Beautiful two-story home with an open floor plan. 3 bedroom/2.5 bath located downtown on Mud Island just minutes away from Beale Street and a short drive from the Memphis International Airport. You'll love relaxing on the private balcony, just off the master bedroom, after a long day of exploring or working.

We had a great stay at this property. It was as advertised and everyone loved the massage chair! We had a small issue at check-in, but the owner acted fast to resolve, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we are in the Memphis area.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was quiet at night and situated in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home for your Memphis visit. So very close to downtown and all the attractions we wanted to get to.

Host had great communication and was very accommodating and responsive which we greatly appreciated. Small thing but so nice to have a pack n play and booster seat available when traveling with a toddler. Kitchen was well-equipped and everything was as expected. The second floor did have some difficulty cooling (we managed and did not raise this as an issue, just noting the system could probably use a checkup as the temps increase). Overall good experience and great host.

We all enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The massage chair, though!!!! We all took turns enjoying this relaxing massage. Bonus!

An excellent, clean home with nice amenities with a perfect location close to downtown and easy short drive to midtown Memphis but in a quiet, peaceful front porch neighborhood. The owner was helpful in communication and listing was accurate.

Came in from Florida and had a great time. The only item was the thermostat for the bottom and second floor. Never could get one area warm (and it was cold). Manager helped with it as best he could with instructions, but it seems to be out of sync even after following instructions for both units.

The house was wonderful. It was just as described in the the listing. Very clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and in a nice neighborhood. The location was great and a short ride to downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The house is in a great location on Mud Island close to downtown Memphis. There is plenty of space and there are even two tables. The massage chair was a big hit too!

Overall this is a nicely kept house on Mud Island. Very convenient to downtown which was nice. We had a little issue getting checked in but the owner Chris was quick to help out. The kitchen is well stocked and the mattresses are very comfy, which is unusual for a rental!! Had a little trouble with the Cable TV working but we weren't there to watch TV so no big deal really. Would stay here again.

I can’t say enough things about this property- as someone stated already, the pics DO NOT do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet and immaculate and a quick drive into downtown.
The beds are amazingly comfortable, and plenty of hot water.
Our first experience with an VRBO and it has truly set the bar for us!

Loved Southern Charm
Southern Charm was excellent! Loved the location on Mud Island! Found the house to be immaculately clean, very well appointed, and was everything we could ask for during our stay in Memphis. Having a garage was like the “ cherry on top”! We’ll be back!

Enjoyed
We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, clean and charming. There are 3 decent size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is in a good neighborhood. We felt safe taking walks at night. The owners are easy to communicate with, responding quickly to our questions. The are also polite.
The only thing that we wished was different was the checkout time, which is 10:00 a.m. We would have loved to take another walk in the morning before we left but there was not time. It was our vacation and so we were not willing to get up early to do that. 11:00 a.m. would have been more reasonable.
