Het vriendelijke personeel, de ligging , elke dag schoonmaken ende faciliteiten compenseren de soberheid van het apparte

De ligging, vriendelijk personeel en elke dag wordt het appartement schoongemaakt.

De inrichting is erg sober en oog oud ivm vlekken en beschadigingen

Disappointed expected more after description bookings.com.

We didn’t have breakfast there.

Noisy air conditioner. Downstairs bar noisy. A ocean view spoilt by a unkept paddock in front of balcony .Lack of ambience overall. No tea coffee facilities absolutely nothing in the kitchenette not even a towel to dry dishes. After we complained they did supply. Very basic overall!

Amazing!

Perfect location for us. Rooms were great, we had a brilliant sea view. The shower was amazing! Rooms were cleaned daily with regular towel and bed changes. Staff were brilliant, always polite and eager to help. Special mention for Nikos and Angeliki. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so lovely. Missing beautiful Elounda already - can’t wait to come back x

We visited Elounda for a short business trip and found Alikes as it was recommended on TripAdvisor. What can I say, amazing hotel. The view from the balconies is breathtaking! All rooms are 5*, I cannot understand the 3* rating on booking. The mattresses are very comfortable, they look like they are brand new and probably they are because the toilet is recently renovated too with full amenities. Everything we asked we had it from the reception girls, they are very kind and smiling. For sure we will be back as soon as possible. Bravo Alikes!

Great apartment, excellent location and efficient, polite and friendly staff! They all went the extra mile! The restaurant next door, Moon spinners, just amazing and you should not miss going there! Thanks for taking such a good care of us! We will definitely book again for next year!

Exceptional

The fully equipped gym is beyond any imagination about hotel gyms. The view from our balcony was stunning, the rooms very neatly cleaned and also fully equipped with all the kitchenware you may need if you want to cook your own meal. Even if we stayed only one night we felt really spoiled from the staff's kindness and willingness to fulfill in no time everything we had requested! These apartments for sure are a comeback thing.

I would love to return. Maybe early October when not so hot and walk into center would be easier..

Room was perfect, especially the patio. Staff was exceptional. Every need I had was met. View was wonderful. Had a problem with the shower not working, but staff resolved that as soon as possible. Wifi strong throughout my 6 days there. Guests, mostly Brits, quickly formed friendships and the commradrie was great.

Only negative for me, was being 10-15 min walk into the little town center. Especially a challenge in very hot weather.

nice location of hotel

quiet room, but överlooking courtyard"was actually a carpark. Firm bed could maybe do with a mattress gel cover to make it a little less hard on the hip bones! but it was fine for 2 nights. And it is in the quiet end of the hotels so we enjoyed our time there. I'd suggest that in pre-COVID times this hotel caters for larger bus groups, so that might be something to be aware of; for us in August 2022 this didn't apply and the place was not full.

Brilliant as ever

Did not eat breakfast,however the food served at other times was fine. The location is amazing you can swim straight outside hotel and the area allows easy access to town as well as rural areas .

Some of rooms needed some running repairs but nothing to affect the enjoyment of the holiday . If there was a problem it was fixed efficiently

Disappointing

Spacious room and terrace Bed were comfortable View of Spinalonga in the distance Parking space at the property

1. The organisation - they did not know where the keys were for our check-in, I was ready to pay at check-in but could not. The manager came knocking on the door at 9:15pm to have us pay!!!!! I had been so tired that I was already sleeping. Luckily my parents were not. That is not a time to knock on the door without even telling us earlier this would be the case. And nobody in sight at checkout 2. The maintenance - many things seem not well taken care of: We tried heating something on the plate but it was very difficult because it is not cleaned properly and refurbished + The shower head was spraying in every direction as it is full of deposit + we had a view of the pool from above and it was full of green between tiles I would have said all that directly to the people at check out but since we did not see anyone... 3. The noise - we could not enjoy our terrace in the evening because a football game was on TV loud at the bar near the pool 4. Slow wifi
