adorable space. We were barely there, but when we were, it was a good space to shower, sleep, change clothes and hang out for the brief moments we had between activities. The house is easy to find and in a great location - 20 minutes or less from everywhere we needed to be for the weekend. Good communication with Holly.

We were in the process of moving out of state, we ran into multiple problems leading to us needed to stay in Boise for an extended period of time. Lucky for us Holly was kind enough to allow us to let us stay at the Birdhouse Apartment. It offers way more than any hotel we've stayed at and really is a furnished apartment. We were able to cook all our meals instead of having to go out to eat. She supplied us with fresh, clean linens and was very kind our entire stay. If I ever find myself in that neck of the woods I know who I'll be reaching out to!

We arrived late after driving for over 12 hours, and were very pleased to arrive at this tiny house. It was very cozy and had a yard for our pup to walk around in to stretch after being in the car for so long. The house was clean and welcoming and we had a good nights sleep before jumping into the car for our second day of our drive. We will return in the future!

This was the perfect size for me. Had a storage closet that fit the kennel perfectly for when I had to leave my dog. Everything I needed, close to downtown. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks! P.S. the kitchen light switch is behind the tv😁

A nice alternative place to stay instead of a noisy, expensive motel near the Interstate. For us it was close to where we needed to conduct some urgent family business so the location was perfect. A nice comfortable queen bed in a quiet neighborhood, what more can you ask for? It has a small kitchen but we opted to dine out at the many nice places to eat nearby.
