Nestled against the backdrop of Florida's nature coast, the Island Place is a romantic getaway showcasing the natural beauty and serenity of a secluded tropical isle. Our beautiful condos are located directly on the Gulf amid a true nature preserve, swaying palms and warm Gulf breezes. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a fun and exciting vacation destination, we will exceed your expectations for comfort and location. Grills are park style and at end of complex. Bring utensils, charcoal, grill brush and lighter fluid.

We are next to the city marina, and just a few steps away from fine restaurants, shopping and grocery store. PLEASE NOTE: There is no boat parking available onsite. Public boat parking available 1 block east or 2 blocks north across from the market. PLEASE NOTE: Pool closed for chemical treatment Mon&Thurs from 10am-3pm.

The description does not do this place justice. It was in a perfect spot to walk to everywhere and was appointed perfectly. The views were breathtaking and the renovation to the pool area was spectacular. We will definitely be back to visit again, perhaps in the near future.

This condo is in a beautiful location in Cedar Key. Not sure how good the management company is or is it the seller just not wanting to spend money on maintenance. Blinds At sliding glass door in living room following off track. Microwave handle disconnected at bottom, light in primary bathroom makes a scary sound when first turned in. Blind on glass door in 2 bedroom does not open, condo generally looks tired. The pool is not refreshing in mid summer, it’s like stepping in bath water, but pool is very clean and maintained. . If your not into fishing Cedar Key really doesn’t have anything else to offer other restaurants. The small beach is very small and the Gulf water is very murky there and has a very muddy bottom. Low tide there’s only ankle deep water in swimming area. Probably would not return to Cedar Key.

Cedar Key is a small community , very laid back and relaxing. Only one small beach to sit on , it’s more for fishing and boating than suntanning.

Location, Location, Location! This was a great condo along to channel so we could watch all the boats come & go. We walked everywhere (even with a stroller), dock street with all the restaurants is right across the bridge, we walked to the park, which was impressive for such a small island. I have an almost 2yr old & 4yr old and they were both happy with it. The pool at the condo is spacious and was not crowded at all. The condo itself is spacious, well stocked, clean, and the beds are comfy which was important to me. The towel hooks need addressing in both bathrooms, and he cable was out while we were there but that was fine because we didn’t plan to stay inside. Overall it was a great experience and we will defiantly plan to go back!!

The property was a great location.. close to shopping and restaurants... easy walk to get around town ....and to see the sunset. People were very friendly; the girls at Island Place were easy to work with. GOOD TIMES !!

This was the perfect little place with an amazing view! Very clean and the decor is cute! Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. Nice pool too! We had quite the adventure and thanks for the tips of things to see and places to eat In this quaint community. The golf cart suggestion was the best way to see the island! We will definitely be back!

This property is located in close proximity to the marina, restaurants and shopping. The unit was nicely decorated and well-furnished and had a lovely view of the gulf. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. I would definitely recommend it.
