14 of us traveled from all across the country to celebrate an engagement. We started at the aquarium mandala bay. Then came back to house and started our weekend. So much to do at this house. Everyone is pleased.

Our family had an amazing vacation staying at this property. We were not disappointed with the bedroom and bathroom accommodations. They are beautiful. We pretty much lived at the pool and enjoyed every minute. We also enjoyed the games and TVs. The kitchen accommodated all 11 of us easily. While there, we had a few home maintenance issues that we reported to our hostesses and they were fixed in no time. The hostesses and their team catered to all our needs. They deserve a 5 rating. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all!

This home worked out wonderfully as far as accommodations for our family of nine. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely, kitchen great for preparing meals. Since we really enjoy cooking meals together, we could have used more kitchen items, i.e., pot holders, kitchen towels, food processor, slow cooker, etc. Main area of concern was the heat in the pool/jacuzzi. Both cannot be heated at the same time, and, since we weren't able to control the heat, we had to notify the managers whenever we wanted the heat switched from one to the other. That said, Mandy and Paula were very responsive to our needs. I would give them very high marks! And everyone enjoyed the game room!

Great house and hosts. Comfy beds. Good communication. Issue with one bathroom which probably was already known. Septic issue so we actually had a 4 bath house for 12 women instead of 5 which was stated. Not a huge deal but inconvenient for some of the group. All in all a great place.

The property was amazing and accurate description! Located within 10 mins of the airport so that was a plus for our guests! Highly recommended and we will most definitely be back again when visiting Las Vegas and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

House is exactly as advertised. Host support was great, check in process super easy. With great communication from the host. Perfect location for those seeking outdoor adventure and a trip or two to the strip. House is in a quiet area and has a great private feel to it. Backyard world class for relaxing and hanging out. Next year I hope to be able to rent this house again for our trip. Will be our first choice if available.

We recently stayed here for about 3 days for our Vegas wedding and had a fun time with our friends/family. The property was beautiful and spacious as we hoped based on the photos. The location is nice as it's close to the airport and the strip, as well as any grocery or warehouse stores (Sam's Club in our case) you might need. My only complaints were probably that the walls were a little thin as far as noise goes, but that could also just be a difference in how buildings are constructed vs where I'm from (Indiana). We had also paid for the hot tub heating a few days before our stay, and the first night the hot tub was barely luke warm, so the payment for the first night was kind of wasted since we didn't get to use it. However, it was heated nicely for the next day and we enjoyed it. Overall, the house was fun, clean, and spacious. Everyone had an enjoyable time for the short period we were there. I think I can consider our wedding trip a success!

The property was clean, spacious, and had everything our group of 7 needed while we were there. The only weird thing was how sensitive the septic system was. There were signs in every bathroom encouraging you not to flush anything down the toilet. The neighbor has a rooster which crows in the morning. It wasn’t terrible but that’s a thing. The pool/grotto is on a set timer that ends around 10pm so if you want to swim late you have to let the host know. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The pictures online do not reflect the beauty of this property. The property manager is very helpful and very responsive. The only downside of my stay is the animals (including a roster) that live next door and make a lot of noise very early in the morning.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our bridesmaids and groomsmen for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas and had the most amazing time!!! The host would respond immediately to any concern we had and the property looks exactly like the photos. The water slide was too much fun! The beds were super comfortable too. There was plenty of space for our group of 14 and the house had everything we needed to stay comfortable and entertained. We hung out at the house during the day and hit the strip at night. 10/10 would recommend and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We rented this property for our annual girls trip. There were thirteen of us and we all had plenty of space. The house is set up for large groups. There are so many things to do for entertainment if you want to stay in and gather. The game room and backyard were amazing. We spent one day just enjoying the pool and backyard. There are so many seating areas, so everyone can spread out and enjoy the pool and putting green. There were a few minor issues but the owner and the host were amazing and had it fixed immediately. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. This house was perfect for our event. The owner and the host were top notch.

Awesome property with very attentive property manager. Endless activities potential. Great for family get-togethers. If I absolutely had to provide constructive feedback, I would only suggest more space maximization of the enormous master bedroom. It's very comfortable, but it could probably fit two kings rather one, and the closet could benefit from a twin bed or cot. The pool table could also use a little revamping (old felt, wobbly, etc). This is not a criticism, but more/less a way to lengthen my word count and provide a more complete review. Great stay!

My friends and I came here for my bachelorette and had an absolutely tremendous experience!!! The property was modern and immaculate and the activities were endless. The backyard was incredible and we could even control the pool/jacuzzi temperature from my phone. The property manager was extremely communicative and wonderful and we had a truly amazing time. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Vegas!!

First off I want to say the property manager was amazing and tried to help us with all our needs. BUT… This house needs an actual cleaning company to come in and deep clean. It was gross even after the property manager sent back the cleaners. We had a septic leak outside on the putting green so house/outside smelt like feces for 24 hours. The guy that came to pump the sewer said there is not a drain field so this is why they keep having sewer problems. There’s a sign in all bathrooms stating not to flush even flushable items (I read this as you can’t flush toilet paper! GROSS!!) Propane company came to shut off our propane one morning because owner of house didn’t pay their bill. Prop manager kept saying it was the propane companies fault.. there was only 8 swim towels and no soap/shampoo in any of the restrooms when we arrived. Also was told to clean our dishes with paper towels. We went to Walmart to buy kitchen rags and towels and donated them to the house. The upstairs bathroom gushed water through the ceiling onto the stairs every time someone took a shower. Kept having kids fall and hurt themselves because of all the water. Was charged an extra $500 to heat the pool and spa. The pool was cold the entire week so kids didn’t want to swim. Prop manager said it was heated just fine. We have a pool/spa and no way was this pool being heated! WiFi kept shutting off all week. Honestly it was a week from hell. We have rented so many beautiful homes and this one was not as described. Do not rent this house!!! It needs to be taken off of VRBO or taken off as a luxury property.

There were 9 of us that rented the house for a week. We wanted accessibility to downtown Vegas, but the ability to stay at the house for some relaxation, fun and sun. This property gave us both of those!! If you are staying during a time where the temperature is not as warm, I would suggest paying to warm the pool as well as the hot tub. The area was quiet and the backyard provided privacy with activities that kept everyone busy!! The kids dug in the sand and built sandcastles in the sand pit. Plenty of space to lounge and relax in the sun. The small put-put area was a great addition, as was the game room in the garage. There was also plenty of seating which always came in handy during meals. We appreciated that we were able to bring along our puppy as she wasn’t old enough to be boarded. Responsiveness from the property manager was quick and useful!!

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home a few weekends ago. The host was really accomodating and provided us with all the necessary things to make our stay pleasant! We did not get to use the background activities as much as we wanted to since it was too cold to go into the pool, but I can imagine how fun it would be during the summertime!
