Convenience of location and parking is hard to beat - would stay again!

Location is great. On site parking is super convenient and somewhat rare in DC. Free EV charging was a bonus.

Rooms are pretty dated and showing wear and tear. TV setup was very basic.

Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms in a great location.

Lovely modern decor. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette great for own breakfasts. Supermarket close to walk to. Nice outdoor bar.

Would like to have had dishwashing liquid and a tea towel supplied with the kitchenette.

Good stay, especially considering the hotel's location and value.

Room size is adequate for 2 queen beds. Bathroom is small but with functional layout. Bed is comfortable. Pillow is too soft.

Excellent location for using as a base to tour DC.

The location was ideal for us as were a group of 18 travelling in two minibuses. There was off site parking for larger vehicles only five minutes walk away. A bus route directly into the city was only five minutes walk away and it was very reasonable at $3 per trip. The rooms were very spacious with two large double beds. Restaurant was a little cramped and a bit expensive- but it was DC. We ate breakfast there each day and the selection was good.Overall the hotel was ideal and I would definitely recommend it. Staff were VERY helpful.

If the restaurant prices were more reasonable,our group would have used it for more than just breakfast.

A great first time staying in DC and conviently located to public transportation.

The property was nice and well kept. I appreciated that you needed a key card to get up to the rooms. The bus transportation was closely located. The Whole Foods down the street was great!

The cost for parking was high with it not being covered due our larger vehicle not being able to fit in the garage. The property was clean but could tell her needed some updated with the gaps in the doors and paint chipping.

La zona es muy tranquila y tiene conexión con transporte público (bus) a un minuto a pie. La habitación era espaciosa aunque la iluminación artificial un poco deficiente.

No hacen la habitación a diario (incluso diría que ni siquiera en días alternos). Si necesitas toallas limpias o que limpien la habitación tienes que reclamarlo. No reservamos desayuno pero un día tuvimos que hacer uso de él y resulta exageradamente caro para lo que ofrecen.

Good stay with a very unpleasant ending. Will never go back.

Good beds. Nice lobby.

Very old stove top. One did not work. When we checked in we were asked if we had a car. We said no. We used Uber everywhere. At the check out, they said we'll email you the invoice. They did. They had added 2 nights of parking of around $50/night. I called 3 times and I never got an operator. Through Booking.com, we wrote them a message which was not answered.

Nice place. I’ll stay in this hotel again.

+ clean and comfy rooms + kind receptionists + delicious food in the restaurant

- check-in only 4:00 pm. Too late for tired guests after early morning flights.
