Welcome to Beechwoods Mountain Home! Enjoy incredible mountain views off the large private deck. Spacious 6 BR with 5 bathrooms, minutes to downtown North Conway, Storyland and all of the best Mount Washington attractions. Plenty of room for two families!
There are perfect spaces to gather in this open concept home including the great room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, mountain views, 55" smart tv and comfortable seating; kitchen with SS appliances, granite countertops and plenty of seating; game room with foosball, pool table, video games, 75" smart tv, covered-bridge bar and sauna. There is also an outdoor hot tub patio, in addition to the deck that has both a fire pit and a grill. The house was built for comfort and fun and designed to be the perfect vacation home for gathering together or finding a quiet space to relax on your own.
You'll enjoy comfortable beds, luxury linens, and USB plugs to charge your devices.
The dining and kitchen areas enable you to cook for and feed a large crew all together. And there is tons of storage for your groceries.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to NH and this home was beautiful! Everything about it was great. The kitchen was great for cooking all our meals, and with the large dining room table fit all 8 of us at each meal. There was plenty of room for all of us to watch a movie one evening. Each couple had our own bathroom. The master bath was huge and gorgeous, but the shower was amazing!!! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the mountains. Our annual NH trip was wonderful and staying at this beautiful home made it even more amazing! Thank you

Beechwoods Mountain Home was fantastic and Evonne was such a helpful host. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures and everything was spotless and welcoming.

This house is exceptional! The home is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed. We enjoyed several family meals there. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect end to our ski days, and our family loved the game room. And of course, the views are amazing!

This home was excellent. It came as advertised, actually, it was better than advertised. The entire experience was fantastic everyone in my family really enjoyed themselves and we look forward to returning next year. The home is very comfortable and spotless. It is very roomy and Yvonne, the property owner was very attentive and easy to work with. I would give the entire place a 12 on a scale of 10 - Thank you!

This home was wonderful! Seemed brand new - everything is well maintained and cared for, and plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the ground level room with the games, couch, and laundry as well as the sauna! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable, clean, and beautifully done. Huge showers! We have stayed in many places all over the area from N. Conway to Bartlett, and Jackson. This is the best location so far, because it is not too far from town or other areas we like to visit (river spots, hiking, Jackson falls, etc.) The check out process was also the easiest we have ever had which we greatly appreciated at the end of our week!

Property was amazing and the location was perfect. Our kids had never seen snow and a late storm came through and delivered. We were cabin bound for a full day and the set up was perfect for outdoor snow play and indoor activities. Rooms and baths are perfectly sized. Great hidden gem up in the mountains.

We (three couples) did a three night stay at this property. Home is nice with plenty of room. Loved the downstairs bar/game room with access to the hot tub. We had a an issue where the gas fireplace in the upstairs living room wasn't working. Worked with Evonne to get it fixed to no avail, but Evonne offered to reimburse us a bit of money for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. Location had easy access to North Conway.

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous home for Thanksgiving! Home is so comfortable with beautiful views and plenty of space to relax. Pacman two player game was a huge hit as well. The owner Evonne was very fast and responsive to the general questions about the property. Would highly recommend and love to stay there again.

This was a great place to stay due to the fact we had a rain day and we were able to stay put with the family and enjoy all the game room has to offer with our adult kids. We will definitely go back with a larger family group as there are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and places to sit to eat which is usually an issue with a place that says it sleeps 10 and a table that seats 8. Very clean and comfortable beds.

This place is gorgeous and so peaceful! So much space and we had a blast playing pool and pac man every night. The views from the deck were breathtaking!
We are already missing the amazing showers too!

We love this house!
This house fit our 4 families great! Plenty of space to spread out without feeling ontol of each other and also plenty of dinning area for breakfast & dinner! (master bedrooms & bathrooms are gorgeous!)
We had a minor issue with the hot tub & Evonne had someone out to fix it within 15 minutes of us texting her!
Location is perfect!

Womens trip
First the home was beautiful photos do not do it justice. The home was clean the beds comfortable and the view was stunning. Everyone that stayed said they want to come back. The only downfall we had was a snow storm caused the power to go down. They property manager was quick to help. The only thing we needed was flashlights or candles and that was not something the house did not have. We spent an hr in the house in the dark thank god for phone flashlights. That was the only thing that could provide a better stay if power ever goes out in the future. Overall amazing home and amazing experiance .

Beautiful home
Such a beautiful home. Open floor plan which was nice for large family gatherings like ours. It had enough seating for all of us. Down stairs was very nice as well and again very open. They had a nice pool table and foosball table. They also had Pac-Man which was a huge hit with my family. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the property again.

Wonderful stay in Intervale
Jodie’s property is so clean, spacious and in a great location. The home was perfect for three families with little kids aged 1-12. The downstairs game room and hot tub just outside the sliding doors were an added bonus. It snowed during our stay and the view was incredible. We look forward to booking again.

Amazing
Awesome location, amazing house. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the game room and hot tub. Kitchen was great but only a handful of cooking utensils which made preparing thanksgiving dinner a little challenging, and would bring extra dish towels. Beautiful views…and many happy memories were made.

Fall color home!
Our college daughter, my husband and I came Up for the weekend while visiting her in Boston. The property was set in a gorgeous area. Beautiful views from the deck. The beds were comfortable. Close to Jackson & North Conway. The house had a fun Yeti finding for little ones.
A few things that could make the property more ideal: ice! (No ice maker). The baking pans and non stick pans were scratched; the knives very dull.
A started shampoo, conditioner, soap in the bathroom would be nice. I don’t typically pack when flying, but had grabbed the Boston hotel set before we drove up. A starter box of Kleenex would be nice too. And a new, clean sponge for washing dishes. The sponges there smelled and were old.

Perfect family getaway
Everything in this house was amazing. It was more of an experience the way the home is layer out on each level with plenty of entertainment. We loved watching the sunset on the deck & starting our mornings with some hot rub/ sauna time. Hope we get to return again!!

We had the perfect weekend- hiked at Echo Lake, coffee on the deck each morning looking out at the stunning view of the mountains! Can’t wait to go back.

Great place, great owners
We will likely rent it again. You can’t beat the location. Plenty of room for 14 of us ages 75 to 5. Wonderful safe neighborhood for young kids to ride their bikes, scooters. A really nice neighbor across the street let kids play with their dog and his kids.

Gorgeous and fun house with beautiful views
The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and set up well for our large group of 3 families. The kids loved the pool table, foosball and arcade game and the grown-ups loved that they could entertain themselves on a separate floor. The bathrooms were amazing -- the showers were an experience! We loved the hot tub and the views from both decks. Jodie was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when we needed to change our travel date due to COVID. It was also very convenient to be just 15 min from downtown North Conway. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this house!

Perfect weekend away!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time up north and staying at this property. The house was super clean and in a great location. Jodie was accommodating and very communicative. I would highly recommend this house for rental :)

I stayed here with a group of 15 after having not seen friends in over a year (all vaccinated). Jodie was great checking in with me via phone the day of check in. Getting to the house and in was very easy! The driveway parks 5 straight across (shorter cars on one side and longer cars on the other) you can fit a sixth parallel on one side of the driveway!Beds: very comfortable master bed! Oh my god I had to ask what the brand name of the bed and bedding was! However for 15 adults, 3 people had to stay in the room with the full sized bunk beds- a little crowded for them but my friends were easy going!Make sure to bring your own beach towels for the hot tub. There are definitely enough towels for the bathroom however. Also bring paper towels and more toilet paper. Kitchen: has a ton of different pots and pans (one of my friends actually bought one for omelets and gifted it to the house). A ton of cutlery and dishes were there. We brought extra paper plates to not have to wash after every small meal. There is a coffee maker for k-cups & regular brewed coffee. My friends were thrilled with that since they each take a different coffee order. Fridge had a ton of room. We did grilling and an entire Cuban feast, had Jell-O shots in there and veggie platter etc and made it work. We brought coolers for beer since we wanted the fridge to be for the food. Maybe bring dish rags to dry dishes? Up to you but we made it work with paper towels. Also being large kitchen bags. With 15 of us ther was a lot of trash that was too big for the small trash bins. Living spaces: AMAZING! Both first floor and lower level had smart TVs and couch set ups. More than enough seating. Downstairs we played pool and at least 6 of my friends used the sauna. The hot tub was utilized frequently! Just follow the instructions to clean it and put cover back on. Very simple. The grill worked. The fire pit ran out of propane but it was on our last night & if we were staying longer we would have reached out to Jodie. Washer and dryer was also nice to have onsite 5 bathrooms! Made it so much better for this many people. 1 for each master bath, 1 is shared by the 2 bedrooms on 1st floor, 1 for 2 beds in baedment & 1 for beds in loftViews were incredible. Especially morning view on the porch w coffee in hand. Only a 8 min drive to the town! Cute shops restaurants and views. Others went driving to Kangamangus Hwy and went hiking. Overall great stay! The adults and children loved some of the little nuances of this home between the adorable double twin bedroom upstairs, the hot tub with views of the mountains, the yeti scavenger hunt throughout the home, and the Pac-Man game in the basement.
Jodie was a fantastic host, and was completely open to questions prior to the trip and during, providing her own suggestions of some places that we should try.
Overall, the home is fantastic and fit our family very well, providing us multiple areas to gather as one big group but also providing privacy when we needed it.
