We greatly enjoyed our time. The host was very accommodating. Very nice house and outdoor area. It was clean and we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped for dining/grilling in, beds were cozy, plenty of towels, and some beach equipment. The location was great, very centrally located. The owner was very accessible and attentive. We would stay here again! One thing just to note, the stairs up to the second floor are a little steep and narrow, we had no problems but could see how it might be harder for some. Overall a great stay!

This was a great older traditional Cape Cod house, conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, etc. The back patio was very relaxing!

Great location for us. Near the bike path, Harwich ferry to Nantucket, and beach. The house was very clean, comfy - all amenities were there, bike storage & TV streaming including Netflix.

After owning property in Harwich, for 30 years, it was nice to come back for a visit and to see my children and grandchildren and friends. The house is smaller than i imagined. We managed and had a good time despite the weather which is never a guarantee. Had to buy a spacula for pancakes and grill more utensils would be appreciated and a few extra chairs. Four adults and two children not able to sit at the table at the same time. Overall a good time was had by all.

The property needs a little bit of love, but there is everything you need for a cozy and comfy stay. Lisa was always available to answers our questions

Perfect for my family
The location, space, and amenities were just what we needed. The host was responsive to our requests in a timely fashion. My daughters slept well in their bedrooms and the pullout sleeper sofa was comfortable for me. We would definitely stay again.

I was very happy with my experience renting this property and would love to come back here again. For a first VRBO experience, it gave me faith in the system and I am a believer now. I appreciated the open communication with the owner. Typically responded within 24 hours. The unit had 2 bedrooms that were of decent size sharing 1 bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen was proper with many of the items you would need over the course of the week. I really appreciated the fresh coffee grounds they provided and the free laundry detergent. I had no need to bring anything but the food itself and OIL. They don't have oil, so if you cook with it, please be ready to have. There is a small outside gas grill and a firepit (bring your own firewood) if you want to use. A couple of nuances to be mindful of:
1) The washer/dryer is outside of the house, not inside. Not a huge deal, but if it's cold or wet out, I can see how it would suck
2) The stairs are pretty narrow and steep. Also, the stairs is outside one of the bedrooms, so beware.
Overall, I will rent again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We just finished up our week long trip on the Cape and this property was perfect. Exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Close to everything yet, quieter than other neighborhoods we have stayed in. The owners were extremely responsive and we hope to rent again next year.

Myself, my husband, teenage son, and his friend just spent a relaxing week here. We were charmed by the 1700s home. It is centrally located so you can be anywhere on the Cape in an hour. It was the perfect place to relax and keep things low key between our trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Provincetown. The home had recent renovations that complimented the historic feel of the home. There was only a window air conditioning unit in one bedroom, with fans in the second bedroom and on the first floor. Additionally, the stairs are not code, as is common in older homes. This should be kept in mind for anyone with mobility concerns or younger children who would need supervision when upstairs or using the stairs. That being said, we had a great time and would definitely choose to stay here again. The hosts were very attentive and communicated well with us. They also provided some lovely touches that made us feel very welcome.

This was a great cottage and location. Stairs to bedroom are very narrow and steep. Could be an issue. Master has air conditioning and very comfortable. Other bedroom does not and it can get HOT. Kitchen fully equipped/living dining room open concept. Would definitely stay there again.
