The apartment was just as described in the listing. The manager was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. It was a perfect location, just mins. away from the Metro. Metro was the way to go. We took it everywhere. Very simple and reasonable price. Only issue was problems with the hot water. Not enough. I loved the apartment, clean, stocked with everything you could need and just the right size. I would stay here again with no reservations.

Serviceable apartment in a centrally located part of the Ballston neighborhood in NoVa. There were some stretches of time where the owners were difficult to reach, overall, communications were good, especially once the rental period started. Apartment has a way to go before it can be considered truly “luxury “, but overall it is as advertised.said,

When we were checking in, we had some issues. However, it was resolved quickly. I messaged the host on Vrbo and they responded right away by calling the front desk. It was a little mix up with envelopes. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well stocked(coffee, candy, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, ect), and conveniently located. There were 2 (queen and twin) air mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. A small portable fan if you get hot. A hairdryer was also available. The bedroom had a Firestick and the living room had a Roku tv. Combo washer and dryer in bathroom. Hot water never ran out, however, don't turn it to full pressure as the pipes made a loud noise. I will say the garage is tight so if you are traveling in a larger vehicle you may have trouble parking. The apartments were very quiet. Pool was very clean and relaxing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great access to major highways and metro for travel. I highly recommend this place!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed along with such an easy check in and out process. The location was great and having access to its on parking garage was wonderful. After an outing, we came back to find that our air conditioner had stopped working. I let the property manager know and within 45 minutes maintenance was there and had the problem fixed! We had a very good experience and would recommend this property to others.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It has all the basics and is a nicely decorated place, conveniently close to the metro. Surprisingly, for an apartment, the noise was fairly minimal during the night.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Perfectly located outside of the hustle and bustle of DC but close enough for a quick hop over to see the monuments. Convenient eating locations in walking distances and easy to navigate. The apartment itself was so adorable and had all of the practical amenities. The rooms were large and open giving us a lot of space to move around and breathe. We felt very safe through our entire stay.

I have to say that the place was very nice and comfortable. The only issue that I have is the property manager doesn't reply in a timely manner, answer the phone or return calls. Also, if you are planning on staying, make sure you are staying on the exact dates. I checked out a day early and there was no reimbursement like a hotel so be mindful of that. Other than that, the stay was great.

The apartment was great. The doorman was friendly. I appreciated the snack drawer! :) Everything was very clean and I always like when the place I'm staying is free of clutter and personal junk, which this spot is! My one bit of feedback would be to put curtains in the bedroom. The blinds are great but they still let a lot of light in. Thankfully, I travel with a sleep mask, but my husband does not, so he was up with the sun. Thanks for a comfortable, clean stay!

This is the perfect location for visiting D.C. and Northern Virginia. The condo had everything I needed, and with the concierge and included parking, it couldn’t be more convenient. I’d definitely stay again.

The building needs work. The library is a storage room, and the convenience market is closed. The apartment is basic but the furniture is more showy than functional.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, easy check-in and check-out, safe neighborhood, and GREAT location. We were only 3 blocks from the closest metro station. It made for easy access to all the sites DC has to offer. I felt very safe walking home late at night with my son. Wonderful restaurants close by. You need to try πzza and Medium Rare. I would highly recommend this property and if I ever return to DC area this is where I will stay. We had a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend this property for the location alone. Communication with CLM was also excellent. Plus, the apartment included a handbook providing specific details. Location: The apartment is about two blocks away from Virginia GWU Station on the Metro line. It was also within walking distance to many eateries, a Giant, and a playground. Arlington National Cementery is a 10 minute drive away for those interested in going. Apartment: The space was as described. I especially appreciated the fact that there was an in unit washer and dryer, which greatly reduced our packed dirty laundry.

My son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons live in Arlington, VA. Anytime we visit, we look to see if this property is available. It's ideally situated for us. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. It's a little over a mile to my son's house. There are grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. It's a two minute walk to the Orange and Silver Metro lines giving access to all of the DC area. I highly recommend it (unless, of course Sandy and I are expecting to be in the area!)

The property was just the right size for me and my wife. Metro was a short three blocks away. Metro is by far the best way to get about in Washington. Lots of places to eat, shopping, drug store within 10 block area. Would recommend to anyone who is able to get out and walk short distances. Apartment was very quiet. Did not hear anybody while we were in the apartment the whole week.

This place was cozy, well laid out and had thoughtful amenities. Great, hassle free checkin and checkout. Great walkable neighborhood, close to the train station. I especially loved the big bathroom and deep tub. Perfect for us and our toddler daughter. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I were in town for the birth of a grandson. We can to help mom and dad with our 20 month-old grandson while they got used to number 2. We spent two absolutely wonderful weeks entertaining Charlie. We chose the apartment in Ballston as it was a mile from my son and daughter-in-law's house. The apartment was just what we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, very quiet and very comfortable. It also included parking, which, if you're familiar with the DC area, comes at a premium! The apartment staff was great. Very helpful. There are a number of good restaurant in easy walking distance, along with a grocery store and drug store. It is also close to two Metro stops which made the two trips we made to the Smithsonian museums really easy! This was a great location for us. We'll be making future trips to Arlington and I'm hoping that this location will be available when we do,

Lovely apartment and very communicative host. Definitely went the extra mile to make the space feel homey and well-stocked with essentials expected from an apartment. Suggested a few things to elevate the space even more, to which the host was receptive. Overall excellent experience!

Staying at this Vrbo location was great for me and my boyfriend (late twenties). It was a fun area with lots of walkable food and drink locations and only a short scooter or Uber ride away from D.C. The space was kept well and provided us with some nice welcoming touches. Plus the check in process was very smooth. The host was always responsive in messages answering questions and checking in on our stay. Overall we had a great experience here!
