The Space:

Welcome to your private SoCal oasis! In our amazing outdoor spaces you can bask in the sun by the sparkling pool, destress in the luxurious spa or gather around the inviting fire table for memorable evenings. Perfect your swing on the private putting green while the kids have fun on the playground, then challenge each other to games of cornhole and horseshoes. Our fully fenced backyard, landscaped with vibrant flowers and palm trees, provides a picturesque backdrop for BBQs and al fresco dining.

Head inside for more fun where our thrilling game room with kid-friendly features ensures a great time for all ages. You’ll never run out of activities with our professional-grade ping pong table, billiards table, foosball, classic arcade games, a dartboard, and a wide selection of board games. The room’s large smart TV is perfect for catching up on shows or cheering for sports teams, while the cozy seating area offers a comfortable spot to relax and strategize.

Everyone will find R-and-R comes easy in the home’s other social spaces, whether it’s a movie night in front of a heart-warming fire in the living room, snacking and chatting in the gourmet kitchen, enjoying a meal at the elegant dining table, sipping a fav drink on the patio, or grabbing a quick workout in the gym.

When it’s time for a break, we have 4 relaxing bedrooms that offer a serene escape with luxe bedding, ample storage, and smart TVs. The main bedroom is an En suite oasis that features a king-size bed and full bathroom. Two additional queen bedrooms provide sweet spaces to unwind, while the charming bunk room, with a twin-over-full style bed, is perfect for children or guests. A second full bath and laundry room conveniently provide everything needed to keep your vacation running smoothly.

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Check-in is 4:00 pm or later. Early check-in is subject to availability. Please check with us regarding fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be charged for every 20 minutes past 10:00 am. After 1:00 pm, an additional one night’s fee will be automatically charged to your account plus an additional $500 penalty.

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted to be on the property unless the host is notified and approves the additional guests in advance. Please note that if the number of guests exceeds 10, an additional fee will be incurred for each extra guest. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. Host reserves the right to discontinue reservation if quiet hours rules are violated and penalties may apply.

There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Noiseaware sensors can be found inside and outside of the property. The purpose of these sensors is to notify hosts if the noise is sustained above a certain threshold. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.

No smoking is permitted inside the home. Vomit, stool, or blood on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning and will result in extra fees.

There is a pet fee of $100 which covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized prior to check-in.

Smart home thermostats are available for guests. Windows/doors must be shut while running heat/AC. Temperature can be adjusted on-site, but temperature limits are set.

Pool Rules: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass is allowed in the pool area.

The pool/spa can be heated upon request, but fees may fluctuate based on the current market price to compensate for the rising SDGE natural gas prices. Please inquire about current pricing and promotions. The pool heater is remotely operated. Please let us know in advance, preferably at the time of booking, if you would like pool heating. Note that it can take up to ten hours to heat the pool to 82 degrees, especially if it is cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence.

Do not tamper with pool equipment. Weekly pool cleaning is every Friday. Our pool technician has been instructed to knock on the door before he goes into the backyard, but if no one answers the door, he will get started on cleaning the pool.

Please do not burn objects or drop food items on the outdoor fire table.
