Also within an hours drive of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Knoxville and more! Our loft style apartment above the old time G.H. Coffman Country Store creating a super unique and fun place to stay! 3 National parks within an hour drive! See our beautiful lake and enjoy fishing, hiking, golfing, boating and more!

Our listing is completely furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Fully furnished kitchen with pots,pans,salt,pepper,oil,etc for cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker! Living room and bedroom is ready with Smart Roku TV's with many streaming apps to log into your own streaming accounts and also Spectrum Cable TV! Living room also has a super handy pullout sofa bed! Plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows always available.

NEW - "The Homeplace Restaurant" at the G.H. Coffman Country Store is now open downstairs! You don't even need to leave the loft to get a delicious meal! Offering dinner from 4pm - 8pm! Closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Be sure to head downstairs and see all they have to offer!

NOTE: Security cameras are located on the property. One is located on the side of the building monitoring the parking are and the other located at the front door of the country store entrance. These are strictly for security purposes and no private areas are under surveillance whatsoever.

Check in so easy. Very clean Loved the General Store decor I retired from American Express Travel and did Hotel reviews for my corporate clients for US and Europe. Just a few notes I recommend The light in the living room is very bright. Either a dimmer switch or put a lamp on the end table for watching TV at night. The bedroom could use fold up luggage racks so the client won't have to put their luggage on the bed. A battery operated light above the sink The road noise was very loud especially with the rain we had. I know that is not an easy fix. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff was so friendly. I was visiting my cousin who lives on Lake Cherokee so the location was great. All in all it was a great stay! Thank you....

Had a nice stay at the country store ! Very clean in the room upstairs . Little road noise at night , but with the window unit on (fan mode for winter) , it’s barely noticeable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Taylor was precious to work with and it was exactly as advertised. We had a lovely visit with family and friends. We even got a half day of fishing in. It was a wonderful blessing from God to get to experience this adventure.

I stayed for a month and am so happy to have found this place. Lovely, clean and fully stocked. Bed was comfortable and location was convenient to all areas around Morristown. Hosts were helpful. Overall a 5 star experience.

The apartment was nicely done and well equipped for the 2 week stay. Check-in and the whole process was seamless. The only way I wouldn't recommend this spot is if you have trouble with stairs as going up and down could pose a challenge for some.

The loft was awesome. Very clean and cute and had everything we needed. The country store had just closed prior to our visit but Taylor and his dad opened up for a few hours just so we could visit the store and have breakfast. They are wonderful people and everyone we came across in Bean Station was so sweet. Definitely check out Cook's Boathouse Restaurant while you're there. Only suggestion is if you plan on staying, bring a noise maker with you because you do get a bit of noise from the road.

My son moved to Bean Station a few months ago and needed somewhere nearby I could stay. There isn’t a lot of options so we were so happy we found this little GEM! The place was adorable, so clean and comfortable for my husband and my grandchildren. You had just about everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron, but we made do without one. We will be staying here again in the next few months.

Perfect place to stay for the yard sales. The location is very nice. We felt safe. We loved visiting the store. My kids talk about it all the time. The loft was cozy and had everything we needed. We didn’t notice any noise from downstairs. We would love to stay again!

I absolutely loved this little apartment and it fit our needs very well. The sleeper sofas mattress was a little thin and lumpy, but we just spread one of the thicker blankets we brought with us over the sheets and it did fine for the kids to sleep on it. Otherwise this is a great little place and will definitely book again if available for my next visit to the area.

This little cottage is just perfect. We just loved it. It was just as pictured. Wish we could have stayed a little longer, but I’m sure we will be back. The only thing I would add is that us ladies need a full length mirror to check out our looks 😜. The little store downstairs was a bonus. We really enjoyed our breakfast. One couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Just the right size and great location. Very nice people in the country store downstairs. The breakfast biscuits were in the store were delicious … wish I had asked for the recipe! The street noise did not bother me. Would stay here again.

Pictures showed a fite pit but it looked like they took it out, unless it was on the other property. We had a great time. The place was awesome! People complain about the road noise and store noise but the level of noise was no greater then hearing people in a hotel. It did not bother us. Great place! Will stay again.

The loft was perfect for our fishing trip to lake Cherokee, very clean and is exactly like the pictures show. Very good communication with the host and an excellent restaurant just below. I will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect in the rental and the General Store was such a unique place to visit - the food and people were all wonderful! As others have noted - the road has some noisy trucks going by but with the air conditioning running, it didn’t bother us.

The pictures do a good job showing off this cute little loft apartment. It was clean, comfortable, well-ventilated, with darling decor, and fit me and my three kids just fine. The one thing to be aware of is that because it's right near the main road, the noise of the cars going by during the night is quite noticeable. Luckily I brought ear plugs so it didn't bother me :-).

The property manager was super nice and house was really nice. The location above the store is hard to handle with the thin walls in morning. The store closes at 2pm so u are good after that. The morning time with the nice breakfast and people coming in is what u ha e to deal with. Overall nice place to stay. Just no sleeping in when store is open.

The property is as advertised in the pics. Cozy and very clean! Taylor and crew have done a beautiful job on creating this farmhouse loft above the general store. You must go down to the store and try the food. You won't be disappointed. There is a little road noise from the bedroom side, but as long as you run the fan, you will hardly notice it. If you sleep in late, then you might here it more. We would recommend to anyone, and will be back ourselves. Overall this is a cute little place to get away from it all and it is easy to find. We look forward to our next visit!!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The pictures are 100% accurate and it was the cutest little place. We will literally always have our out of town family come here from now on! Not to mention the general store downstairs has the BEST food. Home cooked right in the kitchen! They have a ton of different local products and it’s was overall the best store! Owners were absolutely amazing also. Overall this property is beyond worth it, gorgeous, and peaceful. We will have family back 100%
